Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The response still did not address the fact that the dimensions on the website are incorrect I understand that the table is correct but because the dimensions listed in the website were incorrect, the table did not fit into my kitchen As you can see below, the width shows 30.25" but the width of the table is actually 48" Nowhere in the dimensions does it state the table is inches This is what I'm upset about Coleman did not offer an exchange for another table or a store credit or even a discount for this purchase ?Please see the website link below to understand my complaint.?Dining Table: 30.25"L x 30.25"W x 28.75"H - 81lbs [redacted]

We had already given away our old kitchen table and chairs because we were expecting that we'd be shipped what we ordered. Since the original, wrong, shipment took 7 weeks to deliver we didnt want our kids going another 7 weeks without somewhere to sit and eat. Therefore we declined shipment since I was not obligated to the companies Terms and Conditions once they tried shipping me wrong merchandise. For them to say we were not reasonable about it is ridiculous because we even said we'd accept store credit. We've been a loyal customer for 5 years and have bought over $9000 worth of furniture from them. If anybody is being unreasonable it's them for banishing our future, loyal business. We will not accept store credit and want a 100% refund because they have nothing once they sent us the wrong merchandise we were no longer obligated to their terms snd conditions. Horrible customer service Furniture poorly made Delayed delivery Damaged piece Non existent customer service No efforts to rectify the situation besides an astronomical fee to return the item Will never use them again

[redacted] Coleman Furniture wants to resolve this issue for the customer and understands they are frustrated We have been in contact with the customer and have advised her that we are working with the manufacturer to get this resolved The needed parts for the delivery company to get this resolved are being sent and the customer will not have to do anything except receive delivery of their order We have advised the customer that we will compensate them in the amount of $for the delay in getting their chair The chairs came in a package of and cost the customer $for both so we are already compensating well over 10% for the item that had an issue We will not be compensating any further than that and we will update the customer as soon as the chair is ready to be delivered Sharon M [redacted] Coleman Furniture

[redacted] Coleman Furniture lists all required measurements on our website. We received a call during delivery and the item was able to fit in the... door as the customer indicates, however, the customer failed to measure the stairwell that the item would have to pass through to get into he customers home. This is all the customers responsibility as well. The items that were attempted to be delivered were in fact the correct items and the customer was given the option of using the services of a sofa Dr. as opposed to returning the items. I ordered a couch from this company and their service is amazingthe couch arrived on time and they even set it up in my house

My order showed up with lots of problems. The couch had a hole in the back of the fabricate, The oversize wedge had major stitching issues. Nothing aligned. The coffee table had a small hole through the middle of the table. Finally the never hooked up my phone chargers in the loveseat console. They told me my order did not have chargers. I sent them pictures. Lori Crown has been no help at all. I sent pictures of all damage a couple hours of furniture was delivered,. I was told that there was little they could do because of me signing the delivery sheet. I was told to review their delivery policy. Several pages of small print that no buddy ever reads. I told them there is something to be said for doing the right thing. You do not deliver broken furniture to people period. Especially when they furniture is brand new. I have never experienced as bad customer service as I have with Coleman Furniture. Its now a matter of making sure this does not happen to others. Next stop the BBB complaint center.

I ordered a nice leather sectional with end tables and a coffee table. I waited 21/2 months for delivery. They did not call for delivery until I called to cancel the order. At this point I was just so happy to finally get the furniture and did a quick look over when it was delivered. Everything appeared to be fine so I signed a white form that said merchandised was received. Why not I bought the extra warranty and figured any problems I could just report right away. I did a full inspection a couple minutes later. The oversized couch had a chunk of leather missing on the back leg. The back of the oversize wedge had bad stitching where the material did not line up. My chargers in the console were never hooked up and did not leave items to plug in. The coffee table had a hole in the center of the table. I sent pictures and turned in complaint with 2 hours of the furniture showing up. I was told there was very little they could do because I signed the sheet that it was delivered and no damage was marked. It has been like talking to a brick wall, absolutely no customer service. They even told me my couch did not come with phone chargers. I sent them pictures of the couch with the chargers. I just the hook up to the power source. I should of canceled the order. I sent all photos to Lori Crown

National Moving, the local delivery partner will have the technician look at the item again. They have looked over the order and have not been able to find any tears in the item. They also advised that the mechanism works fine. They will be
creating a video showcasing this.We can offer to waive re-delivery fees to help get this resolved and delivered to customer in perfect condition.

When a customer places an order online they are responsible for all dimensions and the dimensions of each item are clearly indicated on our website.
Upon arriving at the customers home our professional delivery personal were able to determine that the curvature and overhang for the customers stairs would not allow the item to be successfully delivered without damage to the item At that time the customer was given the option to sign a release of liability waiver that would enable the delivery personnel to attempt to deliver under those conditions
We advised the customer that he could accept delivery and bring into his home himself, however, if he was not able to accept delivery and cancelled his order then fees would be assessed as he is responsible for the dimensions and ensuring the items he purchases are able to fit into his homeSharon M***

I ordered a sofa table for this company expecting to receive one that was like the pictures advertised on their website I received one in completely different colors Bright blues and greens when it was supposed to be neutral colors and white/gray washed I sent them pictures to show how different it was and they will not do anything to correct it If I would like to return the product I will have to pay them over $to return the item (the original cost was $619) They do not stand by their products that they sell and will make it extremely difficult and expensive to make it right or return the item We just want the item that is pictured on their website not something completely different Do no do business with this company

Yes, we have filed a dispute with credit card company Yes, they offered us $compensation, but only after we filed a dispute We were told they would send someone out to fix the problem but after waiting for this person for a very long time we decided to file a dispute Coleman furniture told us that within 24-hours a person would contact us to come look over the problem, but yet weeks went by and nothing We finally filed a dispute and at that time were told they would only send someone out if we cancelled our dispute
The entire process should have been avoided if we were able to send back the product on day of delivery as instructed We were told ,"no" when we tried to send a damaged product back We followed their instructions by calling there phone number on day of delivery if there was and issue and also tried sending it back that day Finally, when told no, we wrote on the contract damaged goods Why would we want to keep damaged goods???

customer is contacted for delivery. Delivery was scheduled for the customer with a delivery date of 5/**/16. Per our terms and conditions that customer must agree to at the time they place their order Delivery time frames are an estimate - actual delivery may occur earlier or later than scheduled due to the nature of long-distance, nationwide shipping and unforeseen eventsColeman Furniture is unable to offer compensation for deliveries that do not occur exactly as scheduledThe customer is in an area that is only serviced infrequently, there are no earlier deliveries available for the customer. Coleman Furniture is not able to have scheduled earlier nor do we compensate for delays in delivery.
