Collins Comfort Masters

I just had an air conditioning unit installed today by [redacted] and [redacted]. They did an excellent job and got it done in a shorter period of time than I was told it would take. I have been in my house since 1992 and have had a variety of ac companies come through my house but none of them delivered the quality of work, service and professionalism than these gentlemen did. I would be remise if I did not mention [redacted] because he is your representative that visited our home sold me on Collins Comfort Masters. After he did a detail examination of my current ac situation, not only did he give me the best presentation ever but he also worked with me to make my new unit affordable. Thanks [redacted] and [redacted].

Collins Comfort Masters was wonderful to work with from the very beginning! Professional, friendly, and respectful! I'm very happy with my new A/C unit and I would recommend Collins to any of my friends and family! Great company!! Steve T[redacted] came out to access what kind of A/C unit would best fit my needs and he was very helpful and patient with answering all of my questions. Collins Comfort Masters installed my new 2-speed Lennox HVAC system today. The two installers, Jose V. and Daniel A. worked together like a well oiled machine. they were very courteous and respectful and went out of their way to please me. I am very happy with the installation and clean up which took 8 hours to take out the old and bring in the new. I was also very satisfied with the salesman, Rob L** who came to my house to work up the quote for my system.

Great service, reasonable pricing, fast scheduling great technicians. I hired them to do the yearly maintenance on my A/C (which I do every year) and [redacted] was great, very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. he found a problem with a capacitor, replaced it right away, gave very detailed explanations. He was not in a hurry to get my money and go on to the next job. I will keep them in mind for all my A/C needs.

I have relied on Collins Comfort Masters for my AC/Heating needs for 10 years. They are great to work with. Their service personel know their product, are prompt and go the extra mile. [redacted] took care of my last AC tune up and in doing so he took care of me and my family. Great company.

I have used Collins Comfort for installation and maintenance of the AC units at my residence and rental properties for years. It is easy to schedule service. As with other service companies, they give a big window of time for the appointment but they call about a half hour before they are arrive at site so you don't have to sit around for hours. The technicians seem to stay with the company, always a good sign. They are courteous and knowledgeable. I haven't had them try to sell anything I didn't need. I highly recommend them.

[redacted] and [redacted] installed our new Lennox system this past week. They were polite and professional. I could not be more pleased with the work that they did! They arrived on time and left my home as clean as it was when they entered it. Everything is in working order as expected. From now on Collins Comfort Masters is the ONLY company we'll use for our heating and cooling needs. Thanks goes out to [redacted] too for going above and beyond to provide us with emergency service. It’s been almost 3 months since I have been waiting for Collins Comfort Masters to call me regarding a pungent vinegar smell given off from the expensive [redacted] Hospital Grade Air Filtration unit I purchased and installed from from Collins Comfort Masters along with my new Air Conditioner.
Every year since the A/C install, I call 2 days after with issues relating to the noxious smell. After its install.
I spent over $10,000 on the unit and every year it’s the same problem, over , and over.
I was shocked to find out that Collins Comfort Masters:
1. Never kept anything in my file over the past 5 years that I was complaining of this problem.
2. Confirmed to me by the the installer last year that they redesigned the Hepa Filtration Air System because of the Off-Smells to the consumer
3. [redacted] from [redacted] Corporate technical Support contacted Bob Cone, a [redacted] FieldConsultant, and I have not heard anything back.
Today they called me to do a seasonal tuneup and I couldn’t believe that no one called me. Even after [redacted] Corporate notified them to contact me. I was not given the field techinician’s Number.
It is illegal for a company to wipe the file of a customer of any issues the customer is having, if they are providing ongoing support to their customer base for [redacted], the manufacturer.
I have been Collins Comfort Master for 5 years, regarding this issue. I can’t believe I still am unheard after 5 years. I have called over and over for,
You need to question the ethics of the company and I suggest strongly that this one has should not receive their rating.

On 5/09/2016 we had a Lennox air-conditioning unit and a hot water tank installed at our house. So far we are very pleased with both. The Installers for the air-conditioning unit and the Installer for the Hot water tank were very professional and friendly and very polite. They cleaned up any mess or debris that was created and hauled it away from our home which I appreciated. Thank you Justin, Armando and Jacob. I Would also like to thank Neil Chrisney the sales rep for Collins comfort masters. One more thank you to do your entire office staff they are very polite and accommodating.

I had the unfortunate experience to have my air conditioner compressor go out on a 100+ degree day so I was desperate to have a new unit installed quickly. I contacted [redacted] and was put in touch with Collins Comfort Masters and they immediately responded to my needing a new unit and had a sales representative meet with me the next day. Neil C[redacted] met with me and surveyed the house to determine the correct unit and told me if I chose this unit he would have a crew to finish the installation the following day. I decided to have Collins do the installation and purchased the unit from [redacted]. The next day Dan L[redacted] and Chris B. were at the house at 7:00 a.m. to start the work. They both were very pleasant and professional. We have a "Asian house" so no shoes are worn in the house so they put booties on their shoes when they came into the house. They worked hard and completed the installation a little after 5:30 p.m. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Collins and would recommend them highly. They made being without an A/C a short and pleasant experience as we really like our new [redacted] unit and the house is very cool .

My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Collins Comfort Masters. We replaced our upstairs a/c in April 2013 which was our first experience working with them CCM's & since it was a great one, we didn't hesitate to call them out again for a quote this time for our downstairs a/c which recently went out on July 27, 2015. Very glad to say Dan Long & Juan came out Friday morning as scheduled, they are really professional and polite men and they cleaned up so well after the project was finished that it didn't even look like anything was done. Would highly recommend!!! A+++

Good, prompt service ahead of schedule. Called me ahead of time to insure I was available. Josh was helpful in explaining what he did and very conscientious.

Collins Comfort Masters was sent to provide an estimate through Home Depot for new AC units and installation. Garrett Openshaw was very pleasant and listened and took interest in getting financing options, etc. The Installation was scheduled for April 15th. The workers arrived as scheduled. They were respectful, accommodating and focused. Dan L, Daniel A, Lujandro, Boomer, and Konner worked great together, communicated as required and cleaned up nicely.
I was very pleased with the process and the work.

Today was a routine Fall service check. Our technician, [redacted] was awesome! Thorough & concisely, he evaluated an issue with the heater not heating (when we'd had those temps in the 20's), determining that the fan motor was bad. He was able to replace it, found out that we were still under warranty, which saved us a TON of money!! He even repaired the air filter intake grill for us as it was giving us trouble closing it. Looking for a great AC & Heating Service that will treat you right?? You need not look any further than Collins!

Had two units installed over the last week by [redacted]. and [redacted]. Very pleased with their work in terms of time required, keeping the home clean and the pets inside and, of course, the installation. I'm a repeat customer with this company so, obviously, I have been pleased with their service and fairness in pricing. [redacted] was the salesman and I have also worked with him in the past.

Service tecs [redacted]. and [redacted]. were the most profeshinal servise people we have hand in a long time. They were clean, courtious and thourough. I will be happy to refer them to anyone.

I've been using Collins Comfort Masters for the past several years. My technician, [redacted] is very professional and thorough servicing my air conditioning/heating system. His experience,knowledge and recommendations give me a secure feeling on any needed repairs. He's always on time, calls ahead, and prepares accurate estimates. Highly recommend this company.
