Collins Comfort Masters

We had used the services of Collins before so we requested a quote to install 2 air conditioning at our home. The sales person was extremely professional and knowledgeable and educated us on the different systems what allowed us to select the units that would serve serve our needs. The installing crew (Dan Long, Jose V., Juan B. and Gerardo) were respectful, took care to leave our home clean and took the time to explain to us how to program the thermostat. The work went on without a glich and now we are able to enjoy our new units.

Very well well coming up to the door and polite to me, Frank checked inside and out. Informed me about me 3 recommendations he would do to improve my AC. I will consider them from such a nice service person.

We are always happy with Collins Comfort Masters, and are very glad they now do plumbing jobs. [redacted] was here yesterday to look at our kitchen faucet, and did repairs on it. We were pleased with his work. He was extremely sociable, explained everything to us, and left us satisfied with his work. Not that we like having to call a plumber, but when we need one, it's good to know that Collins is available! Since we moved here from NY four years ago, we have used Collins for our heat/air conditioning. We are glad we found them, and glad to have them as our plumbing/heat/AC company!

Collins Comfort Masters installed two air conditioners at my home today. The installation crew arrived on time, clean and ready to go to work. Each team member knew what his job was and did it to perfection. The crew was professional and worked to job completion. It was obvious that each man was proud of the job he did. Found Collins Comfort Masters through [redacted] special services. [redacted] gave us a great quote (that was significantly less than 2 other vendors for the same product). Our regular A/C service person offered to match the price but I don't appreciate not giving us your best price first so I switched to CCM. They assisted us with getting all the rebates available through [redacted], manufacturer, and [redacted] as well. Thanks [redacted] and [redacted] for installing our A/C within 1 day (and remembering to turn off the attic light when you were done). We are looking forward to the energy savings.

We had Collins Comfort Masters install an entire upgrade to our home involving a lot of attic work as well as the 'normal' outside work one would expect.

We were most pleasantly surprised when the work was done on time, as promised. The clean-up was 'awesome' and the installers ([redacted] and the REST of the crew) were very cordial and pleasant to deal with. They always had positive attitudes (something I look for) and treated our home as their own.

We would most certainly recommend this business to anyone needing work on their HVAC!

Today I had a new air conditioner and heating unit installed in my home by Collins Comfort Masters located in Gilbert Az. I was advised they would arrive between 8 and 9 o'clock and they showed up at 8:25. There were three installers, [redacted], and [redacted]. They introduced themselves and advised me of what they planned to do and how they planned to do it. They also advised me about how long it was going to take. I had no questions for them so they went to work. They worked straight through except for a short lunch break. They did an excellent job and left their work area spotless. Everything about running the new unit was clearly explained. This was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this company and these workers to everyone.

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of the Collins technician Travis. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job in a competent and efficient manner. I will definitely use Collins in the future for my air conditioner service.

Garrett Openshaw was a complete gentleman and extremely helpful in our selection of a Lennox system for our home. The installers {John, Armando and Mo} were extremely well trained and very polite. Their work ethics where professional and they treated our home with total respect.

Mo and Armondo installed my new a/c at my home and did an excellent job they were clean and efficient removing the old one and getting the new one up and running quickly. My 18 month old son never felt any discomfort due to the Arizona heat because Mo and Armondo got the job done so well. Thank you Mo, Armondo and Garrett at Collins Comfort Masters.

Derek M & Armonk were our installers on AC/Heat Pump rooftop placement October 19, 2015. Excellent employees Collins Comfort Masters! Derek took pictures on roof of old unit when I couldn't reach. He answered many questions on how unit would go up & connect. Armondo helped me see new unit before it went up, old unit after it was out & also answered questions. They were quick, efficient but I never felt hurried in making sure I could use the thermostat, had questions answered, understood financial paperwork. Our whole process from beginning to end has been excellent. We had to make a major change after our order was placed. They mistakenly put through process earlier than date. It caused several steps to be taken to fix the problem. They took full responsibility, sorted out all contacts to redo. Any company that will accept responsibility for a problem, fix it at their inconvenience, give you a quality product, meet promises on installation time and be respectful... highest praise! Wish their integrity was matched by other companies! I'm glad we used Collins Comfort Masters & highly recommend them.

We had a new Heat Pump installed by Jose V. & Juan B. on 2/9/16. They were both very pleasant and the workmanship was done in a very professional manner. On 2/17/16 Derek M. was here to perform an inspection of the installation, he was also very professional. Through our years of home ownership and experience with various workman we were most impressed with the conscientious manner in which these representatives of their company performed their jobs. Kudos to them and their company.

I had comfort air came out for tuneup on ac unit. Derek was polite and answered all my questions, nice young man! He made me feel confident in his ability to do the job. I have had other people out before and I didn't get the impression of trust with them as I did with Derek, he put me at ease.I would recommend Derek and Comfort Masters to other people in the future. Other companies have asked for my busines & I told them "no, I have a good company". I would recommend Collins to customers for repairs or for new equipment. They have done my yearly check-ups, takens care of my evap, put in a new AC & new water heater. The work staff are knowlegable & friendly. Quick to respond in an emegency.
