[redacted] and [redacted] did an excellent job installing our new heat pump system. They were courteous and clean. Most helpful with hooking up the online thermostat.

Collins did a great and complete job of checking out our heating system AND cleaning out the outside air conditioning units so they will be ready for the rest of this year.

We had a spring check-up on our two ac units today from Collins Comfort Masters technician, [redacted]. He was very polite and friendly. We couldn't have been more pleased with his service, his professional knowledge and the manner in which he explained each step of the process with us. His review of his findings on our units was exceptional.

Great technician, [redacted] was courteous and explained all facets of what he was doing in testing our AC system per the SRP sponsored check up. The staff at Collins was also very nice and professional when talking to them and setting the appointment. The technician [redacted] showed up on time we are very, very pleased with the work that was preformed and will call Collins Comfort with future need for our home. [redacted]

Excellent workmanship on an A/C installation. They even painted the wall where the new thermostat didn't cover previous paint color. [redacted] and [redacted] were prompt, polite, and skilled. The finishing touches were unexpected and professional.

I was very happy with the installation of my new air conditioner accomplished by [redacted] and [redacted] yesterday. They arrived before 8 o'clock and worked continuously until 4 (minus a short lunch break). They were courteous and skilled. They cleaned the work site and tested the unit before they left for the day.

Excellent Experience

My A/C unit hadn't been working for a while and I decided to call Collins Comfort Masters after receiving a flyer. The service was great from the moment I called until the very end when my service was complete.

The technician [redacted] was very professional & delightful to work with. He figured out the issue quickly and got my A/C unit working again.

I had two air conditioners installed in my home through Collins Comfort Masters, and they did not disappoint on either installation. My 17-year-old air conditioner was replaced with a new 20 seer Lenox air conditioner along with additional returns and supplies to increase our home's air circulation. The installation of a new heat pump system was done with no problems. The installers were Jose V, Gilbert and Lujandro. A follow up inspection of the installation was accomplished in goo manner by Derek M. Very satisfied

We have been a Collins customer for almost ten years. We have our units serviced twice each year, and the technicians are consistently professional, neat, clean and informative. They go out of their way to provide useful information and answer questions to help extend the life of each unit. They exceed expectations, every time.

Sometimes we did not realize they had already done something we asked about. They were happy to answer all of our questions. We were well educated by the end of the day on our new AC system. We admired them for working almost non stop (except for lunch) on such an extremely hot day (115 degrees).
