Garrett C[redacted], the sales rep did an excellent job helping us identify the best option for our new unit! The install crew, Justin G and Derek did an outstanding job with the install. They were customer friendly, professional, and explained things during the install. They cleaned up when they were done and demonstrated how to use the new thermostat. Very pleased!! Thank you!

We have used Collins Comfort Mastera since our move to Arizona in 2012. We have always had good service from the technicians and now we can honestly say that we have excellent service from AC tech [redacted]. Not only is he professional, informative and friendly, he tells us exactly what is happening with our systems and that piece of mind is invaluable here in the desert. After our seasonal maintenance we encountered a separate problem and [redacted] was back the next morning to take care of the problem. We value the honest and professional service we receive from Collins Comfort Masters and [redacted].

Just got done with my install of a new Lennox AC system. Jose V, Derek M, and Lujandro were hard working, knowledgable, courteous, and efficient. They did top notch work and cut no corners. Best experience I have had with HVAC work.

I had my air conditioner replaced by Collins via [redacted]. First of all the rep from Collins, Rob L** was fantastic! No pressure, very informative and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and got me the best deal possible. Kelly at Collins was very helpful and communicative when scheming my installation. They were fast, responsive and very professional. I would recommend them to friends and family for sure!!! I am VERY SATISFIED!

[redacted] our sales person was wonderful and made a second trip out to help us understand the differences in models. He also told us the crew would be great and he was right. 5 outstanding men, replaced 2 units in 6 hours. They were the most polite and best working crew we have ever had. What impressed us most was the way they spoke about "Mr.[redacted]" and the company. They couldn't say enough good things about them. [redacted] the electrician made sure I understood the thermostats, [redacted] who worked on the back unit moved the existing slab so the unit would have more air between it and the house. Both [redacted] & [redacted] were so personable and the [redacted] that cleaned up inside our home left it cleaner than he found it. [redacted] who was overseeing and making sure everything came together was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly. We are extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend them.

Collins Comfort installed two new Lennox A/C units in my home yesterday. I was so very impressed with [redacted], and [redacted] for their hard work and stamina in this heat. They were professional, courteous, and always took time out to explain what was going on in the installation process. Done right the first time and even cleaned up after themselves. Rarely have I received such service before... I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters to anyone in Phoenix! :)

I have been experiencing plumbing problems in my house. On 03-08-2016, Collins Comfort sent a plumber named "Don" to assist me. Don Was courteous and efficient. He did a great job.

A couple of years ago I had Collins Comfort Masters install three new HVAC units in my home. They have been terrific to work with and have provided timely assistance as needed. A week or so ago one of the systems quit working properly. They were very accommodating to my schedule for diagnosis and repair, even meeting me at my home for an early evening appointment. Both [redacted] in scheduling and [redacted] in service kept me informed as to what was required and when they would be there to accomplish the service repair. I have the highest regard for working with this firm. Electrical products fail from time to time and the whole team at Collins Comfort Masters have shown the utmost professionalism and care in resolving my HVAC repair needs. Thank you.

[redacted] and [redacted] did an excellent job installing a new air conditioner. They were on time, neat and respectful. They completed the instillation in a timely manner. I have had no problems with the unit since the instillation.

I was going to go with another competitor and decided to call around to get better pricing and customer service. I talked with James and he completely won me over with his laid back yet professional manner.

He saved me over $700.00 and installed my new air conditioner unit within 3 days. The installers, Justin and Daniel were on time and extremely courteous. They were in and out within 3 hours and I am now enjoying nice cool air. Use them!

Collins Comfort Masters sent technician [redacted] to our home to perform an AC inspection and tuneup. [redacted] did a great job and took the time to explain what he did and answer all of our questions. [redacted] is a true professional and we will be using Collins Comfort Masters for all AC and Heating work in the future.

Collins put in our heating/cooling system about 4 years ago. We continue to be very happy with it and Konnor, the technician who performed our yearly maintenence today was very professional. Even helped me with a phone/tablet issue I was having! Highest rating for them from us.

Review: Won't return calls. Pressured to buy unit same day salesman would not be able to return. Would not be in my area again and the $600 rebate from [redacted] would expire on 2/14/14 and he was here on 2/11/14. and the paperwork had a be signed on or before the 14th.

When I contacted [redacted] I was told my unit was not a [redacted] but an [redacted].

Salesman rated our 1500sf house with a 18ft vaulted ceiling for a 2.5 unit. The unit taken off was a 3.0 or 3.5 unit salesman could not tell. He assured us the 2.5 would be efficient. We were told the unit was an upgrade and the only difference I can see is a filter in the unit which raised the price substantially. If all I got was the cheap unit with a filter, I would rather just have the cheap unit without the filter.

Shoddy workmanship.Desired Settlement: All I want is for the service manager of new installation to call me back. I cannot get past the front desk, who tells me she has never heard of an [redacted] and would check it out and call me back. She was very nice and polite in the conversation, however I'm sure she is not a trained tech and does not have the knowledge to answer and the questions I have. I want to be assured if this unit will carry the load in our summer heat and if not adjustments will be made because of the size of the unit.

To Whom It May Concern:

To the best of our knowledge, this matter has been resolved and we now have a satisfied customer. The following steps were taken to make this resolve:

Our General Manager, [redacted], called Mr [redacted] on Friday 3/7/2014 and scheduled a meeting at his home. The agenda was to discuss the concerns the [redacted]’s had with their installation.

At the above mentioned meeting it was discovered that the [redacted]’s main concern was the sizing of their new A/C system and its’ ability to maintain comfort during the hot summer. We measured the home on site and did a heat gain analysis of their home. We found that the original heat gain analysis was correct; the home needs a 3 ton system. HOWEVER, our salesman wrote down a 2.5 ton air conditioner on the proposal instead of a three (3) ton air conditioner that the home required.

The [redacted]s stated that if we would change the equipment to 3 tons capacity from 2.5, it would erase their concerns and would be satisfied with the installation.

Mr [redacted] commented that if he were installing the system he would have re-routed the gas line in the attic instead of on the roof as we did. Re-routing the gas line on the roof is an approved and standard practice, therefore this change is not necessary.

We are replacing the original air conditioner with a new 3 ton air conditioner today (March 18, 2014), at no cost to the customer.

Also, during our conversation they agreed the filtration system they purchased was something they wanted to keep. It will be re-installed in the new package unit.

Upon his own research Mr. [redacted] understands that the [redacted] name is simply another trade name [redacted] uses on some of their gas systems.

I wanted to take some time and comment on the crew of [redacted]., and [redacted]. They were the ones who turned around a horrible situation and replaced it with a new system, and returned to me my peace of mind. They did all these things after shoehorning my installation in to a full schedule which had me scheduled for the following Tuesday. Instead of that they managed the preceeding Saturday, and completed the installation in just over six hours. While the installation went remarkably well and seemed to proceed and conclude flawlessly the real reason I decided to go with Collins Comfort Masters was their service technician [redacted] tried his best but was unable to get the old compressor to work. But before he left that night he went all the way back to the shop to get for me a portable system which would give me some cooling until I could buy a system and get it installed. It was that act of kindness that convinced me to buy the system from Collins. I actually had a cheaper estimate from one of their competitors but I believe you get what you pay for in this life. No one gives you anything for free. The difference is in the quality of the work and if you have any sense you understand that competence has its price too. Watching the team do the installation was the proof that I had made a good decision. There are no cub bears on the team I watched; and having said all this You and your team made a customer for life in the process.

Travis was the tech that came to our home and he was very professional and took the time to explain everything in detail that really gave us confidence because he was not trying to sell us anything. We better understand our system needs now.
Plus the units are working better.

The team of [redacted]. and [redacted]. showed up on-time and were ready to get started right away. They were efficient and quiet. They did a great job and no damage was caused during the installation. The old unit was removed and a new one installed. The thing that really impressed me was that the cleaned each register and sealed them with duct sealant (a type of spackle). They said that the ducts were leaking cold air back into the attic and this would prevent that. AMAZING! They also replace the input grill and replace the 16" intake with an 18" intake and replace the ducting there, so that the system would operate more efficiently. They were clean, kind and courteous and put up with my barking dog :)

Overall, an A+ experience from [redacted] and [redacted].

Collins Comfort Masters has done five (5) HVAC installation jobs for us. They always satisfy us 100%. We also use them for our yearly checkups on our HVAC equipment. On our most recent job we had a four (4) man crew installing two (2) new heat pump systems. Our installers were [redacted]. and [redacted] actually worked on three (3) of our previous jobs and we requested him for this job since we were already familiar with his expertise and work ethic. All four (4) installers showed up on time and immediately got to work. They completed the job in one (1) day and no one complained that they needed to work a little late in order to get the job completed. They tested the system, made sure that everything worked correctly and cleaned up the jobsite before they left. You cannot go wrong with Collins Comfort Masters. If there is even the smallest problem; they will make it right. They believe in 100% satisfaction. We have never been disappointed. We intend to use them in the future. If any of our installers ([redacted]. or [redacted]) show up at your job you will be more than satisfied. I know we were!

I have my heating and cooling equipment serviced every year by Collins Comfort Masters and feel that they do a great job (especially [redacted], technician) of keeping it in good working condition and in explaining everything that they do every time. I highly recommend this company.
