Today SA serviced and installed a new motor in our AC unit. He was very professional and friendly. We were very pleased and therefore we will called on Collins Comfort Masters for any future services.

Jose V and Juan B came out to install a new unit and remove our old unit on Oct 11. They showed up on time, and immediately got to work. They explained the process to me and humored my obsessive questioning. They did an impeccable job, including the cleanup afterword. Highly recommended. A+++++

Recently had split air conditioning/heating system installed in my manufactured home. From first consultation with Max to installers Daniel and Justin this job went well. When a problem cropped up Daniel and Justin stayed late to resolve the problem with the input of a special troubleshooter (name unknown) dispatched by Collins in order to complete the install. I give these guys 5 stars out of 5 and will use Collins Comfort Masters again when I need a new water heater.

They were prompt in setting up an appointment. Garrett, the sales consultant, did an excellent job in explaining my options for the new a/c that was needed.

The professionalism of the installation techs, Justin G and Daniel A[redacted], was impressive. They were courteous, took pride in their work and exhibited a great work ethic.

I was in need of a second opinion regarding repairs on my 4 year old [redacted] heat pump from another company that I no longer trusted.. Via [redacted] I was put in touch with Collin's Comfort Masters. The service technician was Ryan arrived on time, spent a reasonable amount of time inspecting the unit and than returned to review the situation. Ryan fully explained the problems and his recommendations. The price for the repairs was reasonable and considerably less that proposed by the previous contactor. The service was great and I was pleased with the outcome

Had a 3 zone system installed in my home, all contacts and communications with Collins were positive. From Garrett and Blaine who helped educate my wife and I on what to purchase, to the installers, Jose V., Juan B., Duran and Lujandro. The installers were professional and wanted to ensure that what was purchased was what was installed. Would absolutely refer Collins to friends and family.

Have been using this company for the last couple of years nursing an old system. Finally decided to replace, and knew there was only one place to call.

OMGosh. We had a system driving us crazy. Sort of okay on one side of the house, burning up on the other. Couple of "other" vendors in, paid for repairs on our unit 4 times (and SO not cheap), still same ol problems after their "fix". Found Collins Comfort Masters in [redacted] comes in and crawls around our attic for an hour, vs only looking at the unit (like the rest). We had two rips in the venting big enough to put your arm in. We've been spending a fortune heating and cooling the ATTIC! We bought a new unit, they repaired & sealed all the duct work. My entire house is "cool" for the first time in the 11+ years we've owned it. Love Collins Comfort! So much better. Don't hesitate to use this company.

The original presentation by Max was very professional, although a bit complicated. He explained everything very well. The installation went smoothly and efficiently and Jose, Mo L[redacted] and Konnor did a wonderful job.

We had Collins Comfort Masters come and check our heat pump because we were tired of having something wrong every time Orangutan Home Services came out to work on our unit. This time we were very satisfied with the work by Collins and happy to find out that we didn't have a freon leak with this, not even 2 years old, unit. That means Orangutan cheated us once again because we paid for a full freon amount and they shorted us 2 pounds. That is expensive.
Ricardo B[redacted] was the tech who came to service our unit and he was very clean and friendly. I like dealing with him because he explained everything to me & kept up a nice attitude. It was a very pleasant experiance.
We signed up with Collins care plan and we are very happy that we are now with a good company to take care of our heat pump.

We contacted Collins Comfort through [redacted] to purchase our new Lennox unit. The overview given of the available systems and the different features and efficiency was great. It was explained in a way that it wasn't a foreign language and we understood what we wanted to purchase. [redacted] and his crew, [redacted]l and [redacted], came out to do the install and were extremely professional. They kept us in the loop as to the issues they encountered and their solutions. The install was done in a day and you wouldn't know they were ever there as they left everything very clean. This was a great decision and one that gave me confidence to know this group is straight forward. We no longer have warm and cold spots and the electric bill is dropping due to a more efficient unit and proper installation.

After new unit installed about 2 weeks ago, one of technician from Collins stopped by today to check the unit. He checked the furnace in the attic and the compressor pressure etc. He also fixed the air flow to one of the room. Overall, I am satisfied with his service.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and courteous service we experienced from the team we had replace our two A/C system from Collins Comfort Masters. Our salesman [redacted] was very knowledgeable and accommodating and the group of gentlemen ([redacted]) that removed and installed our new A/C systems were extraordinary. They were very clean and neat while performing the installation. They also helped identify the insufficient ducting that was in place from our old system and made sure it was replaced with the proper duct size at no extra cost or worry for us.

These folks performed the work on January 29, 2014. We went through [redacted] to get the [redacted] rebate. The only thing we are waiting on now is our [redacted] Cash rebate, but I am sure it is on it's way. I sincerely appreciate the good and professional work!

I recently replaced my old heat pump with a new a/c unit and a gas furnace. I also replaced my old electric water heater with a new gas model. The gentlemen from Collins Comfort Masters, that took care of the installation and the switch from electric to gas (Jose V, Dan L, Mo, Cameron), were extremely knowledgeable and professional. All went well in a very efficient manner, especially with the added effort needed for the change to gas. I would (and already have) recommend them for any mechanical repairs/installations needed.

I would like to thank Jose V and Lujandro for their professional attitude and a job well done for installing our air conditioner. The job required some extra effort and was handled well.

We just had a 4 ton Lennox air conditioner/gas furnace installed by Collins Comfort Masters of Chandler AZ. From the person who measured and quoted our system Rob L**, to the technicians Jose V., Armando G., and Derek M., I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable about the product they were installing. I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters.

Had a [redacted] water softener installed by [redacted] from Collins Comfort Masters today and all phases of the installation were very professional and I am very satisfied with the product and soft water.

On January 7th, Collins Comfort Masters sent out one of their finest people to do my semi-annual check up on my air/heating system. [redacted] arrived on time, and went right to work. He went beyond regular service to help replace my filter. I had only been home from the hospital for 2 wks, when he did more than the "routine" to make sure I was set until my next check up came due.
