Collins Comfort Masters

One of my a/c units quit working, so I got 6 estimates to replace the unit. Collins was the most knowledgeable and did the most thorough inspection of my unit and attic space. [redacted] came to give me an estimate. While here, he made sure that I knew about the [redacted] rebate and the [redacted] promotion that was available for the units that we purchased. They handled all of the paperwork for both programs. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood. We ended up getting two new units due to the age and status of each unit. [redacted] and [redacted] came the first day to install the first unit. They were very professional and such fun people. I was very inquisitive and they rolled with it and made sure that I was happy with their work. The next day [redacted] and [redacted] were sent to help install the second unit. The installs went off without a hitch and they were completed in a very timely manner. There was absolutely no mess after they left and my house was cool and ready for summer. I have already recommended Collins to a few people and will continue to do so. I had such a great experience with this company. Thank you!

We had a difficult situation to deal with in replacing ductwork under our home. [redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted] did a wonderful job. They were polite courteous efficient and professional. We are very happy with their new air conditioning and heating unit. They went out of their way to make this happen.

The men that installed our new air conditioner today (10/23/15) were outstanding. Each of them, Anthony, Duran and Baldwin were polite, very careful to be clean while in the residence and provided outstanding cleanup when the job was finished. Each of them took care in explaining the job at hand and instructions for daily and future care and operation of the new unit. These men deserve the highest of praise and gratitude from their employer and customers. The gentleman that operated the crane was also deserving of thanks, unfortunately, I did not get his name. Thanks to them all.

Discussed the problem with Cameron and what the cost would be. Cameron explained the entire repair to me so I would know what to expect and completed the repair quite efficiently.

Was called by Comfort Masters to schedule a check up on my HVAC for the upcoming season. [redacted] arrived and reviewed my needs since I have 2 units. He gave a new price based on double the work. He was very thorough and explained everything. He even changed my filters! Have recommended Comfort Masters and will continue to use them.

Called Comfort Masters since both my units were about 15 years old and it was time to get them replaced as the efficiency of these units were pretty bad. Got a sales guy to come out to the house and he explained all the ins and out about AC units and the different options available we could go with. Price wise I have to say was par to just about the other 2 companies I had requested a quote from, but Collins had the better option for me in regards to financing the units. The only somewhat negative thing was the financing piece. I was never told that my amount financed would cover a portion and I would have to come out of pocket for the rest until it was time to sign the invoice. After explaining that would not work for me, Collins suggested we could finance the rest through another lender. I also had to call multiple times in order to get my financing paper work signed and viewed through the lenders but Angela finally got it taken care of. On a more positive note, the company is very flexible regarding the installation and they did a bang up job the 2 days they were here. Jose V, Derek m and lujandro B, were all great installers and did an awesome job.

I was very please with the annual service of my air conditioner unit done by Collins. John, who did the service, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything fully and he is a great asset for Collins.

Collins Comfort Masters has serviced our HVAC system over the last several years. [redacted] performed AC tune-up and he is courteous and knowledgeable. No "bait & switch" games.

We heard about Collins from our neighbors so we gave them a try. [redacted] (sales) came out, took a look at our home and then when over his recommendation with us. Zero pressure. We told [redacted] to set up installation and the a crew of 3 were out the next day (by 7 am - as promised). [redacted], and [redacted] got right at it and when they broke for lunch, [redacted] told us the air was on and they would be back to wrap things up. When they returned from lunch, they went over all the controls and answered any question we had. This team was very efficient and did what appears to be a great job. We have since recommended them to several neighbors. [redacted] called sometime later that day just to make sure we were happy with the job and to be sure to contact him if there were any problems, questions, or concerns. Very positive experience.

My ac system was not working well. [redacted] came on time and figured out the problem right away. I appreciated the fact he took the time to do the job right and do it well. He was very thorough, helpful, patient, and informative. [redacted] has my system working better than ever.

The lady who scheduled my appointment was extremely polite and [redacted] was able to come the same day. Great Job [redacted]! Thanks again!

I picked Collins Comfort Master for two reasons. First, I had them do my annual checkup service on my existing a/c equipment last spring and was very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, friendliness of the technician who came, and thoroughness of his visit.
Secondly, I decided it was possibly a good time to replace my units, and a friend had mentioned to me that I should inquire of [redacted], as they had a "good deal". It turned out that Collins Comfort Master company is the one that [redacted] uses to represent them for the sales and installation of the Lenox equipment they sell.
The sales representative they sent was [redacted], who couldn't have been nicer, knowledgeable, professional. He answered virtually all our questions, explained the whys of his suggestions for what he felt would be good for our home. Even though the cost was way more than I had planned on spending, it made good sense to go ahead and make the purchase with him.
The crew that came to install (extremely prompt, respectful, and NEAT, cleaned everything in my home, protected my floors with tarps etc.) worked hard all day, I was very comfortable having them in our home. The crew was [redacted]., [redacted]., [redacted], and [redacted]. Awesome young men!
The entire experience was just wonderful, now I look forward to much lower utility bills with the efficiency of the new units. Thank you for having such a high quality company with employees who value their employer.

It's 114 outside and my AC stopped. I have been a customer of Collins Comfort Masters for years, but you don't know how good a business is until you need them. I called at 4 and [redacted] was here by 5. He looked at the unit and said "I can fix this for you." He had everything he needed with him and 20 minutes later he was back in his truck and I was cooling off. THANKS COLLINS!

My heap pump began to fail 2 days ago and I called Collins Comfort Masters that night. I was a new customer. By noon the next day [redacted] had come to the house and gone over all the details of getting a new unit including helping apply for financing. He was very understanding of my situation and was never condescending nor did he try to sell me things I did not need. The quote was to the point and very clear. Before 7 AM the following morning [redacted] and [redacted] were at the door. They were clear about what they were doing and were respectful of me and my property. They took their time and did the job right. My questions were answered without hesitation. I never heard any complaints about the job or that they needed to hurry to be somewhere else. I have had a great many problems with contractors , so I am extremely pleased with this company. I would highly recommend Collins.
