We just had a 4 ton Lennox air conditioner/gas furnace installed by Collins Comfort Masters of Chandler AZ. From the person who measured and quoted our system Rob L**, to the technicians Jose V., Armando G., and Derek M., I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable about the product they were installing. I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters.

Julie on the phone was nice, understanding, sympathetic and just wonderful! Konnor (our technician) was fast, good, friendly, and professional. Our experience was a great one. Within 1.5 hours of the phone call, we had cold air blowing again!

I wish give kudos to Collins Comfort Masters and their technicians Jose V, and Lejandro, who worked and very hard doing a complete HVAC replacement, 100+ degree heat. Both answered all my questions as work went on.
All work done as promised, and cleaned up completely when were done.

My central AC dies over the weekend and Collins (arranged through Home Depot) was fast to arrive for a quote via Garrett. The install was next day with Justin G and Daniel A[redacted] at the house handling the job. They did a great and clean job and I'm very happy with the past two days of company and product performance.

Collins Comfort Masters very sufficiently handled the complete installation of my air conditioning system. The two installers, Justin and Daniel were extremely competent, friendly and efficient in completing the installation.

I would like to thank Jose V and Lujandro for their professional attitude and a job well done for installing our air conditioner. The job required some extra effort and was handled well.

I recently replaced my old heat pump with a new a/c unit and a gas furnace. I also replaced my old electric water heater with a new gas model. The gentlemen from Collins Comfort Masters, that took care of the installation and the switch from electric to gas (Jose V, Dan L, Mo, Cameron), were extremely knowledgeable and professional. All went well in a very efficient manner, especially with the added effort needed for the change to gas. I would (and already have) recommend them for any mechanical repairs/installations needed.

Derek M came to do a audit for a new unit that was installed. Very professional and easy to talk with. He checked all the work of the installers and said everything looks very good. I am very pleased with Collins Comfort Masters employees. All have been great to work with and their work looks great.

We have been customers of Collins Comfort Masters for the last 15 year. We have always had good service, however the December maintenance service (do not have the name of the serviceman) left an attic cover open, insulation pieces on the floor, and dirty finger prints on all things that he touched. We had to order a new grill cover for one of the vents and that was installed today by (Mr. K[redacted]), needless to say it is smaller than the hole and K[redacted] did not have any caulking. It looks as though a grill cover could cover the hole. I have called Collins Comfort Masters and let them know how displeased I am. [redacted]

Review: It’s been almost 3 months since I have been waiting for Collins Comfort Masters to call me regarding a pungent vinegar smell given off from the expensive[redacted] Hospital Grade Air Filtration unit I purchased and installed from from Collins Comfort Masters along with my new Air Conditioner.

Every year since the A/C install, I call 2 days after with issues relating to the noxious smell. After its install.

I spent over $10,000 on the unit and every year it’s the same problem, over , and over.

I was shocked to find out that Collins Comfort Masters:

1. Never kept anything in my file over the past 5 years that I was complaining of this problem.

2. Confirmed to me by the the installer last year that they redesigned the Hepa Filtration Air System because of the Off-Smells to the consumer

3. [redacted] from Lenox technical Support contacted [redacted], a FieldConsultant, and I have not heard anything back.

Today they called me to do a seasonal tuneup and I couldn’t believe that no one called me. Even after [redacted] notified them to contact me. I was not given the field techinician’s Number.

It is illegal for a company to wipe the file of a customer of any issues the customer is having, if they are providing ongoing support to their customer base for [redacted], the manufacturer.

I have been Collins Comfort Master for 5 years, regarding this issue. I can’t believe I still am unheard after 5 years. I have called over and over for,

You need to question the ethics of the company and I suggest strongly that this one has should not receive their rating.Desired Settlement: This is a[redacted] issue. Collins is completely in the dark about the issues you have [redacted] a company,

I want[redacted] top management here and incontact with me and to resolve this issue. at their expense

[redacted] and [redacted], employees of Collins Comfort Masters, installed a new air conditioner for us today. They were polite and professional and performed the work in a timely manner.

I have been using Collins Comfort Masters for many years now and I am more than pleased with their service, which is excellent. Once a year, [redacted] comes out to do a Master tune-up of my heating and air conditioning system. He checks everything very thoroughly, tells me exactly what he is doing and why, and gives me a report on the state of the equipment, even good tips on how to keep it running smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about [redacted], he is a good man who knows his business. Ask for [redacted], you can't go wrong. Also, I find the price of a Master tune-up very reasonable.

We recently had a complete AC system and new ductwork installed by Collins Comfort Masters. [redacted]. and [redacted]. were our technicians. They arrived at the appointment on time and were very pleasant, answered questions and cleaned the whole area when finished. We are very happy with the results of the new system. We were so satisfied, we are now having the company install a new water heater.

Collins installed a split closet gas furnace and AC for me in Globe. The crew consisted of [redacted] and [redacted]. This install was in Globe Arizona. The crew were all very polite and professional. This was not a typical install and they took 2 days to accomplish it. The final result was a professional install that will last for years and improve efficiency.

Had the Collins crew show up on time, and delivered everything promised in a friendly, professional manner. I understand my family was among one of Collins' first customers when he started the business some 30 years ago. I now own the home and have continued to use them exclusively when necessary. They've been coming out every year for the annual service and have had repeat visits by some of the Techs which shows that Collins employees are long term.
