Collins Comfort Masters very sufficiently handled the complete installation of my air conditioning system. The two installers, Justin and Daniel were extremely competent, friendly and efficient in completing the installation.

Review: It’s been almost 3 months since I have been waiting for Collins Comfort Masters to call me regarding a pungent vinegar smell given off from the expensive[redacted] Hospital Grade Air Filtration unit I purchased and installed from from Collins Comfort Masters along with my new Air Conditioner.

Every year since the A/C install, I call 2 days after with issues relating to the noxious smell. After its install.

I spent over $10,000 on the unit and every year it’s the same problem, over , and over.

I was shocked to find out that Collins Comfort Masters:

1. Never kept anything in my file over the past 5 years that I was complaining of this problem.

2. Confirmed to me by the the installer last year that they redesigned the Hepa Filtration Air System because of the Off-Smells to the consumer

3. [redacted] from Lenox technical Support contacted [redacted], a FieldConsultant, and I have not heard anything back.

Today they called me to do a seasonal tuneup and I couldn’t believe that no one called me. Even after [redacted] notified them to contact me. I was not given the field techinician’s Number.

It is illegal for a company to wipe the file of a customer of any issues the customer is having, if they are providing ongoing support to their customer base for [redacted], the manufacturer.

I have been Collins Comfort Master for 5 years, regarding this issue. I can’t believe I still am unheard after 5 years. I have called over and over for,

You need to question the ethics of the company and I suggest strongly that this one has should not receive their rating.Desired Settlement: This is a[redacted] issue. Collins is completely in the dark about the issues you have [redacted] a company,

I want[redacted] top management here and incontact with me and to resolve this issue. at their expense

As you can see from the complaint, the homeowners issues appear to be with the manufacturer,[redacted], and not Collins Comfort Masters. We have already contacted[redacted] and we are setting up a site visit with [redacted] and[redacted].

We have been customers of Collins Comfort Masters for the last 15 year. We have always had good service, however the December maintenance service (do not have the name of the serviceman) left an attic cover open, insulation pieces on the floor, and dirty finger prints on all things that he touched. We had to order a new grill cover for one of the vents and that was installed today by (Mr. K[redacted]), needless to say it is smaller than the hole and K[redacted] did not have any caulking. It looks as though a grill cover could cover the hole. I have called Collins Comfort Masters and let them know how displeased I am. [redacted]

My central AC dies over the weekend and Collins (arranged through Home Depot) was fast to arrive for a quote via Garrett. The install was next day with Justin G and Daniel A[redacted] at the house handling the job. They did a great and clean job and I'm very happy with the past two days of company and product performance.

I wish give kudos to Collins Comfort Masters and their technicians Jose V, and Lejandro, who worked and very hard doing a complete HVAC replacement, 100+ degree heat. Both answered all my questions as work went on.
All work done as promised, and cleaned up completely when were done.

I have been using Collins for many years with good results. Today their technician [redacted] found a leak due to his being especially careful and diligent. He was very nice and went out of his way to explain everything.

He has renewed my faith in A/C companies and I again recommend their service.

Great work by [redacted],* and [redacted],* this morning, 6/7/14. The crew was on time, efficient, neat and thoroughly competent in every respect. I was also impressed with their politeness and willingness to explain the work being done!

Julie on the phone was nice, understanding, sympathetic and just wonderful! Konnor (our technician) was fast, good, friendly, and professional. Our experience was a great one. Within 1.5 hours of the phone call, we had cold air blowing again!

Derek M came to do a audit for a new unit that was installed. Very professional and easy to talk with. He checked all the work of the installers and said everything looks very good. I am very pleased with Collins Comfort Masters employees. All have been great to work with and their work looks great.
I appreciate Derek doing a check and audit as it reassures me that the new A/C is installed and working correctly.

I loved working with Collins Comfort Systems, my daughter referred me to them, they came up to Heber from the valley and gave us a complete review of our options, then followed up with a timely estimate of price and time. They were on time to put in the system, [redacted]. and [redacted] and [redacted] worked quickly and efficiently. The work was finished prior to schedule and they cleaned up. They were businesslike and nice. I would highly recommend them!

This was my first experience using Collins Comfort and I wasn't disappointed. Fred was thorough and knowledgeable about our system and made good recommendations without any pressure. I definitely would recommend them to others.

Collins Comfort Masters put in our new Lenox Heat Pump. We appreciated Neil, their Salesman. taking the time to explain the different units and what we needed. Also, Anthony and Duran did a great job installing the unit, and then about a week later Travis came out and checked everything over and made sure it was working properly. We have used Collins Comfort Masters for a long time and they are honest and reliable.

I wish to thank all of the people involved in replacing my air conditioner. [redacted]. AND [redacted]. did a long hard day of work to get it done. Always very polite. Telling me what was going on and why. Also [redacted] on the phone was very helpful. [redacted] came out and we talked about all of the problems. he also was very helpful. Then the salesperson came and spent a long time with us going over our options not trying to sell us the most expensive unit just the right one for our home. [redacted] and [redacted] are a credit to this company doing a very good job . we will always use Collins Comfort Masters for our needs as they are a perfect fit for us again thank you.

I have been using Collins Comfort Masters for many years now and I am more than pleased with their service, which is excellent. Once a year, [redacted] comes out to do a Master tune-up of my heating and air conditioning system. He checks everything very thoroughly, tells me exactly what he is doing and why, and gives me a report on the state of the equipment, even good tips on how to keep it running smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about [redacted], he is a good man who knows his business. Ask for [redacted], you can't go wrong. Also, I find the price of a Master tune-up very reasonable.

I just wanted to share our positive experience when dealing with Collins Comfort Masters. From the consult to the instillation, everyone at Collins was very professional and helpful. Dan Long and Juan B. installed the unit. Both were courteous and mindful of our home.

Had the Collins crew show up on time, and delivered everything promised in a friendly, professional manner. What I need from a service company is good service. My experience with Collins

Comfort is exactly what I need. Timeliness and competence is perfect.

Fred, the technician, is very good. He knows what to look for, what needs his

attention and how to address any issue.
