Collins Comfort Masters

14 year customer who has had other companies tune up heat pump but others were never as professional and honist and fair price for excellent service. The only gripe I have is I would like to see everyone with a shut off on the pressure guage so no freon is lost or very little.

We are very happy with the excellent customer service we received from ALL of the representatives of Collins Comfort Masters who worked with us in selecting and installing our Lenox heating and cooling unit . . . [redacted] in sales; [redacted], the technician who came later to confirm our needs; and the three installers, [redacted] and [redacted]. All were very helpful, professional and thorough. We appreciated their expertise and quality work, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the system. We will surely recommend their services to others and look forward with confidence to having them maintain our system in the future.

I have compared two reputable companies when I decided to have new AC units installed, and chose Collins through Costco. Five member-crew showed up on time, courteous and professional, paid attention to details. Thank you, Anthony, Duran, Juan, Dan, and Armando, you guys were fantastic, and finished the job with flying colors. Kudos to the company also for sending enough #s of people to get the job done in a day, your employees were team players and appeared happy.

We recently had a new Air Conditioning System installed by Collins Comfort Masters. We had a very positive experience starting with our Sales Person Max, as well as with our installers John C and Armando G. They did a wonderful job! They worked very hard all day and were very careful in making the installation perfect! No request was too much for them. They were very polite and kept my house very clean and tidy while they worked. We have had our system now for about a month now and all is working very well.

I just had Collins Comfort install a new Lennox A/C unit today. Collins Comfort also installed the Lennox unit I had replaced 18 years ago and provided all the needed service. Collins Comfort takes pride in doing the job right. The crew who installed my unit was also courteous and completed the job to my satisfaction. Great company! I was very pleased with the service, and happy to know that their techs are not paid on commission from sales. First time I have ever had a tech leave without trying to sell me something!!!

I was given a 5 hour window (understandable) and told the tech would call before he headed over. I received a call approx 30mins prior to him arriving that he was on his way, he was very pleasant, did the work, and asked if I needed anything extra. I did have a few questions for him, and he was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions, and went above and beyond with his customer service.

Collins Comfort Masters (CCM) has serviced our package heat pump/AC unit annually for about 5 years, twice repairing it, once within 12 hours, during the intense Mesa, AZ summer. In all instances, their staff checked out the equipment carefully and fully reported to us; lending advice about filters, filter change frequency, register adjustments, operating temps at night, etc. Today, we had a new [redacted] package unit installed, working with CCM and [redacted]. Everything went as planned and promised, from the employee contact ([redacted]) in [redacted] to the two installation employees ([redacted] & [redacted]). They were on time and completed the job in the estimated time, including discussing filters, operating temperature, and register suggestion (changing to registers without open/close capability in order to increase air flow and achieve maximum efficiency).

We have used Collins Comfort Masters for years, are always on time, polite and do a excellent job. Highly recommend them.

I've been a customer of Collins Comfort Masters for almost ten years now. I wouldn't do business with anyone else. Last summer I purchased their $119 preventive maintenance service. This premium service comes with a one year warranty and I had to call them to schedule an appointment to check out my heat pump. [redacted] came out within an hour of me calling and he checked out the heat pump, air handler and thermostat. He found a broken supply damper and didn't have the part on his truck so he had the main office and warehouse bring one out so he could repair my comfort system. I can't say enough about [redacted] and Collins Comfort Masters. They are the best!

We have used Collins Comfort Masters for several years and today we utilized their inspection services. Their technicians [redacted] and [redacted] did a great job and inspected our unit in a professional manner.
