We just received excellent service from [redacted]. & [redacted]. regarding the replacement of a coil in one of our Trane units. We very much appreciated their professional approach, pleasant attitude and very fast service. Would recommend Collins Comfort Masters and specifically [redacted]. & [redacted]. to anyone.

We are very happy with the excellent customer service we received from ALL of the representatives of Collins Comfort Masters who worked with us in selecting and installing our Lenox heating and cooling unit . . . [redacted] in sales; [redacted], the technician who came later to confirm our needs; and the three installers, [redacted] and [redacted]. All were very helpful, professional and thorough. We appreciated their expertise and quality work, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the system. We will surely recommend their services to others and look forward with confidence to having them maintain our system in the future.

Overall, an excellent experience. The telephone receptionist was very professional and confirmed an estimated time of arrival by contacting the technician while I waited. [redacted], the technician arrived right on time. After listening to my description of the problem, he described what he thought the problem might be and how he would proceed with diagnosis. Upon completion of his analysis, he reported back what the problem was, how he would repair, and the cost. He explained that he was not using an OEM replacement part and that their experience had proven that the non-OEM part actually performed better in our desert climate. He took the time to answer all of my questions before proceeding. I could tell that he knew his trade by the thoroughness and simplicity of his explanations. He completed the work and performed a complete inspection of the entire system, putting on shoe covers before entering our home to inspect the air handler. My wife loved that.

We recently had a new Air Conditioning System installed by Collins Comfort Masters. We had a very positive experience starting with our Sales Person Max, as well as with our installers John C and Armando G. They did a wonderful job! They worked very hard all day and were very careful in making the installation perfect! No request was too much for them. They were very polite and kept my house very clean and tidy while they worked. We have had our system now for about a month now and all is working very well.

We had them install and service our unit for 10 yrs. now. They have always been consistently professional, prompt and helpful. Konor was our tech this spring and did an exceptional job of asking what our future needs were and how we could prolong the life of our unit. We are taking his recommendations under consideration and look forward to working with him again!

14 year customer who has had other companies tune up heat pump but others were never as professional and honist and fair price for excellent service. The only gripe I have is I would like to see everyone with a shut off on the pressure guage so no freon is lost or very little.

I had a new high efficiency Lennox heat pump system installed by [redacted]. and [redacted]. with Collins. These guys really know what they are doing and got the job done as scheduled. I was impressed with their professionalism and the high quality of their work. When they completed the install they reviewed what they did and how the new system functions. Additionally, my home was left in a very clean condition since they removed the old system and all materials and boxes.

Collins Comfort Masters (CCM) has serviced our package heat pump/AC unit annually for about 5 years, twice repairing it, once within 12 hours, during the intense Mesa, AZ summer. In all instances, their staff checked out the equipment carefully and fully reported to us; lending advice about filters, filter change frequency, register adjustments, operating temps at night, etc. Today, we had a new [redacted] package unit installed, working with CCM and [redacted]. Everything went as planned and promised, from the employee contact ([redacted]) in [redacted] to the two installation employees ([redacted] & [redacted]). They were on time and completed the job in the estimated time, including discussing filters, operating temperature, and register suggestion (changing to registers without open/close capability in order to increase air flow and achieve maximum efficiency).

Collins serviced three of my houses this past week. Did a great job. [redacted] was super. Have done my AC work for years and I have always been satisfied.

We had [redacted] and [redacted]. install a [redacted] Mini-split system in our garage and they did a fantastic job. Both men were very professional and the installation was performed smoothly and without any issues.

[redacted] was the sales rep and his preliminary work and manner made us believe his company was the right one to use for this installation.

Our air conditioning system was replaced in 100+ temps. The coil was leaking all of the coolant. The response from the 1st phone call through the install was 2 days (Fri. & Sat.) The service was excellent thru the entire process. Special thanks to Ryan, Neil, Mo, Armando, Don who represented the Collins company and worked nonstop to get the job accomplished.

I wanted to thank your technician [redacted] for the great job he did getting my central A/C working. He arrived shortly after I called and proceeded to do an efficient job of finding the problem and solving it. All done on a busy weekend. They provide the best customer service with competitive pricing. They are hands down the best value in the Valley and I would recommend them to anybody who needed service along with a good deal to look no further.
This occasion they installed a 2 ton Lennox roof top unit. Jose V[redacted] and his crew were what I've come to expect from this company. Hopefully, they recognize their crews are the face of the company and deserve a bonus for the excellent work they do!!

Great company! I was very pleased with the service, and happy to know that their techs are not paid on commission from sales. First time I have ever had a tech leave without trying to sell me something!!!

I was given a 5 hour window (understandable) and told the tech would call before he headed over. I received a call approx 30mins prior to him arriving that he was on his way, he was very pleasant, did the work, and asked if I needed anything extra. I did have a few questions for him, and he was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions, and went above and beyond with his customer service.

Im glad to find an AC company that I can trust and not feel like I am being taken advantage of!

I just had a new AC unit installed (heat pump and air handler) by Collins Comfort Masters on Friday 09/11/2015 and could not be happier with the outcome. The two installers (John L and Armando G) were extremely professional, courteous and explained or answered all of our questions. They went above and beyond to make sure we approved of their work and make sure their work and my home was clean before they left. I was very impressed with the quality of their work.
