I returned their product a month ago and they keep saying I'll get a refund but still waiting I bought a complete set of Bags including fender and tour pack with tail lights and removable bracket on Nov 1st,for $order # XXXXX I received them Nov 19th ,they were [redacted] No cut outs for speakers no drill holes for hardwarea chip in bag lid and worst of all tour pack lid mold didn't even fit the mold for hardware didn't line up.I emailed them for a return 0n Nov 20th and they (Matt G) emailed me back return them with tracking number for refund .I returned them with FedEx, Tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXX on Tuesday Nov 21st which cost me $more out of my pocket which now puts cost to $they received them back on Wed Nov 22nd and I still haven't got a refund .I have called numerous times, sent them emails and facebook messages at first they kept saying their working on it ,but now they have blocked me on facebook,they wont call me back or email me back I'm looking to get

Product did not meet the description provided by customer service at the time of ordering I purchased 5" stretch bags with lids and fender with LED lights for my motorcycle This product was ordered by phone directly to customer service When I received the product and took it to my dealer to install on my bike I was told the cost to install was $ The company claims that all the extra that was needed was for the product to be painted and that it was a plug and play This was not the case A great deal of extra body work was needed and the lids do not fit the bags The LED lights for the fender are installed directly into the fender so if they ever need replacing they would need to be broken out I called customer service multiple time without an answer Finally, I reached someone and after two weeks they still did not resolve the situation I The company is insisting that I placed the order on line, and when doing so it states that the product needs extras to instal

I didnt really have that issue with my orderI palced an order with Bagger Bags on 10/7/for a set of strecthed baggers for my Roadglide and yes it came in a tad bit late (was told 3-weeks, came on the 4th week)Just got around to installing it and everything seems to be fineI mocked it up myself and it came out sickDidnt want something super stretched so I ordered some 5" kits that came with taper endsWould tell anyone to just give them a call prior to purchasing so they can answer your questions Quality of the product was good, strong fiberglass and everytime I called they answered with any questionsAlready have recommended friends to buy from them and they have bought as well

Did not receive all of the items that I paid for Purchased items for my Harley Davidson Fatboy Lo and I received wrong items such as a right saddle bag, no latches for the lids and the lids didn't have the speaker cut out that I orderedI have called and emailed several times without any response!

I am a small business owner and had a customer buy a bag kit from these guys When the kit arrived it didn't include the main part which is the mounting frame for the fender and bags I contacted them and spoke to *** I placed the order and received an email with my invoice I waited about a days and didn't have my itemI then realized I didn't have a tracking number for the item I contacted them again and spoke to [redacted] again and was assured the item was shipping that day I waited another days and on the third contacted them to see if they had a tracking number for me I was then told that there was a mix up with my invoice That the invoice I was sent had another customers info and different part request I was told that they were fixing the issue and if I could send them my invoice and proof of purchase The next day I called to get a status I was then told that it's still being worked and they will call be back that day This is now going over a week So I called again, this time I was told that I have a new invoice number and the Item will be shipping Two more days passed and still no tracking number and no follow up call so I called them Only to be told that the item I need for my customer is no longer in stock I have known about this company for a while and have seen them on ebay many times so I checked there Funny they have multiple listings posted for sale of the same item I am needingI made a last call to them and requested a refund since they can't get me the item needed I was told by the lady that she can't give refunds that the owner (***) would have to do it She stated to me that she was texting him now to let him know I never heard from [redacted] I wrote him an email stating that I would like a refund and still haven't received a reply Luckily for me I was able to put a claim in with my bank for not receiving my item and get my money back There is no way I will ever do business with them again The kit my customer purchased is very cheaply made requires a lot of fitment prior to being painted and material is very thin Won't last to long before it cracks and breaks

Ordered bags and rear fender and when receiving them they did not fit at all to a point that u could make them work so I sent them back for a refund I purchased these parts on January 23,2018.They shipped them on march 2,and received them on march After trying to fit them on the bike the lids did not fit on the bags and the rear fenders were not cut out for dual exhaust like it was suppose to be and the lids you could get them to seal at all the way they had themSo on march I tried to call and email them about returning and no one contacted me till march on how to ship them back so on march I sent them back with tracking number [redacted] So it was shipped back within the days like they want even though they never contacted me for daysThey received the parts on march on march they contacted me and asked if I wanted different one and offered me a free headlight and I said I just wanted a refund.after that I tried calling and emailing multiple time
