I received incorrect parts for my motorcycle from Bagger bags and they say they will not refund my money because it has been too long from the policy

I went on baggerbags.com to order a new headlight and fog lights for my motorcycleI called the company to make sure what I was ordering was what I wantedI was told it would have everything I needed to mount the new lightsI explained that I had no mounting brackets for the fog lights and needed them as wellI was told they were includedWhen I got the lights, the craftsmanship was poor, the headlight required serious modifications to the mounting ring and could move in its bracket, and there were no mounting brackets for the fog lights I called them the day I received them, and they asked me to send them pics to a cell phone I did, and they said the brackets are not included and modification may be required I told them I only ordered their kit because they said everything was ready to bolt on and it included the bracketsI was told to return it for a full

I purchased some motorcycle parts from this company on August 24th using my credit card they told me it would take 3weeks to receive my parts , it took months before I received my parts and it was nothing to what I explained to Derrick the representative from bagger bags I spoke to on the phone I've call this company over times trying to resolve my problem and get a refund , I spoke to someone on January 22nd and said my refund will be back on my credit card by the end of the business day and to this day I still haven't received my refund of $my order number XXXXX

I purchased 5" stretch bags with lids and fender with LED lights for my motorcycle This product was ordered by phone directly to customer service When I received the product and took it to my dealer to install on my bike I was told the cost to install was $ The company claims that all the extra that was needed was for the product to be painted and that it was a plug and play This was not the case A great deal of extra body work was needed and the lids do not fit the bags The LED lights for the fender are installed directly into the fender so if they ever need replacing they would need to be broken out I called customer service multiple time without an answer Finally, I reached someone and after two weeks they still did not resolve the situation I The company is insisting that I placed the order on line, and when doing so it states that the product needs extras to instal

Makes people jump thru hoops when products are defective, incorrect and unsuitable for use
I purchased a HALO LED headlight unit for my Honda VTX1800R motorcycle from this business in April from their websiteOrder #XXXXX
When I tried to install the unit, I found they had shipped me the incorrect unit....a non-HALO unit whereas I had clearly ordered a HALO unit, which is in fact shown on my invoice
But in addition I found numerous other issues
I found that the unit was not suitable for use on this vehicle because it lacks lower mounting bolts to secure it properly
In addition, the LED unit was mounted crookedly in what appears to be a makeshift fiberglass mounting deviceThis is a real problem since the unit is NOT adjustable even though the owner of the company, *** *** assured me it was via email before I bought the unit The unit is not adjustable in any way, contrary to the guarantee he gave me via email

This company is terrible After waiting more than months for items I purchased, I was lied to numerous time about the shipping date I was promised a free headlight for my wasted time and never received that either Once the parts FINALLY arrived, they were the wrong parts The craftsmanship was terrible The bags looked like something I created myself It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and no one will EVER return your calls I returned all the items and they shorted my refund over $300!! Now I can't get anyone to return my emails or calls I would recommend that no one do business with this company They are thieves and ripping people offAbsolute worst experience I have ever had regarding my bike

The fender for the 6" drop kit called the "down and out" is not the correct fender for a Harley Davidson Road Glide
Prior to the purchase of the item described above, I called and emailed several times to ensure the correct part would be ordered and fit my application I was assured over and over that the "down and out" would fit the Road Glide Upon receipt of the product, I employed an expert shop to do the work and they immediately informed me that the fender would not work There is not a point to connect the fender, the fender therefore sits directly on the tire If the fender were to sit where it should to match up with the saddle bags, there is a 5"+ gap under the seat This is unnaceptable When I notified the shop of the error, their representative Erick repeatedly told me to call the shop because he has no experience in the product The shop, will not answer, they will not return phone calls and my shop and I both have been trying to call for over a week
