Its been nothing but liesI ordered trendsetter bags, fender, side filler panels, dash piece, leds, lids I have repetitively contacted them for my order, which was done on-line Its a scam, there are numerous bad reviews....bad product quality, people never getting what they have ordered, on and on They have made the prices really good to lure you inthen you purchase, and get nothing but lies I have sent emails, calls (got an attitude via text from them), then supposedly the owner contacted me *** *** and told me by email he would make it righthowever the email he sent didn't even read correctlyI know its another lie I WANT AND DESERVE MY MONEY BACKI WAS TOLD IT WOULD 2-WEEKS, IT HAS BEEN SINCE JUNE I have been told every story under the sun We work hard for our money, and as a customer of any kind - we/I deserve better I have already sought legal counsel and have drawn up paperwork for suit Get me MY MONEY BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD AND IT GOES AW

Motorcycle fairing
I ordered a motorcycle fairing from them took I weeks arrived in a box with no padding and box was torn and had holes after several emails and messages they said it back so they can refund me no refund and there ignoring my messages

Received defective light, returned to coand they agreed to issue a replacement, days later and no action
received a defective projector headlight, contacted bagger bags and they sent me a return shipping label and I sent the light back, they contacted me via email that they received the light and would send a replacement, that's been over days ago and now I get no response from them either by phone or email, last contact with them they advised the light is shipped? that was on Jan 25th

I ordered the wrong size light so the second day I had it I called and emailed and texted it to try to contact for a returnIn that process I seen online other stores sell the same light for about half the price as the one they are overcharging forWhich definitely made me want to return not trade the item because I do not like to be price gougedI am also filing a complaint with the attorney general Office consumer protectionI told them I would report them and they said they would put my personal information name and address all over the internet lolThey sent some pretty stupid emails to me when it comes to other customers seeing thoseI offered a fair resolution if they did not want to return then adjust the price refund right the same that other stores sell olit at and they refused

I ordered something but cancelled it cause it took to long to ship so I told them to cancel itNever got a refund

Very long wait time, fender was damagedWas offered a replacement at no chargeI specifically asked they put warranty item on the package as shipping to Canada I have to pay duty and taxes
They included the entire original packing slip so I got charged duty and taxes on the entire order againThey were not willing to follow the process to help me get my money refunded so I am doing this part myself
Also the replacement fender they shipped me took months and was not the same as the original one I orderedMultiple times they told me the item was shipped and it wasn'tSo I am still out with a damaged fender and a useless one I cannot use, plus I am out duty and tax charges twice
This company will not give out a contact number that you can actually call and talk to someone
Phone number just goes to voicemail over and over

Ordered bags 11/30/! Cancelled the very next day ! It's 12/and still haven't received anything !!! This company if a fraud ! I'm pretty sure there good reviews is people from there own company leaving them !!!! I have called and called and called to get one in return ! It's like if they have me block nobody answering !!!! It was 894$$$ and they still have not refunded my money in over days !!!! Do not buy from this company please save yourself the *** hassle !!!! Lucky I do t live in Florida I tell you that !

Around May 8th the items were received and after inspection we realized they were not exactly what was ordered and was not going to fit
On May 9th I emailed in asking about a replacement for the fender since that is what we first noticed wasn't going to workThey sent me a shipping label and I sent the fender back
While waiting for that we got to work on the bike again and even with the fender not being here we noticed that the bags were not going to line up eitherSo on May 18th I did a return request for the whole orderI finally received the return label on May 26th

Returned a motorcycle headlight for an exchange 7/13/I have spoken to them numerous times and promised a new headlight with no return
I purchased a headlight for a Harley Davidson street glide in early June of I was not pleased with it so I contacted the company and was promised a different headlight to my liking upon return of the original headlightI mailed that headlight back through the USPS on 7/13/I have spoken with their representatives numerous times since with a promise of a new headlightI've not received a new headlight nor will they return my calls or textsThank you

Takes your money product is no good won't warrenty so you waist the money and they don't care they are thieves

I purchased a light for my motorcycle on 3/15/and when I got it and went to put it in it did not fit I put it back in the box and shipped it back and the got it on 3/21/and they still have not returned my money When I spoke with them they said they only do returns on Monday and that was weeks ago then I spoke with lance last Friday he gave me a story about owner only does returns and he had been out and that the return would be done on 4/4/and it would take days to get return well I called on 4/7/and spoke with a lady didn't get her name she said that it should show up on 4/8/and still no return money

On March 26th I received an e-mail from *** *** after inquiring online about parts for my Harley Davidson about when we could speak about parts
On March 28th, I spoke with *** who stated they had what I was looking for in stock and it could ship right awayOnce we agreed on a price, I paid *** $via debit card over the phoneI promptly received an e-mail receipt for Order #*** for Harley Davidson Stretched Replacement Fender, Extended Saddlebags, LED Install Kit, and Stretched Side covers all painted vivid blackThis e-mail came from the sales e-mail at Baggerbags.com
I did not hear back by April so I e-mailed both addresses asking for an update or tracking on shipment with no responseI did finally get ahold of a woman on the phone who said they were waiting on the side covers and the other parts would ship immediately
By June I still did not hear anything or get anything and left multiple

Order to windshields for my Harley-Davidson company has not provided any tracking information in nearly a month
Order to windshields nearly a month ago call the company asked for tracking information two weeks ago nothing called last week again Stracking information was told that they were out of stock then received in IM from them saying that they are revising their procedure for windshields called times today to get tracking information or refund of my product no answer

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! Very poor quality and to top that off I was sent the wrong product and they will not refund my moneyThey want me to send it back on my dime and take an in store creditI don't need another incorrect piece or more of their poor craftsmanship!!!!

This company is a *** scam and all they do is rip people off
