On 12/14/16, I submitted an order with bag or bags they communicate with me via telephone and I process my credit card for a order of stretched bags and a rear fender fiberglass they said at that time it would be weeks until the until the order would be ready
On 12/I communicated with the company they then stated on Facebook messenger which I have copies of our communications that now the order won't be ready until additional four weeks from now and or has yet to be processedDue to my circumstances of when I need the product and when I was expecting the product I told them I regretfully must cancel my order immediately and I wish to be refunded via the credit card on file that I submitted my payment with
At that time on Facebook messenger all communications to them was blocked from me which I have photographed picture

Item purchased in Novdidn't receive till end of January and it was damagedWas told to send back and I would get refund but now they're ignoring me
I purchased set of bags fender and lights from bagger bags before ThanksgivingWas supposed to receive in 2-wksDidn't receive till end of January after being lied to on multiple occasions that they were already sentWhen they got here they were damaged and in such poor shape that it would cost almost double what I paid just to get them fixed I had body guys look at themI contacted them and sent pictures was told to send back and would receive refund within daysThey received them back over a week ago and everytime I call they ignore me or tell me to email costumer support, I have emailed customer support times and no response back I have sent them messaged on facebook as well and am told to email costumer supportEverytime I ask for a manager I'm told no one is there and no one calls me back

Good overall experience dealing with Bagger Bags LLCOnly complaint that I had was the shipping time frameHad to wait weeks to get my productGranted they did advise me that they were experiencing delays once I originally placed the order so I was notifiedI ordered two sets of bags, one for me and my husbandwe have a 99' RK and an Electra and ride well over 12,miles a year each so we decided to change up the look a bit and look into some baggersBy far this company has the lowest priced products in the marketThe bags required some body work and did cost up a bit at the body shop, but still well worth every pennyLove the product and looking into coming back into purchasing one of their headlights soon to top off the bike

I returned the bags on July 16, hand-deliveredI still haven't received my refund of $
I ordered Harley bags when the bags arrive I did not expect what I received so I immediately contacted them and asked what were the return
policy's and clearly they disclose that is seven days from the date we received the Bags I received the bags on July 11, and I returned the bags on July 16,hand-delivered to *** which is the person that was sent to open the door
Today is Nov 26,and I still haven't received my refund $
I went to there location and handle deviled to make sure that I would not have this situation

Defective product returned to Business - No credit issued
I ordered Daymakers for my Road glide on 8/10/2016/ They arrived approximately WEEKS laterThey were of sub par quality - They did not fit properly and didn't fully workI was issued an RMA to send them backI did - Bagger Bags Received them on 9/15/I have been trying to get the credit I deserve since then - It is now 10/20/Nothing form them - They keep telling me they issue credits on Mondays - Every Monday comes and goes still no creditThey better not respond to contact customer service@ bagger bags - Because I have sent e-mails to that address and no ResponseI just want a credit issued so I can move on

They advertised the bags would use factory hardware it does notPoor quality fiberglass and lied on the fitmit
The advertisement states you use all factory hardware and there are not even holes or spots to use the factory hardwareThe parts don't even fit my bike as advertised they are sopose to be for a street glide and do not fit my Harley street glideThey falsely advertised their product to get me to order it

This company *** please everyone save your money, I bought a rear fender, bags and Lids for my VTX, the parts are ***, nothing fits right, did not send all the parts that were suppose to come with it, I think this is some guy out of his garage who thinks he knows what he is doing, and instead of refunding your money he blocks your phone calls and blocks you on facebook..Revdex.com PLEASE close this place down

Writing this review to let everyone know that I personally think bagger bags is a good companyI ordered a bagger kit from them on 2/18/of this yearLike most of you guys I kept seeing these reviews and thought to myself "oh man, is it really true" so I called them up and asked myselfThey explained to me their side of the story and I decided to take a riskI got in on a sweet deal they had on one of their social media sites for $back during that time for my 07' glide and I like the way it turned outGot some 5" bags, replacement fender with speaker lidsCame in around weeks and even though they were rough, everything lined right upTook me about an hour to line it up and I love how it looksNow jsut trying to gather some money to take her to paintI attahced some pictures for you guys to see

I bought lights from Bagger Bags LLC of Lake worth, Florida for my Harley DavidsonI purchased them on September 9th of When I received them I noticed I had to actually put them together which I was not aware ofI figured after spending $on lights that they would come assembledWell I soon found out that the lights did not fit in the separate housing that was sent with itAlso the housing that was sent with the lights did not even have the same mounting location as my factory set upThe description also said it would fit my bike which it did notI contacted the company and they told me they couldn't give me an answer without having my bike there even though I sent them very detailed picturesThey were not very responsive nor did they seem to care that they are falsely advertising product or they sent me the wrong housing setup

Purchased items for my Harley Davidson Fatboy Lo and I received wrong items such as a right saddle bag, no latches for the lids and the lids didn't have the speaker cut out that I orderedI have called and emailed several times without any response!
