I ordered a part on 7/31/and received the wrong part and sent it back for a refundI received a partial refund and it should have been full refund
I ordered a headlight specific for my motorcycle for $with free shipping, and after three weeks I had to remind them to send itI received the wrong part weeks after they said it would be hereI contacted them about it and they told me to modify it to make it fitI refused and they said send it backI paid $to send it back for a refundThey received it 9/31/and never contacted meI sent several messages and got little responseI found a phone number and called them 10/27/and was told to call back 10/31/I did so and after a long run around received a refund of $I called back and asked for the remainder of my $and was refused saying it was for shipping and restocking feesI feel it was their mistake and I shouldn't be charged for it

I didnt really have that issue with my orderI palced an order with Bagger Bags on 10/7/for a set of strecthed baggers for my Roadglide and yes it came in a tad bit late (was told 3-weeks, came on the 4th week)Just got around to installing it and everything seems to be fineI mocked it up myself and it came out sickDidnt want something super stretched so I ordered some 5" kits that came with taper endsWould tell anyone to just give them a call prior to purchasing so they can answer your questions
Quality of the product was good, strong fiberglass and everytime I called they answered with any questionsAlready have recommended friends to buy from them and they have bought as well

I have been dealing with Baggers Bags LLC for almost a year nowI ordered a full set parts for my motorcycle which I was promised would be shipped in weeksAfter no tracking information and several attempts to contact the company they blocked my phone numbermonths later I received my order but not everything was included and the parts were not the quality they had describedI wouldn't hesitate to say the parts are of such poor quality that they are not even usablei returned the parts with proof of delivery after months of arguing and they will not issue a return and just say they will get back to me

Wanna request a partial refund in the amount of $which I had to pay to get new mounting brackets made to get this kit to work on my motorcycle
Purchased a set of the saddle bags for my motorcycleUpon installation the bags did not line up with the fender that came with the kit and also hung over the passenger pegs making them unusable Tried multiple times to get help in which all I was told was that the brackets were right and I had them on wrongI tried everything and the will not work and they won't help in any wayI have had to buy my own materials and make my own mounting Also the lights that come in the kit will not work unless you buy an additional kit that cost almost $

Parts weren't as described , didn't fit , were mismatched , shipping and delivery times were , was lied to many times by both phone and email
Ordered parts online 7-1-was told 2-weeks delivery time / was over fender stretch bags lights and lid kit / right side bag was one inch drop shorter than fender and left side bag , they emailed shipping label to exchange the part and then took nearly two weeks to receive another wrong part that was identical in dimensions as the first one I now have pints of paint going bad and hardening They lied about installation , they've lied about their quality , they lied about delivery time , they misrepresent their product use age for year make and models They operate under many other company names online as well
This company should be shut down and made to refund everyone they've screwed

I received product and it was garbage, my painter and my refused to deal with product they said it was garbage and it wasn't sand blasted

I placed an order (Order #XXXXX) with this company on July 15th, They originally mishandled the order and only charged my CC shippingI had to call them multiple times to get the payment corrected; they did and charged my credit card for the full order price

I have made several calls, emails and chats; no response and the only time they ever called me back was initially to get my credit card info for the full purchase back this summer
I have requested numerous times to cancel the order; no response
I do not know what to do next other than to forfeit my purchase price as I do not want to spend more money on legal action for such a small purchase

Its been three weeks and I still have not received my refund
I ordered a batwing fairing from this company in July and once I received the product three weeks later after making multiple phone calls to make sure the order was right because the order confirmation did not match what I asked for and I was told it was what I orderedOnce I got the fairing it did not match the order confirmation recipe or what I ask for and I immediately returned it with in a three day period and requested a full refund and was told it was processed now its been three weeks sense then and I still have not seen my moneyI have made two calls about my money and both times was told to call my bank and file a dispute of the charges if I wanted to get my money back

I usually dont write reviews but I was so impressed with services I got from the company that I decided to add oneThe communication between I and the company was excellent, they explained the process in details and the spare parts I got were of the highest quality and reasonable pricesThe delivery was very fastI am very satisfiedThanks
