Never bought anything from this company and I receive multiple weekly texts for chargeback charges
I have never heard of or bought from this company I receive weekly texts stating chargeback chargesHarassing me at this point!

I am a small business owner and had a customer buy a bag kit from these guys When the kit arrived it didn't include the main part which is the mounting frame for the fender and bags I contacted them and spoke to *** I placed the order and received an email with my invoice I waited about a days and didn't have my itemI then realized I didn't have a tracking number for the item I contacted them again and spoke to *** again and was assured the item was shipping that day I waited another days and on the third contacted them to see if they had a tracking number for me I was then told that there was a mix up with my invoice That the invoice I was sent had another customers info and different part request I was told that they were fixing the issue and if I could send them my invoice and proof of purchase The next day I called to get a status I was then told that it's still being worked and they will call be back that day This is now going over a week So I called again, this time I was told that I have a new invoice number and the Item will be shipping
Two more days passed and still no tracking number and no follow up call so I called them Only to be told that the item I need for my customer is no longer in stock I have known about this company for a while and have seen them on ebay many times so I checked there Funny they have multiple listings posted for sale of the same item I am needingI made a last call to them and requested a refund since they can't get me the item needed I was told by the lady that she can't give refunds that the owner (***) would have to do it She stated to me that she was texting him now to let him know I never heard from *** I wrote him an email stating that I would like a refund and still haven't received a reply
Luckily for me I was able to put a claim in with my bank for not receiving my item and get my money back
There is no way I will ever do business with them again The kit my customer purchased is very cheaply made requires a lot of fitment prior to being painted and material is very thin Won't last to long before it cracks and breaks

I ordered parts in September 2016, arrived in November - WRONG partsI had to return them at my own expense and have been waiting ever since for replacement / correct partsWhen I can get them on the phone its is always the same story - short staffed - parts are coming NEXT week , even sent me a FedEx tracking number after months, but nothing was ever sentNow won't answer the phone, won't answer emails , TERRIBLE customer service ---DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO SCREW YOU OVER AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!

I just read the first few badreviews and I could've sworn I wrote them I too, got robbed by this company I too got the run around excuses for months trying to get an order right After sending me different fenders to match the bags I purchased (4-months later), my body shop guy laughed at me when I gave him the product I too got the same answer from my bodyshop guy The product is crap Too thin and weak with endless amount of air bubbles in the fiberglass He told me it would take him weeks to prep and it would cost me a fortune I ended up eating the dollars I spent This crap is laying in the box in my garage I read the reviews and didn't even bother to try to contact this company figuring it would *** me off even more I ended up going to one of the top brand companies When I received the order, it was night to day difference in quality Like the old saying goes,, You get what you pay for but I was ignorant and didn't do my homework Shame on me Love how this company will post endless pics and adds on facebook I added a negative comment to another unhappy customer's comment yesterday They wasted no time blocking my comments now This company is a true joke

Ordered a fender extension and filler last weekNever received an e-mail to notify me of shippingThen I started reading all the complaints about Baggers Bags, and just knew I was next on the list to get ripped offReally wanted to stop payment with CC company if fender had not shipped yetE-mailed Baggers about the status of my order but heard nothing by the end of the dayBut, to my surprise when I got home it was sitting on my front porchThe box/cardboard pieces it was wrapped in looked really roughI was expecting the worstTook me minutes just to open package, this thing was wrapped tight, had enough bubble wrap around it , they could have dropped it from a plane and would have survivedFinally get it opened and it was in great shape!! The piece was sturdy and fit perfectlyI only need to do some light sanding and some very minor puttying and she'll be ready to bolt onOver all my experience was goodAnd today I received an e-mail with the tracking number even though it had been delivered, so cant complain much there either

Order product on March 16, Waited several weeks for the product to delivered Contact them via phone and received no answer or call back Emailed them and received an email back on May 10th that it would be sent out Still have not received my product as of July 8, Tried calling them several times with no answer Would like a refund

I started my order at the end of January they sent out the wrong fender I returned in February I still have not received a new one
I ordered my Fender end of January I returned the wrong product they shipped out to me on February 27th they sent me a new tracking number for the right fender on February 26th I called March 10th I called on March 15th I finally got ahold of them on the 23rd with the promise of a new Fender being shipped I called them on April 7th finally got another tracking number and still have not received any productsI've tried to talk to managers I've talked to *** *** *** *** and have not got to talk to *** the manager is never availableI do not get calls back after leaving over messagesMy original order number was I'm going on for months $for a product I have not received $to ship the fender back to them
