Review: I tried to pay my bill online as I normally due and it would not let me. I emailed their customer service and they told me it would be fixed. I tried to log in again to pay it and it told me that I had to mail in my payment, but I could not even see how much I owed. I emailed them several times to get it fixed and they just keep telling me to call to get it fixed. When I call I am place on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I changed my address several time with this company and it keeps getting changed back to my previous address so I do not receive statements in the mail. Now since I have not paid my bill, since I have no way to pay it, they have put it on my credit report. I also order from two of their partners and have never had any issues.Desired Settlement: Send me a statement to the correct address, which was supposed to be changed on my account along time ago. I will pay the full amount and I would like for it to be removed from my credit report seeing how you do not report all of the times that I had on time payments.

Country Door has not had any reports of issues similar to those reported by Ms. [redacted], despite the fact that they apparently extend back to November of 2013. As a courtesy to Ms. [redacted], Country Door has recalled her account from the collection agency, reversed the charge off of the account and credited the account to remove all assessed late payment fees. Country Door has also changed the address on her account to the address listed on her complaint.
In order to maintain her account in good standing Ms. [redacted] will need to pay the Minimum Amount Due listed on her next billing statement on or before the due date listed on that statement. If the statement is returned, or Ms. [redacted] fails to make the minimum payment on or before the due date, the account will once again be charged off as a loss and referred to a collection agency.
Review: I am a senior, 80 years-old. I do not appreciate you tying-up my line, calling daily, leaving unnecessary messages, etc., When you first started harassing this phone-line you stated: "You were a debt collector and was attempting to collect the debt." And now you are stating: "You have some important information to tell." You are a teller marketer trying to obtain business. I am not interested at all. I have emailed your customer service dept. stating that I insist that you discontinue these harassing calls. I have also contacted your service line number: [redacted] and used the caller block system on all your phone numbers but you still don't get it. You have leave me no other choice than to file a Revdex.com complaint against your business for continual threats to collect an unknown debt, and attempting to contact someone who doesn't know you exist.Desired Settlement: Discontinue your attempts to obtain business from me through extortion and harassment.

Review: On 04.29.15 I rcv'd a phone call from Midnite Velvet stating that I am late for my payment or a payment is due immediatley? Now I have rcv'd a statement from this company and the payment is not due until the 05.10.15? So that morning I called Midnight Velvet and spoke with a respresentative and all she could do is ask for payment even after I complained to her that the payment was not due until the 10th of May. She stated this is there way of collecting! Then I called today 05.01.15 to get my account number due to this is the only way I can access my account and they refused to assist even after I confirmed address, phone number and last 4 of SS#. No help at all and they refused paymentDesired Settlement: For the incovience of me calling them regarding my bill and they refused to give information. Then the invcovience of them distrubing me by phone trying to collect and I have 12 days to pay? This has me stressing so bad they need to eat the entire balance for all this and the incovience and time this has taken!

Response:
Ms. [redacted] placed an order with Midnight Velvet that was
posted to her Midnight Velvet credit account on March 6, 2015. A statement was
prepared and mailed to Ms. [redacted] indicating the first monthly payment of $25 was
due on or before April 10, 2015. Ms. [redacted] failed to make the required monthly
payment. On or about April 13, 2015 prepared another billing statement and
mailed it to Ms. [redacted]’s attention. This statement indicated a payment of $50
(the $25 scheduled payment plus the $25 past due amount) was due on or before
May 10, 2015. The due date on this statement did not alter the fact that $25
was past due and immediately payable. Midnight Velvet called Ms. [redacted] on April
29, 2015, seeking immediate payment of the past due amount.
Ms. [redacted] called Midnight Velvet on May 1, 2015 to request
her account number. Midnight Velvet required Ms. [redacted] to provide sufficient personal
information to demonstrate that she was, in fact, the account holder.
Ms. [redacted] received a collection call regarding her past due
account 18 days after her payment was due.
Midnight Velvet refused to provide a caller with a customer account
number until and unless it could verify the identity of the caller. Midnight
Velvet does not believe either of these instances constitutes harassment of any
kind. Ms. [redacted] can avoid further collections calls by making the required
monthly payment on her account on or before the due date and can refer to her
monthly billing statement for her account number.

Review: Hello my name & social was fraudulently used for a purchase from this company. I contacted this company last year and provided a copy of my identification along with my police report. I received a letter stating this would be removed from my credit reports. To this day, this is still a negative remark on my credit. I've called and I was told it'll take up to 30 days, that was 4 months ago and it's still on my credit. I would like to get this resolved in a timely matterDesired Settlement: negative mark off all 3 of my credit reports

Review: I pulled my credit report because I was denied a mortgage refinance due to issues from Montgomery Ward, Ginny's, and Home at Five which all are part of Colony. I called them on 05/15/2015 and explained to them that it wasn't who got the credit in my name but since it was one of my children I couldn't file ID Fraud but if they would help me and remove this from my credit report I would make the payments. I explained that both me and my wife were totally disabled and lived on a fixed income and that we had no idea what had happened until I was denied the refinance. The lady was very understanding and told me that it would be pulled from my report that day and that the accounts had already been turned over to collection agencies and gave me each names and numbers. For me to call them and explain the same and she would back me up and they to would remove from credit and would accept a smaller payment plan to meet my needs. None has been removed and when I spoke with collection agencies I was talked to like a dog and was told they didn't care who got the credit but I would be paying and they would continue to show it on my report until paid in full. I called the lady back at Ginny's and she told me how sorry she was how they treated me but she couldn't do anything about them but assured me on her end all 3 of their companies would remove all negative entries on my credit report from all 3 bureaus. As of 06/15/2015 it is still on all 3 reports.Desired Settlement: Remove all negative entries from them on my credit report at all 3 bureaus. And have the 3 collection agencies that they sold the debt to do as well.

Mr. [redacted] requested an extension of credit in
conjunction with the orders he placed. After evaluating his creditworthiness it

Review: I only purchased one pair of boots that was charged on my account through seventh avenue which has been paid off for quite some time ago. They are saying I have been deliquent and have a charged off account now and it was $454.00 and still owing $151. Definitely not true. I never even received a notice from from collections. I was even paying it every month. And I have even paid more than I was suppose to be paying from one pair of boots that was purchased for $109.00 I believe this could be a scam. I am angry. I will be not paying any more money. I do not owe any more money. They are even saying I opened the account in 2009. I opened it in 2013. This is illegal what they have done.Desired Settlement: A billing adjustment to zero amount owing and correction to all my credit bureaus. And re open my account but not sure if I will use it. I opened my account 2013 and I it would not take three years to pay off $109.00 plus interest. Even if I paid 10.00 a month, it would not take three years to pay off. I paid every month and never received a late fee. I called them a few times to tell them I would of paid them off long time ago. They never resolved it.

Seventh Avenue's records indicate four orders have been placed on Ms. [redacted]'s account since March of 2013, in the amounts of $258. $30, $283, and $47. Items ordered include a 7" tablet, a chair, and a set of headphones. All of the items were shipped to the billing address on the account and all purchases were reflected in the monthly billing statements sent to Ms. [redacted]'s attention. Ms. [redacted] has made consistent, timely payments for the entire time the account has been open, and Seventh Avenue has no record of any previous dispute on the account.
I filed a complain against The Swiss Colony in Monroe, WI for opening up a credit line without my permission. They never responded to Revdex.com. This week I called the company directly after receiving another letter stating that the account was still open with no charges on it. Spoke to a representative who apologized for the error and closed the account. Today, I received a letter from the company stating that the account was closed. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again but they have finally followed through and resolved the problem.
I received an order acknowledgement from a company named Seventh Avenue located in Monroe, WI, indicating that the order I had placed has been had been shipped. I had not ordered anything with this company and the order was sent to a third party in another state that I do not know.
Upon contacting the company, I learned that they do not require any payment or credit card info to order and ship an item. All that is needed is a name, address and social security number to run a credit check. Unfortunately for me, this theif has obtained my name/address/social security number and relayed it to this company. Based on my good credit, the transaction was processed.
I have contacted the company and I know I am not responsible for the order. However, my identiy has been compromised. I advocate that retail online transactions NOT be allowed to be processed in this fashion. Retailers are taking a hit with no way of collecting from the thieves BUT the real victims are innocent people like myself, who have to try to secure their financial status which have been compromised.
Review: I bought a comforter from 7th Avenue on their website I washed it once it fell apart I contacted them and I was instructed to send it back and that is what I did. I was told that I would have a zero balance but I don't I owe the 92 now. I don't have the item I sent it back. I have no idea what my account is anymoreDesired Settlement: I want my account zeroed out and closed and also this removed from my credit report.

[redacted] placed an order with Seventh Avenue on September 5, 2010. The item was returned to Seventh Avenue on October 6, 2010. At the time [redacted] indicated the reason for the return was that the item was priced too high. [redacted]’s account was credited, in accordance with Seventh Avenue’s return policy, for the merchandise price of the item. Since [redacted] did not indicate the item was damaged or defective, the shipping and processing charges were not credited.
Review: I ordered through a catalog sent by ASHRO to me two items. A dress and a handbag. When the items came , I was dissatisfied with the dress so I sent it back. The sales price was for the dress $79.95 and the handbag $19.95. With shipping & handling the total cost for both items came to be $116.85. The company sent me an adjusted bill in the amount of $38.15 which I questioned. I called and spoke to someone in Customer Service asking why was I being billed so much for just the handbag when it only cost $19.95 and I paid out of my pocket to have the dress sent back. I was then informed that since they paid to have both items sent to me I would still have to pay the shipping and handling on both items. I think that this is totally unfair and would appreciate it please if you would look into this matter for me. I think I am also going to send the handbag back.
Thank you kindly for your consideration in this.Desired Settlement: I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible.
Thank you very much.

Review: The validity of the contract must also be brought into question here as well.... "I requested to stop my card and close my account, I was transferred to a belligerent sales representative who refused to transfer me to his manager. He could not speak english well, nor assist me. these people refuse to close my account to put it in default so I can pay it and they stop charging interest (compounded.) This is the biggest joke of mail service to have ever existed and they've clearly outsourced any useful help out of the country and want to send you to a dead end conversation when you experience an unsatisfactory representative experience. This business sucks, [redacted] is a joke and needs to take notes from Amazon. All the products you sell are cheap, faux rip offs of products from everyone's yesteryear. Get a clue, fix your customer service and hire some english speaking representatives with manners. I returned an item, these people demand I pay them 20$ for no apparent reason other than "shipping" when I just spent 15$ to send it back, would gladly pay the reasonable shipping difference back but not the "20$ " they claimed it cost to ship, I shipped it I know it doesn't cost that much, etc. I can go on and on, I advise everyone to avoid this company." The customer service representative I talked to was very unpleasant, very unhelpful, and very distressing much like this whole company has been since I tried to support them properly with good patronage.Desired Settlement: I want my account closed, this practice is unlawful and unethical. I am almost mad enough to seek legal advice I just want to be left alone by this company they call me day and night and I sent there product back, paid to send it back, and they call after 8pm and before 8am, they call whenever they feel like and boast that the Revdex.com has no "authority over them and can do as they please." how is this a lawful or ethical way to conduct or encourage future business. Service like this is why the American people have lost faith in the economy, it's raw material goods, and it's customer service industry.

Seventh Avenue's return policy states that the customer may receive a replacement item or a credit or refund for the merchandise price at any time if they are unhappy with an item they purchased. Ms. [redacted] returned a pair of boots she ordered in November of 2013. In keeping with its published return policy, Seventh Avenue credited Ms. [redacted] account for the merchandise price of the boots, but not for the shipping and processing charges. This information was provided to Ms. [redacted] in a telephone conversation on December 10, 2012.
Solely in the interest of resolving this complaint Seventh Avenue has credited Ms. [redacted]' account for the shipping and processing charges and related finance charges and late fees.

Review: I have a credit account with this company that I opened in March. I got behind one payment and I am currently making my payments every month on time yet I get a phone call LITERALLY every day and notices that I am seriously behind. Despite the fact that I check my bank acct and the payments are being credited towards my acct. I have contacted them and asked them to stop the harassing phone calls yet they keep coming daily. Its very annoying and relentless.Desired Settlement: I simply want the phone calls to stop considering the company is getting timely payments and threatening my credit.

Response:
Seventh Avenue refers Mr. [redacted] to his monthly billing statements, each of which lists the MINIMUM PAYMENT DUE on or before the next due date. This information is also helpfully included on the payment stub attached to each statement.
Each of the last four statements have listed a MINIMUM PAYMENT DUE of $50. Mr. [redacted] has made payments of only $25 each of the last four months. As a result, his account has remained delinquent and he has been assessed late payment fees (also listed on the monthly billing statement). Mr. [redacted] can stop calls and letters (and late fees) by simply paying the minimum payment due on or before his next due date.
Finally, Seventh Avenue's records indicate call were placed to Mr. [redacted] home on August 7, 2014, July 14, 2014, July 11, 2014, and May 23, 2014 - somewhat less frequently than every day.

Review: RE: Montgomery Ward Credit DepartmentThis issue all started when I ordered some items for my home from Montgomery Ward. I got the items I ordered fine the trouble started when I got the bill. First off I was getting a bill in my name which is correct, then I noticed bills coming in my daughters name [redacted] for the same products, she has never asked Montgomery Ward for credit she sent them a letter letting them know she has not requested any kind of credit from them what so ever. They never sent a bill in her name again but they also never apologized for that mishap (I still dont know how or where they even got her name from) what they did after that is put my name on the bill that had her name on it but they had already sent me a bill so now they are sending 2 different bills in my name. All they did was take her name off the duplicate billing and put it in my name so now I am being charged twice for the same products. Trying to get a hold of someone in their billing department is impossible. When I finally did get a hold of someone they said they would look into it but I never heard anything else the CSR also said they sent a letter out to apologize for putting an account in my daughters name in error. But I have not heard anything nor have I gotten a letter of apology just a bunch of collection calls every day along with bills stating the account is past due and that I need to send a payment immediately, along with other threats to my credit. This is THEIR error not mine and I dont appreciate it not being rectified in any way, it is like they dont even know what they are doing as a comp may this has been a horrible experience. This needs to be fixed before I can pay them there should only be ONE Montgomery Ward account under me [redacted]. Until this is corrected I am not going to pay on it I want it fixed and any late fees associated with their error removed from this account.Desired Settlement: I want my bill corrected there should only be one bill under [redacted] I also want only late fees removed from my account.

Review: I was reviewing my credit report from all 3 bureaus an noticed a $198 charge from Swiss Colony. I contacted Swiss Colony via CMRR on June 25th. Initially asking them what the debt was for. I received a letter a few weeks later with a generic print out of an account balance which had the account owners name as a name I never go by. I sent another letter to Swiss Colony July 10th asking to verify the purchases of the alleged debt and have yet to hear back from them. The way they are reporting on my credit report monthly as new charge offs is ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I would like the Swiss Colony account removed from my credit reports immediately.

Ms. [redacted] account was charged off as a loss and
referred to a collection agency in March of 2009. The Swiss Colony has not

Review: Hello, I'm submitting a complaint in regard to Seventh Avenue. I was a customer with this company for a while, in which I had no problems, as I made various purchases from this company while paying on time until the products I purchased were paid off. However, during a period of time while having a Seventh Avenue account I was admitted into the hospital due to having heart issues, where many of my credit cards that I owned were used without my permission including this account by Seventh Avenue due to a roommate using such without my permission. I contacted Seventh Avenue about this issue and got no where, as by then my account had been closed, and a negative entry was reported on my credit report due to non payment of products that were not of my doing. The customer service representatives that I spoke to offered no solution to this problem. However, trying to do the right thing I went ahead and payed the amount due, even though such charges were not created by me. In this regard I would like for Seventh Avenue to remove the negative trade from my credit reports due to such not being of my doing, as I was away in the hospital dealing with a life treating issue when these charges occurred as they were unauthorized, yet I still payed the amount due on the account off.Desired Settlement: Due to the issues surrounding my account, I would like for Seventh Avenue to remove the negative entry that they projected on my credit report as such authorizations were not of my doing. The account was paid off by me even though I did not create such charges. I would like Seven Avenue to delete their entries on my credit reports.
