Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me A supervisor from Marlette Funding who funded the loan granted to me and serviced by Best Egg called me recently An apology was made by the supervisor that in fact it was Best Egg's error to automatically deduct the entire monthly amount of $from my checking account for the December payment, and further agreed that I never authorized such withdrawal To make things right, I did receive a full refund of the $promptly thereafter In additiion, due to the error, I received a letter directed to my bank that the NSF checks incurred were not my fault Also, as an apology, the supervisor at Marlette Funding sent me a $VISA gift card I am very pleased with the results, and was assured that this would not happen again I thank the Revdex.com and Marlette Funding on behalf of Best Egg for all of your assistance This Complaint is now resolvedRegards, [redacted]
