I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did in fact discuss with My Best Egg what the company considered to be inconsistencies in loan documentation, at which point the My Best Egg representative informed me he would call my employer for verification (since these items were from documents created by my employer).  My employer has informed me they are in the process of responding to My Best Egg for clarification.  From the discussion with My Best Egg, I don't believe these are in fact inconsistencies, and a discussion with the employer should be satisfactory to clarify any outstanding questions the company has with the loan documentation.  My Best Egg simply needs to give my employer ample time to reply. Further, I still hold to my original complaint.  I received an email from My Best Egg, indicating to me that, "We are sending you your funds, and you can expect to see them in your bank account in 1-3 business days."  I should not be punished simply because I did, in fact, expect these funds, which were promised me in writing in the form of an email from My Best Egg.  Therefore, the current outcome is not satisfactory as a resolution, and I still seek the full funding of the outstanding loan amount, as originally promised by My Best Egg.
