their first loan and/or paying off their first loan.  After those conditions are met, current Best Egg customers are eligible to apply for a second loan by checking their rate online.  You are correct, the application process is done electronically.  Best Egg allows applicants to check their rates and when presented with an offer, the applicant as 21 days to accept an offer.  We do not force an immediate decision from the applicant.  I apologize that you are unsatisfied with the rate of your second loan.  Every application requires a new credit decision.  Many factors are considered when determining the appropriate rate of interest for each loan.  These factors include a review of your credit history, key financial ratios and information that was provided on your application such as income and employment.
