I bought the water heater from ARS Rescue Rooter and a half years agoI paid for the five years warranty The water heater worked fine until last week; Thanksgiving week when it did not work and started floodingThe company came to my house times and the issue was not resolvedIf the heater goes on the water heater foods and there is water everywhere with the risk of flooding to the apartment below and cause damages The company sends technicians who come and add things to the heater but do not fix the problem! So tonight, Friday night at 11:I do not have hot water to take a shower after a hard day at work nor heating and it is a cold night It would be nice to have someone who force them to fix the problem and not patronize a customer just because they are a single woman
I called ARS/Rescue Rooter on a late, hot, Saturday afternoon because my a/c wasn't working They sent [redacted] A/C Technician I was extremely satisfied with the timeliness, price, and service Mr [redacted] showed up within the hour time frame they told me, was very professional, and went above and beyond Considering it was a Saturday, I expected a huge overtime bill, etc I was SO pleased when I wasn't given a huge bill NO Overtime charge? Wonderful I would recommend this Company and this Technician to anyone
ARS continues to provide great service My technician was ***, today! He was very personable, did a great job and explained what he was doing He was careful to keep my floors clean, wearing his "booties" as needed This was the first time [redacted] has been to my house and it was a pleasant experience Thank you
ARS was called into my home to repair my air conditioning unit [redacted] was the technician that arrived for the repair He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and efficient I would highly recommend [redacted] to anyone in need of service for their air conditioning unit
[redacted] was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to me in a new house He took care of everything that needed to be done, including extras that would make the heating and air-conditioning more efficient I appreciated his professionalism and friendliness
[redacted] performed a cooling visit for my ARS HVAC system He employed due diligence to ensure that all components were working correctly, and ensured that the second thermostat had new batteries and was reprogrammed I appreicated his thoroughness
Showed up on time, understood my project, friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up and after he reviewed the completed items while answering all questions [redacted] was first class and would recommend him to anyone who asks
[redacted] notified me when he would arrive at my houseHe explained the process and how provided an approximate completion timeHe was courteous and respectful when answering questionsHe ensured everything was working correctly when complete and guided me through how my new tank functionedHe also provided me with information on what to expect the first few days with the tankAt the end, he walked through what he did and cleaned up everythingWhat a great experience, once againI have used them before to fix a broken pipe and have not had any issues with that either

This is a review of ARS Rescue Rooter of DURHAM, tech [redacted] who visited my house on 8/17/ [redacted] was prompt, informed, and careful to explain what he was doing as he serviced my humidifier unit, a component of our central AC His work was thorough and successfully resolved the problem with our system Overall, it was an excellent experience, and [redacted] did a superlative job
We had a new HVAC installed on a cold and rainy Tuesday The team arrived at the scheduled time and worked through the inclement weather with no complaints [redacted] was very friendly, professional and personable He took the time to explain the unit and the thermostat technology to us It was a very pleasant experience He is a great representative for ARS Raleigh
