my experience with the ARS heating and cooling technician was the worst I have experienced .The technician spoke very poor english ,I asked him to times if he would be able to fix the problem today he keep saying he would have to check with his supervisor.then he presented the bill wanting me to pay before he even fixed the problem did not explain any of the costs terrible service .If you use ARS in Raleigh make sure to ask not to have [redacted] *as your technician

[redacted] from ARS did a great job for my heat pump winter maintenance on 10/16/ It was time to change the UV light bulb I saw him took out a brand new never open box, it took a long time to figure out this was lemon UV light I appreciated his tenancies and can do spirit He took time to show me a lot of things about my heat pump Thanks [redacted]
I have dealt with ARS for about years and purchased two heat pumps with dual fuel from them I have had them inspect the systems twice a year On my last inspection, [redacted] noted that the A coil had leaks and was defectiveI had the parts and labor year warranty There was no questions or problems about the replacement under warranty [redacted] was back and replaced the coil Wayne was a very knowledgeable technician, friendly and efficient I would recommend ARS
We came home late night after a trip and noticed that our hot water in our shower was not working My husband chatted online with an ARS representative and was able to talk to a person and set up an appointment for first thing the next morning The company sent a man by the name of [redacted] who was polite, friendly and honest He checked the water temperature in each of the faucets and showers in the house and came to the conclusion that the problem was not in our water heater He gave me a quote and after I okayed the order, he worked on fixing the problem immediately After completed the job he made sure he cleaned the area that he was working in I found him to be very helpful and he seemed knowledgable about his work If I run into any other problems, I will definately use ARS and ask for [redacted] The reason I gave a and not a is because I do feel that this company is a bit more expensive than others
