Have been using for years, which should tell you something Have never had a problem with them *** L did my yearly heating inspection yesterday he was prompt, efficient and courteous He explained everything that he needed to do in detail Very pleased and will continue to use ARS and will ask for *** L to be the tech who does our heat and AC instections
*** ** was very helpful My heat pump had a low grade buzz which he said is normalHe further explained how the power supply...was making the soundHe also showed me how to set a schedule on the key padTo save energyAnd he informed me of the two things I should change out during the next visit Also, the lady in the office who took my call was very polite, patient, and helpful
*** *** came out to do the heat check on a rental house we own Customer Service mistakenly sent him to other houses we own which had already had their heat checks this fallNo one called me to tell me to meet him there; I live about minaway He got all the mistakes straightened out, made sure I wasn't charged twice for the houses which were checked twice and finished the house I had expected to be checked on this trip He also showed me some dampness under one the of the houses, and some problems we need to address on the exteriorI have had him before and he is always very thorough, explaining details along the way, and very pleasant to deal with
*** (plumber) and *** (electrician) were excellent at finding out why my water heater all of a sudden stopped heating They knew what they were doing and resolved the problem promptly I would highly recommend both of them and ARS Rescue Rooter of Raleigh

The service was excellent and the installation of the toilet was performed very well The charge seemed a bit excessive
