My tech [redacted] was SUPER helpful with our service call He uses humor to make the face to face customer experience more pleasant and seemed to take his time to make sure our system was running properly even though the weather was quite unpleasant outsideI'm sure all his customers will feel the same way I do in saying that he is an asset to the ARS company and their customers! Wanted to mention the excellent service/repair visit from *** S( Plumbing Tech.) from ARS , last wek*** Sarrived at the appointed time, and made a list of things I needed him to doKitch plumbing is years old, and he pointed out that working to replace rusted pipes under my double kitchen sinks, will sometimes cause the strainers to crack, become loose, etcI also needed new "in-the-tank" fixtures, to a bathroom toilet He pointed out the bolts securing the tank to the bowl were completely rusted overHe gave me a cheaper estimate for economy repairs, and an estimate for new kitchen and bathroom fixturesI elected to replace with new, for the long run*** came back the next morning, and after several hours, I have new , better quality fixtures, which are also more water efficient
I've had this company out times for an issue with condensation drainage on the unit I have on the second floor The last time they visited to repair, one of the principals claimed that the issue was fixed One month later, I have the same issue againIf they can't fix something as simple as water draining out of the unit, my guess is I would be concerned with major repairs Just my opinion
