Received call minutes prior to arrival of technician Technician arrived on time The technician [redacted] worked diligently for almost two hours in sweltering heat to find the cause of my plumbing problem and then took steps to fix it I was very pleased with this service
Very impressed with [redacted] , ARS's service professional Clean and neatly dressed Most importantly to me, wore shoe covers, into our home Very professional Very knowledgeable of the heating and cooling business Came across as loving his job Very personable Listened intently to our questions Very patient to all our inquiries concerning our HVAC Suggested, not pushed, his "products" on us, that pertained to our a/c problems Installed the necessary parts needed, in a timely fashion Gave us an explanation to what was needed, in his professional opinion, before we o.k'd it or rejected it Called the company and gave my husband and I the opportunity to agree with the installation of the parts before installing them As far as we are concerned, [redacted] was best man and service professional that ARS could have sent us! ARS should be very pleased and proud, of the professional, knowledgeable yet warm manner, in which [redacted] presented himself, to us, his customer
[redacted] was a wonderful technician He diagnosed my problem immediately and did the necessary work in timely and very neat fashion He was knowledgeable, and I'm happy to have his card so that I can call him again
I signed up for a heater inspection with Home Depot [redacted] from ARS / Rwscue Rooter in Durham arrived for the inspection Mr [redacted] was very courteous and had the patience to explain to me the problem that he identified When I had additional questions, he took the time to answer themI highly recommend this technician

I have been using ARS Rescue Rooter for over years Their service is always excellent and they make sure everything is finished to my satisfaction Today [redacted] was my field technician He serviced my furnace for the winter and replaced the filters upstairs and downstairs [redacted] took his time and did a thorough and professional job
Mr [redacted] was awesome He went over everything with me Including taking a video on his phone so I knew exactly what he was doing He answered my questions with patience and with an explanation that I understood He was the best
