The technician who diagnosed my heat pump issue, [redacted]., was professional and very knowledgeable. The repair seems to be working as it should. I really appreciated that he took time to explain what he was doing while he was performing the work.
Services was exceptional and [redacted] walked me through the troubleshooting, temporary solution for hot water that evening and then the new install the next day. [redacted] is an A+ technician as well as the installers who came next day. Highly recommend ARS of Raleigh!
ARS installed our A/C and heating systems 5 years ago. We have had them maintain the equipment since that time. We have them perform routine maintenance every spring and fall. We always request the same technician. His name is [redacted] He is always on time, properly equipped and meticulous in his work. He is extremely competent and very knowledgeable about our systems. He is always courteous and professional. We highly recommend both [redacted] and ARS. Keep up the good work.
We had a service call 5/2/2016 with ARS. The technician ZACH B (#243) was very professional ,courteous, and fully explained our problem and the best way to repair it. He also had excellent suggestions to economically prevent future difficulties. We plan to request him on the next service call.
We have had a HVAC maintenance plan with ARS for many years. The technician that came this visit was [redacted] He was very polite, on time, and did an excellent job. We had an a technician out the Tuesday before our scheduled maintenance date and he was unable to tell us why our upstairs ac unit froze. [redacted] was able to tell that the unit was low on Freon and should have been added when they installed our units. After he added the Freon, our unit is now working at top capacity. You can always tell when you get an experienced technician. I wish you were able to request a certain technician when you make your appointment.
[redacted] performed a cooling visit for my ARS HVAC system. He employed due diligence to ensure that all components were working correctly, and ensured that the second thermostat had new batteries and was reprogrammed. I appreicated his thoroughness.
I had a whole new system inside and out put in my home, and all I have to say is ARS IS THE PLACE to go with your HVAC needs. My system went out and the very next day I had a new one in , now that's service. And the price wasn't bad, it's what you would expect for what we got. So with all that said, thanks ARS FOR the heat in those cold nights.

The first time was only a Sunday, and he was very communicative in his whereabouts before arrival and informational about what needed to be fixed. When my air conditioner broke again due to a separate problem, I called [redacted] directly and he was able to come back to my apartment within 1.5 hours. I was very impressed with his attentiveness to customer service! Again, he informed me about the problem, fixed it quickly, and recommended maintenance steps to prevent problems from occurring again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC service!
