He went beyond his duty to insure our hvac system was in solid working order by repairing some duct work which had been damaged by some varmint under our home. His written and oral description of the work he performed was clear and concise. He truly seemed to have genuine pride in his work. I have used ARS / Rescue Rooter Raleigh for many years. They have replaced both my heating/AC units, installed a tankless water heater, and performed routine maintenance. Their technicians always provide quality service and are courteous and respectful of myself and my home.
It took several visits to figure out my problem but my water heater system is different from most. They never gave up an fixed the problem. The guy did extra because he knew I was frustrated. He checked other things on the system and installed a carbon monoxide detector too.
ARS did a good job of inspecting our 2-level, 2-fuel heating system. The techncian [redacted] was very knowledgeable about the systems, and explained everything he did. When he found out I was an engineer, he went into more detail about capacitor tolerances requirements, etc., and was correct in everything he said. I would be happy to have [redacted] the next time we have our system inspected. He was also very courteous and friendly.
ARS has provided excellent service over the last 10 years on both heating/air conditioning and plumbing needs at my home. The administrative staff, as well as the service techs, are friendly, knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to assist.
Jonathan Lewis is excellent tech, very knowledgeable. if you live in the Raleigh area , ask for him. As for the ARS , well coordinate company - workers are on time, quickly resolve issues.
