We recently received notification that our customer [redacted] has filed a dispute claiming that services delivered did not satisfy our digitally signed usage agreementWedeny these claims and request that this dispute be overturned in our favorWe fully cooperate with this investigation and have reviewed these claims and are providingevidence to prove that we fulfilled our usage agreement and delivered products and services that both parties have agreed upon during the creation of [redacted] 's account.Since March 3, 2:pm Contactability.com has delivered a total of leads to [redacted] 's accountDuring this time we have notified [redacted] upon every product deliveryIn addition we have also notified [redacted] every time the account was billedIn this case the account was billed times sinceMarch 3, 2:pm.Each of our customers are assigned an account manager to ensure our their needs are metIn addition to this service we issue refunds upon request or with our automaticrefund process that detects when a lead is bad and automatically issues a refundThis benefit has been offered to [redacted] should it have ever been requestedDoing sowould have avoided the need for this sort of situation.Please review the enclosed material that outlines [redacted] 's account and usage and proves that we have provided the products and service that was requestedContactus to further discuss this issue as needed

I did not sign an agreement Was not given any terms of serviceI was told when I asked if I could cancel if the leads were not good and was told I could check them out and in a couple days if I saw they did not work I could cancel at any time They did at no time indicate I was locked in for the duration of leads (weeks) that my deposit would pay I did not sign or agree to a non-refundable deposit 1/the leads are not real people I have software that proves thisI sell some insurance policies that have a non-refundable deposit I have to clearly communicate the deposit is non-refundable and have to have it in writing to the client.Thank you for your assistance

hi, my deposit needs to be refunded also thru the arbitration process with my credit cardMy credit card company has also disputed this due to not telling me in a legal way of any monies being kept..they have responded with this indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Our system is a self-serve platform that allows our clients to manage their online presence In addition [redacted] was assigned an account manager and we attempted to get information to update his website and were not able to get any workable feedback We completed building his website and asked for his DNS credentials to upload it but he never gave it us In addition to building him a new website we submitted his business information to over major search engines and directories to make sure his business can be discovered online Client decided not to cooperate with us and didn't want to provide information to our team in order for us to complete this project

I am so sorry that you have had a challenge with our service I know that you have been in touch with your account manager, who is working to help you We appreciate you continuing to work with us As you know, 100% of our leads and calls are consumer initiated, so the volume and quality can vary from time to time For this reason, we have one of the easiest and most consumer friendly return policy in the lead industry.I noticed on your account that you are only getting area codes in the state of NY, we generally recommend that to increase your volume, you take leads or calls from the entire state to maximize your opportunities, I would recommend that change As you know, most people are comfortable working with an insurance agent, where ever they are located, as long as they are available by phone and emailIf you need any additional help, please continue to work with your account manager We will work with you until you are satisfied with the service you are receiving Thank you again for your business
