Our appointment was for 1pm which was within the time- frame of my availability You called me at 4:13pm stating that it was 1: Mrs ***, I have scheduled an appointment to speak with you on Wednesday at 1pmPlease let me know if you have further questions There are two problems here; our time was set for 1pm, not after, if you were running late a quick email would be nice Also the time was set in Florida time which is where my company is (EST) so is your company in Ohio If you are in a different time zone it is your responsibility, as a professional, to convert the time and schedule the appointment within the time frame that would work for both of us This is the issue I have faced with your company , not delivering on promises and unprofessional and sloppy I no longer have faith with your company The fact that you made my site " live " without my approval and the many errors contained in the site proves that satisfying the customer isn't priority You have shown no sign of being able to deliver what was promised and I would like a refund as stated in my previous complaint to Revdex.com I tried contacting you today regarding your account but received no responsePlease contact me back to complete your website informationThank you and have a great day Mrs ***, I have scheduled an appointment to speak with you on Wednesday at 1pmPlease let me know if you have further questions

We have bought exclusive Homeowners leads from this firm The leads provided were of poor qualityWe are in Florida and many of the leads were older Frame homesMany of the prospects stated "We did not ask for a quote" when we contacted themThen it takes about one week for this firm to credit the account with a replacement leadIf you decide to cancel the contract they will not refund any money....only leads until money is used upWe will never use this outfit again!

We are a pay per lead service and we also offer a dialing service that helps lead buyers get in contact with leads. Here is our terms of service (http://homeimprovementreferrals.com/terms.html) We explained to [redacted] that he would be paying per lead and not per transfer. We... explained the calling service is an extra feature and that he still needs to pay for leads. We guarantee that bad leads will be refunded according to our Lead Return Policy (http://homeimprovementreferrals.com/lead-return-policy.html). When [redacted] called in and talked to our account management team we explained to him that we will credit him back for any bad leads that come through, each lead is worked through our calling service for up to 5 business days.

The company states that they delivered what was promised, they did notIt is obvious , that customer satisfaction is not a priority and the customer is not listened toI sent an email requesting that the website not be "live" because the contents are erroneous and it looks unprofessional which will hurt us rather than help us
Again ,I have stated many times that this site was posted without my approval, which if not unlawful is unethical
This site does not deliver what the company sold me , It is not optimized for the search engine and it does not clearly state what we do
I Do not wish to work with a company that does not listen to its customers which is so evident in the quality of work given
From the beginning of our relationship promises were not kept
I was told after paying someone would contact me the same day, no one did , it took two days, after I reached out to ask what is going on
I was told I would be able to see the progress of my site and give feedback, this was not soI was given access and information was posted the first week then nothing until my complaint to Revdex.com
I was suppose to have a phone conversation with "***" this did not happen as arranged and no contact until a few days later , he stated he was out of town
Then I was suppose to have a conversation with *** who did not realize that my time zone and the time zone of where her business is listed is the same, but she lives in another time zone and so our appointment was missed but yet they were not responsible for this
Then *** says I can be refunded but later her supervisors says no
A History of promises and inconsistencies
Please go ahead and keep the $but I would like to the information sent on how to access the domains I paid for with go daddy and Please take down that WEBSITE

The response is very unclear , One statement states that it was denied by upper management the other states that the money will be refunded

Good lead company, they actually asked for a quote when they come in, they are responsive with customer request also

I never signed agreementI was never on websiteOther agents from my company referred me to your companyI was never explained that there was NO RETURN POLICY, and I was not exposed to the agent back office until my money was takenI deal with many lead companies and have NEVER had a problem like I am having with your companyI will make sure that all the agents at my company are aware of your policyIf I do not receive my refund this week, you leave me no choice but to post my complaint on ripoffreport.comOnce this post goes up, it can never be taken down

After my initial contact the company contacted me and assured me that had been working on my websiteThey then published it without my approval and the amount of mistakes and incorrect information was unbelievable

We worked with *** ***s to rebuild her website. We provided the service all in accordance with our service agreement attached. The site has been launched and is hosted on our platform (www.***.com). Designs and implementation have been approved by the
client. In regards to a promotional email that she received from our sales team, it was promoting a completely different product with a different pricing modelEverything that the client signed up for has been delivered

We send all new clients a link to our terms of service, prior to starting their account The terms of service are available in agent center and on website We are very clear with all our clients that if you decide to cancel, any remaining balance will be delivered in leads and/or calls

The problem is not the quantity it is the qualityYour business has lied to me many timesI don't want to waste any more time and money on BOGUS leads and a BOGUS lead providerI JUST WANT A REFUND!

This company is far easier to deal with than the rest

Please look book on the previous response where they said they will refund us the amount they chargedI have bene dealing with this for over a year now, why are they going back on their word?
