A senior representative of the company contacted me today and discuused this solutionI'm very appreciative of how they have handle this and it restores my faith in them and will consider them again in the futureRegarding complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

Please see attached our response and proof of product delivery We recently received notification that our customer [redacted] has filed a dispute claiming that services delivered did not satisfy our digitally signed usage agreementWe deny these claims and request that this dispute be overturned in our favorWe fully cooperate with this investigation and have reviewed these claims and are providing evidence to prove that we fulfilled our usage agreement and delivered products and services that both parties have agreed upon during the creation of [redacted] 's account Since February 24, 6:pm HomeImprovementReferrals.com has delivered a total of leads to [redacted] 's accountDuring this time we have notified [redacted] upon every product deliveryIn addition we have also notified [redacted] every time the account was billedIn this case the account was billed times since February 24, 6:pm Each of our customers are assigned an account manager to ensure our their needs are metIn addition to this service we issue refunds upon request or with our automatic refund process that detects when a lead is bad and automatically issues a refundThis benefit has been offered to [redacted] should it have ever been requestedDoing so would have avoided the need for this sort of situation Please review the enclosed material that outlines [redacted] 's account and usage and proves that we have provided the products and service that was requestedContact us to further discuss this issue as needed

Contactability has been telling me the same thing since I started their service - How they will work with me, how they will improve their service, how they will do everything they can to get me proper leadsThis is not simply not truePlease look at my attachments for proof of my complaints:1) First I started with their less expensive non exclusive leads for $PER leadI put $into my account to start I was getting only bad leads: wrong number, number not working or disconnected...etcSo after I complained about this, they told me the same thing they are telling me now, and said they would work with me to make it all betterThey suggested I upgrade to their exclusive "higher quality" leads, which I did.2) Then I started to use their Exclusive leads, for $PER leadAnd not to my surprise, they were also bad leads: wrong numbers, numbers disconnected, people out of state, people who were interested but did not qualify because of major health reasons, etcAnd to make matters worse, because of their auto rebel function, I was charged ANOTHER $because I reached my limit in how much I was allowed in the account since these leads were more expensive, when I exclusively said I only wanted to spend $to startWhen I complained about the extra $they charged me without my say so, they told me I cannot get the money backThis went on for about a week, and when I complained again and asked for my money back they said that I can only receive credit because the money was already spentSo, they said the SAME thing they are telling me now, and said they would work with me, make it all betterThey suggested that I move up to their direct call leads, where they send leads to my phone directlySo, I did.3) I started to use their Direct Call transfer lead service, at $PER lead at first because they said they would give me a $discount for all my troublesUsually, their direct call transfer leads are $PER leadHowever, I was not getting any calls, I only got one leadWhen I complained yet again, they said that I needed to spent more money per lead in order to get callsThat defeats the entire purpose of giving me a discount for my troubles thus farRegardless, I upped the cost per lead to $and yet again, I only received Transfer calls in a matter of weeksThe quality of these direct transfer calls were just as bad as their other leads.Please look through my attachments labeled "billing 1, billing 2, billing 3" for a chronological timeline of my complaints above - you can see how much I spent, and when I start to increase my lead costs, and you can see all the returns I am authorized since they are all bad leads.I do not accept this resolveI do NOT want to keep working with themI have read multiple reviews online about their service indicating that they are fraudulent / have bad leads that do not workThere are even previous complaints with other customers regarding this company on the B.B.B website - account sin which the plaintiff did receive their money backPlease look at the attachment for their bad reviews as well.I would like my $back that I spent because 1) I did not get the service I required2) I did not get ONE SINGLE working leadAll of them were either not working, the wrong number, leads that were not aware of what I was asking them for, leads that are not interested, leads that if they are interested, do not qualify for health reasons or are out of StateTheir response is unacceptableI will not accept until I am fully refunded Regards, Brian Levisalles

We understand that the customer is not happy with the outcome, however there were certain requirement that we asked from the business in order for us to complete the project We have spent a lot of resources on this account and cost associated with submitting his business to multiple search engines In an effort to resolve this matter amicably, we are extending an offer to refund $back to the customer and close this account.If this is acceptable, we will proceed with the refund within business days

First, I started with one salesman, and then for some reason he lost his job Then in approxMay, they put me over to another sales person, and she would not stop talking over me On about the fourth or fifth time, I said, I will take my business elsewhere, you're firedThey charged me, though I had fired them They kept charging me monthly without giving me any work, and I called to get my money back They said they would do it A few weeks later, having gotten no money back, I called back again, and said I wanted to speak to a manager His name was [redacted] , and he was very argumentative He said he would refund part of the money, but that he would have to submit the papers for all of the moneyI said, fine About ten days later, I still had nothing refunded to my ccNow I am in dispute with them through my cc company, and FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE FILING A Revdex.com COMPLAINT

Star Lead Company! I would recommend this lead companyThey have quality leads, low rates and work with you one on oneWe have had no problems with this company what so everThe customer service is fantastic!

They gave me credit on November 16th in hopes that I would change to an alternate "service" which would give me even worse leadsThey said that this was the only way that was going to get any creditThe amount that they credited was for leadsWhen I asked them what leads they were for they didn't have an answerThey gave me the leads worth in order to try and bait and switch me to their worse product lineThe leads worth of credit weren't addressing any of the legitimate reasons why they owed me creditThey said that I had a high return rateThat's not my problem, I stayed within their rules so they have given me the run around on giving me creditThe credits worth, yes I have used them however some of them were creditable but I have chosen not to waste more of my time with ContactabilityWhen I told them I did not want any more credit I just want my money back so we can walk away they are quick to refer to their policy about only giving credit but they aren't quick to refer to their policies on what is due to a customer for creditable eventsHere are all the events that I don't want any credit for, I want my money back

I have reviewed the account and Mr [redacted] has been with us since January of this year Since that time, we have been able to send him insurance calls In reviewing the notes, the issue seems to be the bid amount that Mr [redacted] has on his account for the home leads Mr [redacted] is also only taking one area code within the entire state which makes sending him leads more difficultPlease have Mr [redacted] contact his account manager to work on optimizing the account, additional area codes and a higher bid will help I am confident that with a few minor changes, we can deliver some quality traffic and help Mr [redacted] write some business

It should have never come to thisI called and emailed for weeks with no response or very little response (other than "we are looking in to it"with no follow-ups or updates after)It leaves me with very little faith in Contactability.com to follow through on these issues in the futureand makes me wonder just how long it will be before we are back at this step (this isn't the first time I had issues)I am sticking to the fact that I want a full refund as spelled out in the original Revdex.com complaint

In regards to this complaint, have received no resolution from company and each time I call I'm told someone will get back to me, named Eric, but so far have not received any communication from the company This complaint is still open
