It should have never come to this. I called and emailed for weeks with no response or very little response (other than "we are looking in to it"... with no follow-ups or updates after). It leaves me with very little faith in Contactability.com to follow through on these issues in the future... and makes me wonder just how long it will be before we are back at this step (this isn't the first time I had issues). I am sticking to the fact that I want a full refund as spelled out in the original Revdex.com complaint.

Nicholas has been awesome to work with! Excellent contact rate and strong quality compared to other venders. I strongly recommend!

In effort to part ways amicably we are willing to send your money back and take a loss on your account.  Even though we spent marketing dollars driving traffic to your business and sent you leads, we do not want to our clients to have a negative experience with our company.   Full refund will be issues with in a 2-5 business days.

I still have a lot of pending refund requests that were not approved. I am dissatisfied in the leads that I have received and have paid for. The only way for Contactability.com to resolve issue is to refund me all the money I put in Contactability.com account which is $500 or $600 dollars. I just want my money back. I do not want anymore leads for this company. I just want all my money back.

Our system is a self-serve platform that allows our clients to manage their online presence.  In addition [redacted] was assigned an account manager and we attempted to get information to update his website and were not able to get any workable feedback.  We completed building his...

website and asked for his DNS credentials to upload it but he never gave it us.  In addition to building him a new website we submitted his business information to over 25 major search engines and directories to make sure his business can be discovered online.  Client decided not to cooperate with us and didn't want to provide information to our team in order for us to complete this project.

upon request or with our automatic refund process that detects when a lead is bad and automatically issues a refund. This benefit has been

Yeah, I called them and told exactly what I stated on this compliant numerous times. I was declined to be able to receive a refund and once they closed my account to basically dump leads to eat up the rest of the balance. I was set up not receive leads on the weekend but, after calling to cancel I received them on the weekend too. Out of the 26 so called leads 1 person actually wanted a quote. Also, the dumped leads after cancelled could not returned if they were invalid. Stay away from them and I will make sure every agent I know stays away. If they would have refunded me or at least waited for me to call to set up live lead transfers for the rest of them, I would be so disgusted with them. Out of all the people I talked to, someone called me to ask if I would like to use the rest of the balance of live transfers, I said I will call you back since the account was supposed to froze but, instead the dump leads rolled in. Thanks Contactability for wasting my time and worse, my money.

Nicholas G** and his team at Contactability have been a pleasure to work with. Their lead center has been better than any lead source I have used; and I have used many. I highly recommend them and their "live transfers". My closing ratio is very good with this agency and I enjoy the analytics and way it's set up. Very easy to work with both personally and technically. They have a great way set up where it doesn't make it an inconvenience for the clients and relationships are huge to build with the right bridge. I am very puzzled by some of the reviews saying they won't refund. I have never had a refund "denied"--not once! They are also very reasonable with refunds for potential "bad leads" as every lead source gets them every now and then. ---

I did not sign an agreement.  Was not given any terms of service. I was told when I asked if I could cancel if the leads were not good and was told I could check them out and in a couple days if I saw they did not work I could cancel at any time.  They did at no time indicate I was locked in for the duration of leads (weeks) that my deposit would pay.  I did not sign or agree to a non-refundable deposit.  1/2 the leads are not real people.  I have software that proves this. I sell some insurance policies that have a non-refundable deposit.  I have to clearly communicate the deposit is non-refundable and have to have it in writing to the client.

I have given this company thousands of dollars for being their customer for over a year and a half. Service work started out going pretty good but has since gone to shambles. I have been told things that did not come true and had many situations that should have been refunded that were not. Will definitely not be working with Contactability anytime in the future.

I never received anything in writing stating that if I was unhappy, I would not be able to get my money back. Everything was done over the phone and I never saw, received or signed any contract.

You continue to not listen to what I am saying. You have not given me credit for calls that clearly fall within your guidelines. Your credit process is poor where I made several phone calls to try to get things taken care of and the response I got was it was submitted and it was denied sorry we have absolutely no power to help you any further. I want absolutely nothing to do with Contactability other than I want my money back. Until you have given me my money back for at least the 11 calls there is no satisfactory option that you can provide where I would even imagine to continue to work with Contactability.

They did not answer my complaint. I have been using Contactability for several months and have noticed a lot of errors with their lead process. They guarantee high quality leads and are exclusive to me as they explained, that is why I have been paying top dollar for each lead, $35-$45 for each lead. I have not sold one lead, because of Contactability not delivering what was promised. I have had most of the callers call me not requesting a quote, dialed the wrong number, or they did not meet the filters that Contactability was supposed to have set up for me. I have tried to resolve issues with company. I have spoke to several employees and each one tells me something different. This company had my account on auto rebill and once my account drops down to $50 balance they charge me another $100 each time. However, this was due to bad leads. If leads were accurate I would have no issue paying for more leads. This company would send me the same lead 2-4 times causing my account to drop down to $50 and then charge me another $100. They should not be charging me each time for the same caller calling in. The quality of their leads are horrible and inaccurate. Now I want to cancel my account and get a full refund which they will not honor. If the company cannot deliver what I expected then why keep my money and say, "Frank, I can't refund you the money in your account, but we can use it towards more of our leads". If they cannot provide an accurate lead then why would I accept this? I just want to cancel and have all my money credited back to me or my bank account. I have supplied emails for the Revdex.com to see how inaccurate this company is with their leads. I would like Contactability to refund me $500 as this is what I have invested in their bad leads.

I never signed an agreement with this company. However they did promise to sell me "painting leads". As of this date they have not given me even 1 legitimate lead. I have gotten names and numbers of people who had no interest in having any painting done. This is fraud. If I misrepresent what I am selling that's fraud. I will give you all the names and phone numbers they sent me. Please call them they will tell you they aren't interested in getting any painting done. This is a scam. Here are the names and numbers they charged me $250.00 as supposed painting leads.

These are some of the numbers they sent me not one is looking for a painter. 
This is all bull I have no time for. However I am an honest man and will not be cheated. I deal with legitimate people that sell me leads and I pay for them every month. This is a scam and it must be stopped. Not one of the other main internet lead providers have a big long contract they drew up after the fact. If you don't stop them they will continue to cheat others. My next stop will be the attorney general. The bottom line is they did not provide a service to me. That's all there is to it. Please stop these crooks from cheating others. I am a Revdex.com member in good standing in Cleveland and have not had a complaint against me in 15 years.
