As I mentioned in my Revdex.com Complaint this company has taken $300 from me for months and has been unsuccessful in completing their part of the committment. In addition I was promised a refund when initially agreeing to the terms and that is what I am asking for. I am not asking for money back that isnt mine, I am asking for the money I gave to this business for their services,services they have not completed. Once again, I am more than willing to resolve this matter with a complete refund of $300 or I will initiate writing about my exprience with this business on every website available and if need be I will get my attorney [redacted] involved.

Customer received credits.

I did not sign an agreement.  Was not given any terms of service. I was told when I asked if I could cancel if the leads were not good and was told I could check them out and in a couple days if I saw they did not work I could cancel at any time.  They did at no time indicate I was locked in for the duration of leads (weeks) that my deposit would pay.  I did not sign or agree to a non-refundable deposit.  1/2 the leads are not real people.  I have software that proves this. I sell some insurance policies that have a non-refundable deposit.  I have to clearly communicate the deposit is non-refundable and have to have it in writing to the client.Thank you for your assistance.

I was very skeptical about internet leads as I have not had much luck with them. This sweet guy named [redacted] called and explained to me that my success with the leads is his success with leads. When I realized he was in it for us ~ I knew I was sold. We are currently at a 44% quote rate and a 40% close rate. I couldn't ask for a better account manager. He calls me weekly and we tweak the filters on the leads to best fit our agency. I would strongly recommend Contactability and [redacted] for your live transfer leads.

I would recommend this lead company. They have quality leads, low rates and work with you one on one. We have had no problems with this company what so ever. The customer service is fantastic!

We are working with client to refund the disputed amount and restart the account fresh and continue working together.

[redacted] - your deposit has already been taken out of our account by your credit card company.  We are not a "scam" company and have been in business for over 10 years with over 4500 agents using us for our services.  Just because we didn't have enough volume to sent you in a short period of time that you were with us doesn't make us a scam.  We generate consumer driven leads/calls and we cannot guarantee that your area will generate certain number when you sign up with us and we explain that you have to give it sometime before you can see activity in your area.  Most of our agents have been with us for years and we are integral part of their agency marketing.

We provide to all of our clients a copy of our terms and conditions at time of sign up.  If you want to check your email for the welcome email,  you will find a link to our terms of service.  You can also find our terms of service on our website.  We clearly state in our terms of service, you can cancel at any time however, when you do, we will deliver any remaining balance in the form of leads.  
We have a very customer friendly return policy, if you receive any leads that have issues, we will replace them.  Please contact your account manager, Phil M[redacted], he can help you get replacement leads.

I am so sorry that you have had a challenge with our service.  I know that you have been in touch with your account manager, who is working to help you.  We appreciate you continuing to work with us.  As you know, 100% of our leads and calls are consumer initiated, so the volume...

and quality can vary from time to time.  For this reason, we have one of the easiest and most consumer friendly return policy in the lead industry.I noticed on your account that you are only getting 5 area codes in the state of NY, we generally recommend that to increase your volume, you take leads or calls from the entire state to maximize your opportunities, I would recommend that change.  As you know, most people are comfortable working with an insurance agent, where ever they are located, as long as they are available by phone and email.
If you need any additional help, please continue to work with your account manager.  We will work with you until you are satisfied with the service you are receiving.  Thank you again for your business.

Our appointment was for 1pm which was within the time- frame of my availability.
You called me at 4:13pm stating that it was 1:12

There are two problems here; our time was set for 1pm, not after, if you were running late a quick email would be nice.
Also the time was set in Florida time which is where my company is (EST) so is your company in Ohio.
If you are in a different time zone it is your responsibility, as a professional, to convert the time and schedule the appointment within the time frame that would work for both of us.
This is the issue I have faced with your company , not delivering on promises and unprofessional and sloppy.
I no longer have faith with your company.
The fact that you made my site " live " without my approval and the many errors contained in the site proves that satisfying the customer isn't priority.
You have shown no sign of being able to deliver what was promised and I would like a refund as stated in my previous complaint to Revdex.com.
