We received communication from the member to cancel account on 9/**/15 via phone. Customer Service Representatives do not have the ability to email confirmation numbers but if a member request, the Representative is required to submit to Supervisor to be sent to member. For this we apologize and handled as a coaching.As a courtesy, we issued a refund for $19.95 of which the member will see within 3 to 5 business days. When a new account is created, it requires a full credit card number to be entered. Not even management has access to see full credit card numbers. Only the last 4 digits area visible. So new accounts can only be created by the members themselves, be it at the meeting location, over the phone or online via the website. As stated in our Subscription Agreement, members are responsible for cancelling their accounts and stopping the autobilling when necessary as Weight Watchers does not monitor individual accounts. [redacted]’ case was reviewed and she was given a courtesy refund of 6 months of charges on each of the two accounts. Weight Watchers received the member's complaint. Our site issues have been fixed. Due to the program nutrients changing, the member is required to update their information and is the reason we've applied a 30-day time credit. Our Call Center has assisted the member in identifying specific browsing networks to assist the member in accessing account information. Due to the member attending meetings, we're sending Product Room Vouchers so that the member can purchase items of their choice.Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns. Sincerely,Flo G[redacted]

We apologize if the members disagrees with our policy to register for a subscription program. We require a debit or credit card at the time of sign-up. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any exceptions as this is how the program is designed. The member is more than welcome to pay weekly. If she would like, as a courtesy, we will be more than happy to send four weeks of free meeting room passes provided she's not attending meetings in a locally owned area. We received the member's request to extend the time for the Monthly Pass. As a courtesy, we extended the members renewal date to 10/**/16. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I would rather have the money then an month free, I work hard for my money .  I did speak to corporate and that is their policy to not refund me that bank fee of 70.00 as for the 69,95 it has already been 4 business days and it states it may take 7 to 10 to get my money back.  I am upset and told them I do not want the 30 day free membership.
