We were notified that you claimed that the items were damaged on delivery. We submitted a claim to Fedex. Fedex declined the claim stating that the item did not appear to be damaged and the packing was sufficient. At that point, we advised you to send the item back. It was never...

received. In July we received notice of a payment dispute. We provided evidence to your credit card company that the item was delivered and was never returned back to us. We contacted to let you know that it was your responsibility to return the item or we would proceed with collections actions on the value of the parcel. The credit card dispute was never reversed and the funds are no longer in our merchant account.  Please contact your credit card company as this dispute is no longer within our control. Yes I did contact the manufacturer first. Because in the instruction it said if you had any problems to call this number. Which was there number. Yes I did talk to [redacted] and the rudeness started from him. I told him the problem and he came on with attitude that I had not done as I he instruction said. And yes at this time I did become rude and demanding. As I have stated before I followed the instructions to the letter.That why I am asking for A full refund and forget about doing business with this business ever again

We can keep going back and forth indefinitely, as I have endless time to resolve this dispute. The fact of the matter is this: I ordered and paid for parts that I never received after 4 months and apparently will never receive. I was never sent a refund. Any excuse for not sending the parts or the refund is not acceptable.

The customer purchased an item from us and contacted us to inform us that the item did not fit and needed to return it. We sent the customer the return instructions and he responded that he was concerned the item would be returned to him because the package had been opened and per our policy the...

item must be returned in original packaging. We informed him that as long as the item was returned in new/unused condition and had not been installed then he would be fine. The return arrived and when inspected it was discovered that the item had severe scratches in the surface preventing the merchandise from being able to be returned to stock. Our terms and conditions are clearly stated on the website and customers are unable to complete a purchase until they have checked the box stating that they agree to our terms and conditions. Had the merchandise been returned in new condition and could have been repackaged and sold then we would have gladly refunded the customer. We advised the customer to file a damage claim with the carrier if he feels it was damaged in transit. We are not trying to be unfair however we cannot refund an item that is essentially trash at this point. We communicated with this customer on Friday 1/22/2016 and informed him that we had checked our stock of the bulbs and found that all of the bulbs had marks on them that are consistent with the marks on the ones he returned. As we previously stated, the cap was sent with the original order. When a customer orders a custom painted cap set, we order the caps from GM and when they arrive we send them to be painted. If we had not sent the cap then we would have had a cap floating around here and that was not the case. We do not stock these caps! We offered to paint his original cap FREE OF CHARGE, which would have been at a loss. We offered to sell the customer a new cap and half the cost of the cap with him and paint it at NO CHARGE, we would have lost money this way as well. We were willing to do this for the customer to try and resolve the missing cap issue and to help him complete his set. We cannot tell you what happened to the cap once it left our warehouse and can only speculate as to what happened. We have already explained the reason the customer was charged the additional $40, he filed a fraudulent chargeback and we recharged the amount. The customer was sent what was ordered and we made a good faith effort to try and assist the customer.  Attached is the actual invoice from where we ordered them from GM to have them shipped to us and painted. On the invoice there are 8 parts, the first part on the list is the dipstick that the customer ordered and the remaining 7 are the caps. Below is a list of the parts that are included in the C6 Underhood Cap set for a dry sump engine. c6 UNDERHOOD CAP SET   DRY OIL CAP DRY OIL TANK CAP WINDSHEILD WASHER CAP BRAKE MASTER CAP CLUTCH MASTER CAP PS CAP WET RAD TANK CAP

We are not a used parts retailer, it was damaged during shipping as said prior.  You didn't allow us enough time to process the replacement. Again, you sent pics on 9/18 then disputed the payment on 9/20. That's only 2 days.

Please contact customer service. All refund requests are processed within 7 business days of the request.

I ordered a 7133 part # and was sent 6627 if the people at corvette mob would look at their own pictures in the computer they would see what the difference was.  but these people want to lye and cheat people out of their money when corvette mob they are the ones who made the mistake for ordering something from [redacted] corvette to fill a order they took.   I had called them first and they didn't have the part so I know it was done by the money hunger thieves at corvette mob  that is why yelp has more bad reviews on it then good ones and that is why you can't leave a review on corvette mob web site .  these people just want to lye lye lye   and I hope Revdex.com will see that and not find in their behave

Regards, while a lot of what they said was true, the manufacturer of the plenum cover told me explicitly that Corvette Mods were aware that the plenum cover would only work with their rail covers. This was not in the description of the item. Also I did install the rail cover but took them off right away as they did not look right as they were manufactured in the style of a C4 corvette instead of a C5. Again this was not in the description of the item. I have since sold the rail covers on ebay for 250 and now request the difference between that and what I paid which was 309. Also, I never spoke with its person who replied so he is getting 3rd hand info.

We have no other call recording for this customer within the last 60 days. As you will see on the call records in the attachment, we have 5 call recordings for this [redacted] phone number and we previously send you those 5 call recordings. We have no calls from the evening phone number that the customer provided you. We are not hiding anything from the Revdex.com and will reiterate that we did not ship the item to customer by mistake. HiWe advised you multiple times that the bottom pieces were fabricated by the customer that purchased that hood shown in one of the photos. The description clearly states what's included with the sale. You get a hood and the metal screens. The description doesn't state anything about rain catchers....

We reviewed the images you provided of the shade, after install and they clearly show the install method was incorrect. Either...

there was too much heat applied/the shade was over stretched (images attached). The return was denied due to the item being installed and non-returnable. However, we did offer you a store credit and you declined. Per our terms & conditions, an item that is installed/used, it must be exchanged for the same item due to a manufacturers defect only. Should you receive an incorrect item, we need to be notified PRIOR to install within 72 hours of delivery to you. We have supplier changes from time to time and new images are not always provided. It is stated on our site that images are for representational purposes and the image on the listing may not always be the exact item. We feel that we have made a good faith effort to try and assist the customer within reason. Considering the order is well outside the return period, is sold as a set and a portion of that kit was installed and damaged yet we are still willing to work with him and allow the uninstalled items to be returned. We feel that it is a more than a  fair offer. The customer was given accurate information when he called and that is obvious by the fact that the parts will mount and bolt to his car. Had we know that the customer did not have the correct wheels we would have advised the customer and made a recommendation to purchase the correct wheels or not install the kit. It is not pleasurable for us to receive negative complaints nor do we get joy out of having to tell a customer that they are unable to return an item due to install and or damage. We wish that it was cut and dry on every order and that simply is not the case. Our offer is still open for the customer to return the uninstalled items so he can at least recoup some of his cost.The owner of the company is well aware of this situation and does not feel that it is necessary for him to speak with the customer. As stated multiple times, the owner does not deal directly with the customers so there will not be any contact with the owner.
