entities for the arbitration of transactions.This would include the [redacted] User Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy.  Please also understand that per the [redacted] User Agreement the following activity is restricted " Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information."

I am rejecting this: I did eventually receive a refund from the company but it wasn’t until after I filed a claim with PayPal.  At first 
I disputed the charges and never received a response. It was after 10 days and I filed a claim. They never responded to the dispute. And I was told I would have to drop the dispute to get a refund. PayPal advised me not to do so and file a claim against the company.

refund! Why still offer items for sale if you don't have them or know when you will have them? Rediculous business practices...I'm spreading the word to all my corvette friends on how you conduct business...and I know a lot of people! When will I be receiving my refund for front splitter? I know I won't get wing refund till you get the second wrong color one back but the splitter was a separate transaction and I still have not received a refund...

Listen to the recording. It says this is about the suit with the Revdex.com. You will also hear that I told the woman that I had called the day before and that you had my number because I had left a message the day before. Your call log shows a general number at a huge corporation that I work for that I had called from on my lunch. It will show a different number when I use a different line. Do you really think I am wasting my time and making this stuff up over that amount of money??? No, it's the point of how you treat your customers and the lack of response when you screw up. If you would have ever called back, I would have told you that since you can't credit my card (even though the credit card company says it's cleared) I would have had you reinstate my account and taken the store credit because at least I would get something. BUT it wasn't important enough for you to call back after I called the first time or when the girl that answered the phone the 2nd day and said you still weren't available after 2 days. As for emailing your general mailbox, why bother! I have emailed many many times over the last couple months and had gotten no where until I filed this claim. I will watch my Corvette Mods account for a credit.
Do you think I just make this stuff up for fun???

After he filed the Revdex.com complaint, he filed a chargeback and locked out the payment so we were unable to assist him. See screenshot from Paypal below:

[redacted]I never said the mats had 2 tracking #'s [redacted]! Don't put words in words my mouth! The mats tracking ending in 7737from ups were left at door & never signed for! If you open your eyes and read the complaint you can see clear like everyone see's! You shipped the wrong mats and you have the pictures of the wrong mats emailed to you!! You verified it! This is all recorded from the conversation that took place with [redacted]! The second tracking ending in 2097ups was suppose to be a license frame which was Never received and you know that as well!! Supposedly it was misdeluvered along  with a third parcel shipped fed ex which was suppose to be a tow hook from zl1 addems according to fed ex's legal dept. that was shipped to flushing and not Whitestone and you received a claim check for!! You billed my credit card475 in Feb fraudulent and again in march for 495 and under credit card fraud investigation and according to [redacted] police will be Citibank that would need to press criminal charges as they issued me a credit for those 2 amounts I did not engage in or if it was up to I would have pressed charges! You sent the amount of 444.88 to collections illegally as it is not an unpaid balance but a dispute!! There are laws in tact for companies like you that rob&rectory from consumers and think they will get away with it .. Not with me !! I will go to what ever extent the legal way and use the legal system to make sure you no longer do this act with consumers that spend their hard earned money! SHAME ON YOUR ENTIRE COMPANY! Everyone wants to know how your not shut down yet, I will do my best with the legal system & attorney general office to make sure if that matter is not corrected!

The credit was issued under his order number [redacted] in the amount of $168.99   He was sent this email 3 times. Its no longer archived in our system as his order was placed 8/24 of LAST YEAR

Again Mr [redacted] is being disingenuous if not outright deceitful.At any point over the last month Corvette Mods could have said return the item we'll credit your account the full amount.I believe his idea of a negotiation is to have his customers complete his form which includes their return terms and conditions (that is buried in a web link in their form) and then to say too bad you agreed to the shipping charges. Mr [redacted] has offered no other solution and has made no statement that would demonstrate a good faith effort to "negotiate" a solution.Mr [redacted]'s assertion that his hands are tied by AMEX is untrue. We could have and still could resolve this here. As of 8/20/15 the parts that were shipped in error to me are in the possession of Corvette Mods. The parts were returned in their original unopened packaging. Corvette Mods can credit my account in full.I would like to note that the sky didn't fall on Ft Worth, TX when Corvette Mods received the parts without an RMA form being completed.

Adequate proof/images of any damage and/or defects are required to process a replacement. Not providing required proof releases [redacted] of liability.

You can see the attachment where the funds were withdrawn from our account. Your dispute was for the full amount of the order when the item in question is $319.47 after your discount, not your dispute amount of $634. The information we submitted to your credit card company was the information they requested. As of today, you still have both items in your possession plus the funds which is theft. You are still financially responsible for the items you have, regardless of the condition. As explained prior, the $750 is the amount of your order plus the processing fees we have incurred due to your chargeback.

All custom parts have a 4 week lead time. You agreed to those terms when you completed your order online via electronic signature.  Contact customer service for proper cancellation/restock procedures

I did remove the rail covers as I said and put the stock ones back on till the plenum cover got delivered. This company backtracks on everything they said. Submit your recordings to the BBQ and let them see. You never offered discount on the rail covers and your offer now like it was then is an insult. Your company has NO integrity and my complaint should stand on its merit.

Mr. [redacted]’s behavior is obviously a reflection of the ownership. I don’t know that the owner is fully aware of all the information or how it was conveyed. I also hire management to fulfill certain duties but I’ve never hide from my customers when there is a concern whether they have been treated fairly. The offer of return conveyed by Mr. [redacted] is not only a joke it’s an insult to one’s intelligence.  People that know me know I always give more than I take and I am beyond fair with my employees, customers and vendors and I can sleep better at night and never have to look back over my shoulder. My call to Corvette Mods was to admit I may have made a mistake and misunderstood the listing in an attempt to avoid all this and they know it. If they misunderstood my question it is not my fault and they know this also. The lack of concern for the customer, lack of integrity and lack of honesty in this matter is almost unbelievable. I would like to believe they know right from wrong but they obviously don’t in this case. I know in our walk in life we are supposed to forgive those who have wronged us and in time I will forgive these individuals and only hope they reflect on what they have done and not do this to future customers. I can absorb this loss just like they can but some people cannot. This case will never be resolved and the Revdex.com can decide how they would like close it. I would like to see it listed as unresolved.

Corvette Mods is one of the few internet based Corvette Parts companies that have sales agents available to speak with in case you have any questions.  The customer did not mention that he has a Grand Sport Corvette until after the item was received and we informed him that it will not fit a Grand Sport and then he stated his car was a Grand Sport. As a good faith effort and a one time courtesy we are willing to refund the customer for the cost of the item if the customer is willing to accept that as a resolution to this dispute.Thank you,[redacted]Operations Manager

As previously stated and as you can hear on the call recording, we offered to assist the customer in getting the cap he was missing. We even offered to split the cost with him for the item , paint it at no charge and ship it out for free so we are not sure how that is considered poor customer service.We were willing to take a loss to resolve it for him! We verified that the cap was shipped out in his order and there is no way for us to know what happened to it between our warehouse and his location, all we know is it was shipped. There was never any question about the amount of caps he should have received, the customer was unsure where one of the caps belonged and we were able to assist him in the placement of that cap. We made a good faith effort to resolve the issue for the customer and after his threats to blast us online we took precautions and requested he put it in writing that he would not follow thru with those threats. He decided he did not want to comply with that request therefore we cancelled the transaction for the replacement. He was charged again the $40 that was charged back on his credit card because we shipped his order complete and it was considered a fraudulent charge back.
