Member was provided a warranty credit on 3-10-2018, Costco has closed this case!

Those members that occasionally express that they'd rather not divulge their SSN in warehouse are provided the toll free number to call from their home.  The DTV call center fields these types of calls routinely and it is not standard to refer members back to the store.   We don't have any knowledge of this being done previously.  As in our previous response, it was in error and we believe it to be an isolated situation.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I appreciate the business's willingness to resolve the matter at hand by replacing the lug covers and reimbursing me for the work that needs to be done to repair the rims.
I am still waiting to hear from them regarding the lug covers and will be having a local body shop look at the damage to the rims. I consider this to be a positive step towards resolution, but I will consider the issue resolved once the damaged items are replaced and reimbursement is provided.Sincerely, [redacted]

Our inventory availability for online orders is posted and updated daily to our site by an availability feed provided by the manufacturer.  We post an out of stock page when tires are not available because the alternative is the tire does not show up and it drives calls to the call center...

looking for the tire.  We do not push or suggest higher priced tires for members when one is not available. We simply display what is available at that point in time.This is a low volume sku with very little production scheduled.  That being said we do have some on hand right now…and it should be showing available online; though it’s a very limited quantity.

A Citi specialist made contact with our member and their Costco Anywhere Visa cards by Citi have been processed. They were advised that there was a 3-day delay on delivery. We appreciate your extreme patience during this time.

Mr. [redacted]'s order. Unfortunately, our vendor informed us this item was out of stock on 9/15/16 and the order was cancelled in our system on 9/16/16. Mr. [redacted] should have received email confirmation of this cancellation on the evening of 9/16/16. We are very sorry for this inventory issue and the inconvenience it has caused Mr. [redacted].

Costco order, but have not heard back. Our records indicate all items on this order have been refunded with the exception of two folding tables. There are no blocks on the membership and no recharges have been processed for any credited items. Please have the [redacted]'s reach back out to us if they would like to return the folding tables as well.

The optical department has has resolved the situation to Mr. [redacted]'s satisfaction.

Terms and conditions are not disclosed when order was placed, a error did not occur when my order was placed, Costco canceled my order 7 hours after my order was placed and I received a confirmation email with pricing which was reflected on the Costco website.  I know of no other business that would not honor a price for a product that was advertised on their website.  Once my purchase was made that contract should be completed.  This is Costco's issue that caused this problem, and Costco should own up to their issue and take care of the problem in a more appropriate way.  I am not asking for anything other than what I paid for, own up to your end of the purchase.

frustration resulting from the pre-order process. My records indicate that the order placed for the Samsung Galaxy 7 will arrive at the warehouse in Lewisville on Thursday 3/17/2016 the tracking number is [redacted].
 
Yesterday, I called and left you a voicemail asking that you respond to my email offering a $25.00 Costco cash card as a courtesy due to the frustration this may have caused you, I have not received a response, as of today another call was placed to you with no answer.
 
Wireless Advocates is closing the issue as the phone is in transit and on the way to the warehouse in Lewisville.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have been hearing this for a couple of weeks.  I have gotten very little response back from Cosco Concierge.  They promised phone calls back....but no follow up.  They actually called me today....to tell me nothing was happening.

Costco Concierge heard from [redacted] on 11/03/16 as a 1st contact regarding his desktop power issues. As the unit is within the manufacturers (Lenovo) warranty, Costco Concierge contacted Lenovo with the member, performed troubleshooting which did not resolve the issue. At that time, the member...

declined further follow up with Concierge and stated he no longer wanted to work with Lenovo either. It is Lenovo's legal obligation to repair and/or replace the unit within the 1st year, Costco assumes responsibility beginning the 2nd year. As we implemented our 90 day return policy on certain electronics in 2007, we are unable to offer a return option at this time.
I reached out to [redacted] regarding his desktop and offered my assistance in expediting any repairs through Lenovo. I advised that we cannot offer an exchange or refund until it is determined the deskptop is deemed irreparable or has had failed repair attempts.  [redacted] declined my assistance stating since I was unable to offer him an exchange or refund, he would contact Lenovo himself for repair options then call Costco if that was unsuccessful.

the return as mention on line 5 of the main complaint. Costco made there offer, but I was never satisfied or agreed to those terms. I would be satisfied if we can meet half way. The tv was originally 4000 I would agree on half of that. I would be completely satisfied if we can go to 2000.
