Costco has resolved this concern with Citi assistance.  A voice message was left for our member ([redacted]) with contact information.

Costco is actively looking into this case, and will follow up as soon as possible. currently offers shipping in the United States only. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes, APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, Costco Warehouses, international addresses, or a few limited geographic areas within the U.S."    ... the situation was extremely frustrating, the way the corporate office handled it was more than adequate.  I could tell they were sincere in their customer service efforts. I wish we could have solved this in the store, and not had to bug them at this level.  I do, however, appreciate their time and sincerity.  Thank you to both the for being that line of communication, and to Costco for fixing a wrong.....much appreciated![redacted]

I spoke with [redacted] regarding 2% reward.  I am sending $25 cash card as compensation for rebate never received.  Member said that is satisfactory, but has my direct contact info if any additional issues.

This matter is not resolved as Costco Stated.  I explained Costco, HP and AT&T came into my home and broke my Computer and I was left  months unable to communicate with the Office of the Inspector General and stated that issues was resolved but this is not resolved.  Can you please make certain my response that I disagree with Costco complete successfully.  Also, I never reviewed any free glasses from Costco breaking someone glasses replacing the polycarbonate lenses is not free glasses.  I have not been able to wear the glasses since April  2015 when purchases over the lenses cracking.    When the manger told me that I better not return he told me that I called leaving Joanie Hammer messages and I replied Zandra Costco a cost manager/supervisor on duty February 06, 2016 called my son and gave him the number for me to call Joanie H[redacted] the district office over top the Costco Cypress, Store Manager Alan.

The response:
We apologize for the inconveniences caused when the defective items you received were not replaced promptly and correctly.  We are reviewing the processes that caused the mis-communications and the delays in delivering the washer and the bottom sidekick washer.  We have refunded $3,864.49 which is the full amount of the order as well as an additional $75 credit to the credit card used on the original order.

Although a Customer Service person did contact me there was no discussion of compensation. After spending about 4 hours trying to install Windows 10 and clean the malware, the PC is still not functional. We made contact with the members husband ([redacted]) on Tuesday10/18/2016 and attempted to resolve the complaint. I stated that she would receive a full refund and that we would make accommodations to pick up the sofa which is an extension of our member service. Picking up members...

merchandise is not necessarily common for us to do. We also made a courtesy follow up phone call to expedite this transaction however we spoke to Mr [redacted] who said he would relay the message and would have [redacted] call us back.

The information provided in the response from Costco is incorrect.  We did not receive a replacement appliance from LG.
LG offered us a reimbursement of the original payment, which we accepted.
We submitted the proof of purchase to LG and we are awaiting the reimbursement check.
The case is not closed until we receive the reimbursement check.

The product manufacturer reports it corresponded with Mr. [redacted] last week, and sent Mr. [redacted] a check for a full refund on March 28.

am reading, the member was missing some information on her original submission.  Per the notes on her submission with [redacted] she was sent an unqualified letter asking for clarification.  Her 2nd attempt was still missing info.  The member was in communication with [redacted] on November 20th. [redacted] has all the correct information now and the $500.00 check is being processed through the system.

4/10/2017 with an update with the device transfer. Once the device is received at the warehouse I will follow up with you so you can go in and return the defective device and repurchase the new device being transferred.   On behalf of Wireless Advocates and Costco, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience or frustration resulting from your purchase with us.  Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns.

refunded in full on 12/8, and the member will be receiving $200 compensation for this issue ($100 for the food he had lost as a result of this delay) and $100 for the inconvenience he experienced).  I am forwarding information regarding this incident to our management team, so that we can address the factors that led to this and prevent them in the future.
We apologize for the error, and are grateful that our member was willing to let us resolve this issue to his satisfaction.
