Unfortunately, accounts that have no activity for a period of months (days) are cleaned/removed thru an automated process. If any activity had occurred on an account it would not be cleaned/removed. Once an account is cleaned, we are not able to reverse this as explained in our terms: http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms

InboxPounds.co.uk is a free & voluntary member loyalty site that works with third parties and advertisers who provide cash earning activities on the site for its members and members are not employees of the site or providing any form of labour. InboxPounds does not create, set
qualification requirements, or manage these surveysSurveys listed on the site are with an ‘estimated’ time to complete as provided by the survey providers(See attached) Credits are issued to the account as soon as the credit is provided by the advertisers and crediting is not always same day but as soon as they are sent by the advertisers to the Member accountInformation on timing of crediting can be found in the support centre as well as the terms & conditions.https://www.inboxpounds.co.uk/pages/terms This account has received survey credits to the account since Dec for surveys successfully completed Since the participation in surveys is voluntary and account is showing crediting has occurred, we request that this be closed as resolved

I am rejecting this response because:
I disagree with this buisness response, they are still wrong because I have always completed surveys with truthful responsesGod is still good to me even when people do me wrong like inbox dollars did

I am rejecting this response because:The screen snips attached show the survey going from a page saying you have completed the survey and will be credit points to a page that says you do not qualify for this survey This is not an uncommon occurrence, which is what the CSR argued to me when I contacted them by chat Inbox Dollars does nothing to ensure the survey companies they accept money for are actually paying their contractors for the work completed (surveys completed) When I contacted them about the issue, they were happy to issue me a credit for one survey When I notified them this was not an unusual occurrence, it was suggested I close my account as the only solution They say they sent a check in the mail, but it has not been received at this time When will I be credited for the surveys completed, then redirected to the do not qualify page? Inbox Dollars says they track every survey link used, but they would not provide this information to me when requested As this information would only support my argument further

The member documentation is attached per request. Member indicated that they had not received an email from Jason or support staffPlease find attached the member email responses as well as our agent support team emails to the member. We notified member of what had occurred and the account was flagged, we allowed account same day and made note that we were allowing the account as of April 12th 2017. Member has been active on the account confirming PaidEmails and receiving credits since April 12, 20th, and as recently as April 25th, 2017. Member can request payment at anytime by logging into the account and using the Request Payment link. All documentation is provided. We request that this issue be closed as resolved. Thank you

Member had selected an offer on our site and due to the requirements of that advertiser was charged per the advertisers terms Member had registered for a 7-day free trial with the advertiserOn Day the advertiser charged the Member per their termsThe Member was provided with the
contact link for the advertiser and advised to contact advertiser directly about any charges incurred as InboxDollars is independent of that advertiser. Members account with InboxDollars had been credited so we respectfully request that this inquiry be closed

InboxDollars is a reward loyalty site for individuals to join and complete activities on the site as provided by the advertisers including survey providersInboxDollars does not create, manage, or credit for any survey on our site but rather we provide links to survey providers (market research firms) to the member who can select which survey to attempt to completeIf a member is not credited for a survey completion it is important to note that InboxDollars is not credited for that survey attempt and InboxDollars only receives a credit when the member successfully completes the survey as deemed qualified by the survey providerMembers can participate in any activity on the site but do so voluntarily and at their discretion. Since InboxDollars provides credits to accounts as received by the advertisers when successfully completed and as explained in our terms. InboxDollars is not able to provide crediting for surveys not approved as completed by the survey providers. This member’s payment was processed on July 6th and mailed to the individual as earlier notified. We respectfully request that this inquiry be closed

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/01/19) */
The member accessed Livechat on Jan 17th to report an issue regarding crediting for offersThe member stated she received a network error message HTTPwhen attempting to complete the Big Buck Survey
Although it is very unfortunate
that any member experiences a network error when attempting an activity online that this type of message would generally mean that the advertiser they were trying to reach could not be found on the server at that timeThis error would not be something that InboxDollars is able to fix directly however, in reviewing the account is does show that a credit had been applied to her account for Big Buck Survey on Jan 17,
The member in chat also mentioned completing Publishers Clearing House however, in reviewing the members account their records show this was not selected from InboxDollars
InboxDollars credits members as soon as the advertisers notify us that a member has successfully met the terms of the requirementshttp://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms InboxDollars is independent of all advertisers and note that the crediting process can take up to days as explained in our terms of membership when successfully completing a cash activity
A written response was sent to the member on Jan 18th, however, the member has not replied
We do ask that this case be closed as resolved

Member contacted our SendEarnings LiveChat support on Feb At that time member was notified that per the terms of membership, the account was cleaned/removed due to inactivity for a period of months
http://www.sendearnings.com/pages/terms
SendEarnings(r) wants a member's account to stay in an active status so to help our members, we send several email reminders when inactivity occurs during that month period of timeHowever, at days since no activity or response on the account by this member was received it was cleaned/removed
Once this automated process has occurred there is no way to reverse this automated process
Recently, this member created a new account and has been active to dateWe ask that this be closed as resolved
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2016/02/22) */

These accounts were created from the same computer network IP. Individuals who request an account are required to review the terms and agree to those terms at the time the account is requested so advance notice was provided to this individual. The logins on these accounts have been from the same computer and/or network IP the duration the accounts were accessed. Members are responsible to ensure when creating an account that they agree to the terms and do not violate those termsMember completed same activities with the advertisers for the purpose of dual earning which is not permitted and also stated in the terms. Due to violation of the terms, the accounts were both closed

inquiring about the same offer credit which was also sent to the Resolution Team for reviewDuring the review it was discovered that there were multiple accounts assigned to the same computer (IP) address which is a violation of our termsThe member accounts were also completing some of the same offers from the same computer which is also a violation of the termsPer our terms offers can only be completed successfully for one member/per household and/or computerDue to the violation of the terms the member accounts were closedWe respectfully request that this case be closed
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2014/09/12) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am not a household member,I use a computer the library assigns to meWhy did this company wait four months until I had just about enough $ for them to send me a check & wait to the very, very end to find an excuse not to pay? The reason why I came onto live chat was because Send Earnings were not crediting me for work that I didSometimes they say there surveys take minutes and it ends up taking for their centsI got tired of their nickel and diming me ! Look at the complaints on the web with this company, they are no good low down cheaters and fraudstersI told them I was contacting the Revdex.com and the FTC so this is retaliationI use the public library in Jacksonville FLThere are over computers all on the same network that use the same IP addressThe company does'nt want to tell you I had over $that I worked for over months and when it came down to the $needed, as they DEMAND $worth of work they found this excuse to close my account outNo wonder people cant trust working on the Internet, Its companies like Send Earnings that cheat people
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 13, 2014/09/15) */
Ask Cotterweb Enterprises AKA Send Earnings.com if they returned all the $ they made from me back to their clients since they took my $ and cancelled my accounAsk them to provide proof they returned it back to all the companiesThey had to have made more than the $they were to send me but I know that company is so greedy they stole my $ and kept the $ their clients paid them from the work that I didIm telling you Sir, the company Send Earnings are cheating people and are also hypocrites by not returning the $ to their clientsIf what they said I did was illegal by using a library to try to make some $, they in turn should refund all their profits and $ I was to get from my Send Earnings account which they confiscated and kept & be given back to all those companies ! I wait patiently for your reply and the documentation Send Earnings sends showing they return all their profits made when they find someone using a public computer and confiscates their $
Respectfully,
***

Per our previous response, the account was terminated based the member violating the terms of membership and the accounts were closedWe respectfully request that this case be closed

The member had been notified as to the reason the account was flagged & closed as it was due to logging in with a VPN IP (Virtual Private IP) and as noted per the terms & conditions is not permitted on the site. The Member was advised to turn off their VPN IP when accessing the site,
the account was reopened and the member had requested payment however, Member logged in again with VPN Ips and due to ongoing use of the VPN IP, the system flagged the account. Member has been notified that we have once again released the account for access and Member has full access to request payment at any time. We request this issue be closed as resolved but we do ask the member to review and follow the terms regarding VPN, PROXY and blocked Ips to avoid future issues with account. https://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms

My complaint has been resolved

Member's account was flagged due to an IP used provided by their network provider. As noted in the terms & conditions and for security reasons, all accounts pending payment will be reviewed and flagged if any violation appears to have occurred. Member contacted Livechat agent who
escalated the inquiry and was asked to allow hrs for review. I am rejecting this response because:They have a number in Minnesota which is ###-###-#### which when you call you cannot reach anyone and get a voicemail all the time. they also suppiled this number to the Revdex.com which is not valid and should be looked into this fraud number being suppiledThere chat is oversees and these people do not know anything and are of no help they always forward the message and are uselessThere is nothing wrong with my ISP they seem to pull this prank all the timeTake a look at their numerous complaints on the Revdex.com telling people the same thing and claiming answers why you cannot sign up.I will be writing a certified letter to Minnesota to *** *** to adddress my concerns and see his response to how his bussiness is being run!!!!!!!!!!!! I will also be contacting the ATTORNEY GENERAL IN MINNESOTA to make them aware of how this business is being run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
