Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2014/09/05) */
This member came into our chat system on August 21, 2014 to request a credit to an offer. Our process is that members who do not receive credit by the offer provider may be requested to provide a confirmation email to show the offer was...

successfully completed. During the review process it was discovered that this member had the same computer IP address as several other members in our system which is a violation of our terms and conditions. Our terms state that members are permitted to only have one account per individual, per household and/or per computer. Due to the violation of the terms this members account was closed and all emails to the account have ceased. We respectfully request that this case be closed and marked resolved.

The member created an account with InboxDollars on July 29th 2017 and contacted Livechat on August 1st regarding offers he had indicated he had completed.  As noted in chat, offers can credit at various times and are issued as soon as the advertiser(s) provides the credit to the...

members account. If a member has not yet received a credit than this means that InboxDollars has not yet received a credit.  The member was asked to wait 14 days before additional assistance could be provided as this is our standard policy. In addition, an email was sent to the member 8/1 notifying him that one of the offers he inquired about does take 15-30 days to credit and provided a screenshot of this messaging on this offer to help clarify.  We do ask that members please allow time (terms) for crediting to be reported by the advertiser and we will be more than happy to assist further should crediting not be issued by the advertiser during the timeframe specified. https://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms

This member has been logging in from outside of the US and completing activities that are for US members only which is in violation of our terms. InboxDollars requires valid information on an account and...

the member noted that his current residence was the United States.  Per the terms: “The country listed in your Member Profile must be the country you are both living in, and logging into your InboxDollars® account from.” Due to the violation of the terms, the account was closed and earnings removed.  http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms

Member contacted our Live Chat support on May 15th, 2016.  At that time the member was notified that per the terms of membership, the account assigned to that email she provided had been cleaned/removed due to inactivity for a...

period of 6 months .    The member responded via email and was again notified that the account that was assigned to them had been cleaned/removed due to inactivity for 6 months.     An additional cleaned account was also located and due to inactivity on that account it was also cleaned/removed due to no activity for 6 months.
InboxDollars® wants a member’s account to stay in an active status so to help our members; we send several email reminders when inactivity occurs during that 6 month period of time to help remind the member to log in to avoid having an account and earnings removed.
However, after 180 days (6 months) with no activity or response from this member on the account, it was cleaned and earnings removed per our terms. http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms   Once this automated process has occurred and an account is cleaned, there is no way to reverse this automated process.

The member inquired about several cash earning offers however, the member was not able to provide the required documentation in order for all inquiries to be reviewed.  The Adkins offer, this was a Non-Incent cash offer that provides a $5.00 coupon to use towards Adkins.  The Member...

provided a confirmation email from Shudder which a courtesy credit was issued by InboxDollars to the members account.  The Member did not have a confirmation email for approval for credit for Fingerhut which indicated that the offer may have been completed via phone or directly with the advertiser. Member was provided a sample email example of what was needed in order to assist further but the Member provided emails show an existing account.  The Surge offer email from the advertiser showed that the terms of the offer were not met as member was not approved for the credit card offered.  InboxDollars will credit a members account as soon as the credit is sent by the advertiser.  http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms InboxDollars® credits Members for completing Cash Earning Activities based on information we receive from our Advertisers and any terms listed on the activity. Thus, the Advertiser has the final say in whether or not a Member is credited. InboxDollars® makes no guarantee that Members will receive credit for completing an Offer/Cash Earning Activity. Members should save all confirmation/welcome emails (and similar information) they receive from the Advertiser after completing an Offer.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have decided not to keep fighting.  I've repeatedly told them I log out of the VPN before visiting their site, but they won't listen.  However, now they're saying PARTS of the site will be functional for me.  So, I'll do what I can to get that minimum payout.  I'm disappointed that they just won't listen to me when I tell them over and over that I disconnect the VPN, and won't be recommending them in the future. Thank you Revdex.com for trying to assist in this matter.  I'm just dropping it.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/01/19) */
The member accessed Livechat on Jan 17th to report an issue regarding crediting for 2 offers. The member stated she received a network error message HTTP404 when attempting to complete the Big Buck Survey.
Although it is very...

unfortunate that any member experiences a network error when attempting an activity online that this type of message would generally mean that the advertiser they were trying to reach could not be found on the server at that time. This error would not be something that InboxDollars is able to fix directly however, in reviewing the account is does show that a credit had been applied to her account for Big Buck Survey on Jan 17, 2016.
The member in chat also mentioned completing Publishers Clearing House however, in reviewing the members account their records show this was not selected from InboxDollars.
InboxDollars credits members as soon as the advertisers notify us that a member has successfully met the terms of the requirements. http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms InboxDollars is independent of all advertisers and note that the crediting process can take up to 30 days as explained in our terms of membership when successfully completing a cash activity.
A written response was sent to the member on Jan 18th, 2016 however, the member has not replied.
We do ask that this case be closed as resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:
This information proved is a complete lie. This company cancels members accounts all the as per several complaints on the Revdex.com site. This seems to be a habit they and also gives a fraud number to contact them. I think this company needs to be looked into there  for their fraud practices. They do not give there name in report listed. Could this be because someone from oversees is answering this complaint.I want my accounts reopened since I did not produce this fraud info.

I am rejecting this response because:The business did not resolve my complaint. First, they said my account had to be active within 10 days, and then they said it had to be active within 180 days before they close it. First, they said the funds were available within the 10 days (whether or not I am active) but then the funds were not (after the 10 days since I requested if I am not active?). They don't explicitly say in their agreement whether it's for the entire ten days or how many surveys you must complete. Even if this is according to their agreement, this is not clear or ethical to withhold payment which I requested. The business wants me to be an active member but I can't be an active member if I don't know how long for or the frequency of which I must complete my surveys. I will accept the business response if I receive the 30 dollars I am due for my work. I was a very busy student at the time and didn't have time to argue but now that I am doing surveys with other sites, I don't see this type of circumventing with the fine print on other sites, I am avoiding litigation by going to the Revdex.com and now see it worth the time to prevent other customers from having my experience. I will accept the business's response if I am paid via a safe avenue or legal format and I will agree not to leave a bad review if I am paid the alloted 30 dollars from my old account.

As noted in past response and with documentation: The Member was in violation of the terms and conditions which state that InboxDollars requires members to only log in from a US IP when listing the US as current country of residence. This  member had been found to be logging in from multiple Non-US locations for an extended period of time which was a violation of terms. A final payment was made to the Member name and sent to the Portland address as listed on the account on Oct 28th 2017 per Member request. InboxDollars requires that all information on an account must be valid for the duration of the account as well as providing a valid mailing address.  Due to violations, the account was closed. https://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/07/02) */
The member had contacted us via LiveChat regarding the notice she had received on her account regarding Search. During review, it was noted and explained to the member that the warning she received was due to the system detecting...

unqualified search activity which prevents crediting.
The member was notified that in order to reset the Search feature she needed to continue searching using qualified terms/results and the system would reset once it detected that qualified searches were occurring.
InboxDollars is not able to guide or coach members on how to search as crediting can only occur when searches are organic and natural. The system did reset and crediting was reinstated thru the automated search system due to this members new qualified searches.
We respectfully ask that this complaint be closed as resolved.

InboxDollars welcomes all individuals from the U.S. to join  however, as stated in our terms, Members are required to provide valid information on the accounts and with our advertisers.  This individual created an account on SendEarnings with a name different from the name on the account...

they created on InboxDollars.  This individual also provided different dates of birth on each account as well.  The individual name provided by this member on the Support tickets and Chat is being provided different than the name on accounts and on the Revdex.com inquiry.  We are not able to determine ownership or valid membership. Per the terms of the site, Members are required to provide valid information.  These accounts were found to be providing invalid and inconsistent information which does not allow us to verify ownership of the account as well as with our advertisers.  Due to this violation of the terms, the accounts were closed.  Section I. Membership Item 1. Valid Information: https://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms

During review it was discovered that this members account matched one payment email of several other accounts.   The member indicated that he sold his payment however, the email used to log into the payment redemption account was the same email associated with additional InboxDollars...

accounts.  A member may not transfer his account, account information including payment emails with account specific codes & pin to access funds outside parties.   As stated in our terms: Your Account, including any Cash or other credits in your Account, is non-transferable and non-assignable, and may not be pooled, lent, sold, or exchanged. http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/termsDue to the violations on the account per the terms it was closed.

This members account was closed in error on Oct 31st 2016 and after review on November 1st was found to be eligible for access which was immediately granted...

and all funds released within 24 hrs of finding the error. We had notified the member of the error in writing but the member may not have seen our notification response prior to filing the inquiry with the Revdex.com. This member has been paid in full for his earnings as requested.   We respectfully request that this be deemed closed and resolved.

During review the account for this member was found to be in violation of our terms & conditions by having more than one account per household/computer address. As noted in the terms, all accounts pending a payment request is reviewed at that time....

https://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms  The request for an account is not processed until an individual indicates that they have reviewed and agreed to the terms & conditions; “Members may not create more than one Account with InboxDollars®. In addition, we do not allow:  More than one Account in the same Household, More than one Account with the same Mailing Address or More than one Account using the same Computer, device or IP.  InboxDollars® reserves the right to place any payment request on hold or remove, for any reason, if an Account is in violation of the terms. Also, as noted in the terms that the Advertisers only permit the completion and crediting for activities to one account per address and/or IP, so completing the same cash earning activities on more than 1 account violates not only InboxDollars terms but advertiser terms.  Due to the violation of the terms the account was closed and earnings removed.  We notified the members on July 18th 2017 and offered to make an exception and as a courtesy allow 1 of the 2 accounts to remain open.  To date, the member has not accepted the offer to allow an account.

I am rejecting this response because:This is not the correct name and address. As I mentioned in my complaint, I had the correct name and address for the entire duration of membership. Up until the last minute before requesting payment for privacy I changed it. Plus, within the last 2 years my address has changed. So can I please send with my real name and to the correct address?Originally I requested payment by PayPal, so the name / address should have never been an issue. Now that it has become an issue. Or are you able to simply send payment by PayPal and avoid extra steps? Thank you, Shaun

Membership with InboxDollars(r) is voluntary however we do have terms of membership that members are to follow. In this case, the member violated our terms of membership. InboxDollars(r) does not permit more than 1 account per individual, per...

household, and/or per computer.
Due to violation of the terms the account was closed. An email was sent to the member to review and agree to follow our terms of membership in order to consider reinstatement of account.
We respectfully request that this case be closed as resolved.

The Member had inquired about a mobile app download for 2 games.  Member was notified that all mobile app credits will need to be issued from the advertisers once they validate requirements are met in order for crediting to occur.  The member was notified of this information. ...

https://support.inboxdollars.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001556626-Cash-Apps-App-Of... InboxDollars does not credit for Apps, as these are approved, validated and credited by the app providers. If you have not been credited for an app download it is due to one of the reasons listed above.  InboxDollars is only able to offer credits to members when validated by the app provider. If crediting was not applied then the app was not approved by the app provider for crediting.  This member had been provided this information and in reviewing the crediting file received from advertiser this member as not included for crediting to occur.

InboxDollars is a loyalty reward program for our members that is free and voluntary.  When an individual creates an account they are provided the terms of membership which they acknowledge that they have...

reviewed and agree to.   These terms  disclose that when a Member completes an Offer or cash activity through InboxDollars®, they are creating a direct relationship with the Advertiser who provided the Offer. Members should review the Advertiser‘s Terms and Conditions relating to the Offer prior to completing the Offer. InboxDollars® assumes no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any Offer which may include in the advertisers terms that the individual if they agree will be contacted by additional partners or advertisers.  Any calls or emails being received by the member would require the member reaching out to those advertisers to request an opt-out or unsubscribe from directly with the advertisers in which they registered.    A payment request was made on Mar 1 2016 which was set to process on March 16th 2016 however, the member failed to keep their account in active status per our terms, which resulted in the payment not processing.  The member was contacted by our support team on Friday, April 22nd and  was notified to what had occurred and for the payment to process the member would  need to reactivate the account & request  payment  and we would process a new payment ahead of schedule. The member did not respond and has not activated their account in order for the payment to process.
A 2nd request was sent on April 25th to the member stating we are more than happy to process their payment if they would please activate their account so our automated system could process their payment but the member did not comply in activating their account.  We have since had to  manually activate the account for the member, request payment on their behalf and have sent payment in the form of a check.
We respectfully request that this issue be closed as resolved.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/09/10) */
Per Federal guidelines, all members are required to submit a W9 form once a certain earning threshold is reached. When a member submits a W9 form, we take additional measures to review the account to ensure no fraud is taking place. Upon this...

review, it was discovered this member had more than one account and that each account was completing the same offers. It is a violation of our Terms to create more than one account per person, per household, or per computer. In addition, our Terms state that offers are available for first-time customers only and that the same offers cannot be completed multiple times since this violates the Terms of our advertisers. The member was notified that all accounts were closed and earnings were forfeited per our Terms. We will not be providing payment to this member. We ask that this case be closed as resolved.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/09/10) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I was notified that a check would be mailed to me by the company's website. Once they found out a few days later, they rescinded payment and closed my accounts automatically. My account in question is legitimate and though I had multiple accounts, my wife was submitting surveys on the other account.
My AOL account with InboxDollars should be recognized as legitimate and thus paid to me as I have earned it. Please see the email thread and other email communique attached.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/09/22) */
The member requested payment from one of his accounts and during the review process the member was found to have multiple accounts in his name which is a direct violation of our terms and the accounts were removed/closed.
Due to the violation of the terms the accounts were closed and earnings are removed. We respectfully request that this be closed as resolved.
