I am rejecting this response because:
You lack the integrity to stand behind what you offer

We value all members on our site and appreciate the membership they have with InboxDollars. It is important to note that as stated in our terms & conditions that if an individual joins our reward loyalty site they are
a member and not an employee of the site and participation is strictly voluntary
InboxDollars establishes relationships with advertisers and third parties to provide our members with the opportunity to earn cash credits as deemed by the advertisers for successful completion of that activity.
The member stated that she had been notified that her responses were not qualified and actually disqualified but felt she answered enough questions to qualify for the survey credit. The chat agent attempted to explain the qualification process and also provided a courtesy credit from InboxDollars for the survey attempt
InboxDollars always works with its advertisers & members to improve the level of service and enhance the experience for the memberWe sincerely appreciate the member’s feedback and will pass this information onto the appropriate team for review. We respectfully ask that this inquiry be closed as resolved

I am rejecting this response because:
This generic response, much like the email response from inboxdollars, does not address any of my concerns and complaints
What evidence did the advertiser provide to substantiate this claim?
Furthermore, where in the Terms and Conditions does it explicitly state that a complaint from the survey provider will not only result in account termination, but also in forfeiture of earnings?
Please advise

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/09/11) */
During our payment review we discovered that this member had accounts with InboxDollarsWhen a member has multiple accounts it violates the terms of membershipThe member had also completed some of the same offers on both accounts
which also violates the terms of membershipThe member came into our LiveChat service on September 9th, and asked why his accounts were closedThe member received his response in writing notifying him what the violations were and that due to the violations his accounts were closedOur terms state that a member is only allowed to have account per person, per household and/or per computerUpon termination of the two accounts this member then created a third accountDue to the violation of the terms the accounts were closedWe respectfully request that this case be closed as resolved

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/01/09) */
Member came to LiveChat for assistance regarding crediting for offers on January 2, Member was notified that since he had indicated that they were recently completed,we asked that he wait the standard days for the crediting to
occur by the offer provider
SendEarnings is independent of the offers and we ask our members to wait a minimum of days so that the offer provider could report to us that the credits can be applied
Member responded to SendEarnings via email on the morning of January 6th that he did not want to wait and requested crediting to be applied so he could reach $in order to cash out
Response was sent to the member on the morning of Jan 6th stating that the credits had already been applied to his account and that he is welcome to request payment at any time
To date the member has not requested his payment and his account has a balance of $
Member had received the credits prior to this complaint and his account is available to request payment at any timeWe respectfully request that this issue be closed as resolved
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/01/12) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Been a member of this company since late October of during that time I barely managed to make any money from this companyI would put hours and hours in on their site trying to make anything I couldI complained to customer service soo many times about them not doing anything to credit me for what I completed during all those monthsI wrote down every date every tine every survey that I did because I knew these companies can't be trustedI have chat logs showing their own employees telling me I had offers from way back that were never creditedTo this day I have offers that were never credited from just over a week agoThey lie and lie and lie to you abiyr everythingThey tell you to wait days and then complain again because they know that people will either forget or just not care after the daysThat's where some of the scam comes inThe rest is as I explained itThey also never told me when I signed up that you will not quailfy for wayy more then half of their offersThat's a huge part of their scam right thereYou either go through like mins of questions asking you personal information about your life which God knows what they do with that informadtion but after all that you'll get a message saying you don't qualify and you don't even get a cent for all your wasted time
They also don't tell you they charge you to cash your check until you decided to cash outThey charge $for that I don't accept their response because they scammed me out of money and tgeirba scam company all unwanted was $for all the aggravation they caused meStay away from this company to all who read this

The Members’ account is in active status and no hold on the check is in processThe payment is set to process on May 24th as noted on Member account. The account recently had the TV Channel feature disabled due to Ad Block detection. In order to view the TV channel

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/11/17) */
This member had inquired about purchases they said they had made on InboxDollars shopping channel link for eBay
Any shopping activity on our site is reported and validated prior to crediting occurring to a member's account
A
request was made to this member to forward confirmation (purchase receipts) emails they received from eBay for review
Terms presented at the time an account is created is agreed to prior to creating the account by the member which discloses our policies
These terms state that Members should save all confirmation/welcome emails (and similar information) they receive from the Advertiser after completing an Offer
This information can often be used to credit a Member's account if not done automatically
The member refused to provide the confirmation receipts for review and crediting and cancelled their account before further assistance could be provided
Should the member provide the confirmation emails we are more than happy in trying to assist the member furtherWe respectfully request that this complaint be closed as resolved
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/11/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Considering that all of my transactions were completed between September and September 23, in total and that:
1) Zero of the transactions were tracked automatically (the same happened to a lot of people, it seems that only bloggers' transactions "tracked correctly")For comparison TopCashback and ShopAtHome (two competitors) didn't miss any single eBay transaction during months
2) Even though the offer ended on October the first disclaimer was quietly added on October 13, two days before removing the offer
3) On October 1st I contacted InboxDollars and a representative named Aaron told me that InboxDollars was not able to confirm the correct tracking of transactions until the merchant credited themBut other people was told differently
4) When I contacted InboxDollars after the minimum waiting time had elapsed I was asked transactions details that I providedAfter a week I finally got a response from a representative named Jessica requesting documentation (that I was ready to provide) but also throwing a brand new second disclaimer on top of the first one that read "Please note that purchases made with eBay Gift Cards, coupons or e-gift certificates are not applicable for form of payment method and not eligible for crediting.", virtually invalidating my transactions beforehand
5) All of the above coupled with the fact that many people was complaining about the EXACT SAME problems
It was already clear that the company was willfully trying to invalidate most claims and to discourage people of dedicating time to claim anything by using these retroactive disclaimers just to reduce the payoutsThe company already invalidated my claims beforehand with the two added disclaimers so that's why I didn't send any documentation, why would I bother just to get a obviously negative response based on the prepared ground you created for such invalidationsMy complaint is precisely that you deceived people with your dubious tactics
Final Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2015/12/03) */
This member had inquired about purchases they said they had made on InboxDollars shopping channel link for eBayAny shopping activity on our site is reported and validated prior to crediting occurring to a member's account
A request was made to this member to forward confirmation (purchase receipts) emails they received from eBay for reviewInitially the member did not provide but did provide receipts at a later date and has been paid in full
InboxDollars terms presented at the time an account is created is agreed to prior to creating the account by the member which fully discloses our policiesThese terms state that Members should save all confirmation/welcome emails (and similar information) they receive from the Advertiser after completing an Offer

I am rejecting this response because:
Clearly their automated response is not justifiedThey took my time and made money off my surveysI put the correct address inIf that is there policy then they should have did it up front and not waited until it was time to pay meThey owed both my wife and IDo the right thing and pay as we all know that you took the money front ehh companies that I did those surveys for

The member had been making purchases with InboxDollars’ advertisers and then immediately cancelling the offer with the advertiser once credit was applied to his account. Our terms & conditions notify members that they should only complete offers that they are genuinely interested
in. The member was warned back in Nov to refrain from this behavior on the account however, this has continued and his account was closed due to fraudulent attempts to earn credits for offers not successfully completedThe member was also notified that his earnings would be sent via Check on our next processing date of July 13th however, we do ask that he allow time for processing and mailing via US Postal ServiceWe respectfully request this inquiry be closed as resolved

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/08/31) */
Member had contacted us regarding an offer credit on July 5thDue to invalid information provided to the advertiser the credit could not be appliedWe have since resolved that and provided the creditInboxDollars made several
attempts to reach the member with no response back
In order for crediting to occur directly into an account Members must complete the offers per the terms & conditions
The members payment was processed and sent to her on August 26th, We respectfully request that this case be closed as resolved

Member reached out via voicemail regarding the offer from the advertiser and was sent an email follow as soon as the message was received(Attached) All offers on the site are independent of InboxDollars and crediting is reported by the advertiser directly to the Member when approved
To date the credit has not yet been received from the Advertiser however, Member was asked to provided his registration email with the advertiser along with the email showing that he completed the steps required in order for us to assist the Member in obtaining their credit. To date, no response from the Member has been received. InboxDollars is happy to assist however, Member does need to comply with request for more information. Copy of the email sent to the Member attachedPlease note that if a Member has not received credit for an offer means InboxDollars did not receive credit. We ask the Member to please comply with the request so that we can assist. https://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms

I am rejecting this response because:I only became "abusive" after repeatedly having my time wasted and money stolenThese clowns, on a routine basis, let you take their incredibly long surveys and then at the obvious end of them tell you that you don't qualify to take itYet you have just taken itThey do nothing to rectify the situation, and then when you grow agitated by their dishonest practices, they close your account and steal ALL of your earningsThey deserve to be shut down and jailed honestlyTheyrTh low rent g*** *** ***As far as them saying that I never responded, well that's just a bold faced lieOne of many lies these ***? tell as part of their *** business model for ***They owe me money, I'd like to get what they owe me, simple as thatI don't want my account reinstated, iIdon't want to be associated with ***, all I want is the money I earned by holding up my end of the agreementIf they have any good business ethics or practices then they will hold up their end of said agreementBut judging from their past behavior I sincerely doubt these pieces of garbage will honor their wordBecause after all, there is no honor among ***

Individuals when requesting an account are presented with the terms & conditions and agree to those terms. The terms clearly state that InboxDollars does not permit more than one account per household, computer or network IP.  https://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms  Members are responsible for abiding by the terms as agreed to when joining.  The spouse of the duplicate account requested that his account be closed. (See attached) An allowance was made to have this member's account remain on site however before we could assist further member filed complaint. This Member has already requested payment and it is pending to process on May 2 2018.  We respectfully request that this complaint be closed as resolved.

Member contacted us about a survey credit he had not received.  The member has been extremely abusive with supports staff. We explained the member we are able to assist but we need the member to refrain from threatening the support staff and using abusive language.  The Member...

continued to use abusive language and per the terms the account was closed however, the Member was notified via email that we would be happy to assist further if he would agree not to become abusive with the staff. The Member has never responded. Per the terms & conditions the account was closed.  https://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms  "By agreeing to these Terms, you are agreeing that you will also follow these rules: (1) Do not publicly display or use the Site /features to share inappropriate content or material including but not limited to: nudity, pornography, graphic violence, use harassing, profane or hate comments to employees of site and/or its Members.  Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of Account and earnings". Member's account had been closed due to ongoing violation of the terms and unwillingness to cooperate with staff allowing them to assist.

This member’s account was reported to InboxDollars by a survey provider for invalid/fraudulent surveys and/or attempts for the purpose of crediting.  https://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms Prohibition of Fraudulent Activities: Members must provide truthful, accurate, valid information...

I am rejecting this response because: What do you EXPECT them to say?? I have been over this with them & already received the same response. THAT'S WHY I FILED THE COMPLAINT. Their internet documented history on such matters is atrocious. As I've stated in my complaint, the 2 accounts UNKNOWINGLY used the same IP address, but different e-mails. There may have been unintentional timing crossovers where both were logged in at the same time, but not necessarily active on the site. If the 2 separate accounts were a problem, InboxDollars' system should never have allowed the 2nd account to be created. However, InboxDollars allowed the 2nd account to be created. When it did, I assume all was OK. The 1st account had already EARNED OVER $111 BEFORE the 2nd account was created. Suddenly, WITHOUT ANY WARNING, BOTH accounts are terminated and the $111 of earnings that the 1st account earned PRIOR to any 2nd account creation, is forfeited. This is just another one of their ways to wiggle out of paying their users. The internet is FULL of complaints about SIMILAR practices from InboxDollars. All of the IP address usage timestamped beginning May 6, 2018 are post-termination and were e-mail correspondences to InboxDollars trying to resolve the matter and not involved in any survey taking.Summary: Any monies earned by strictly following InboxDollars' rules BEFORE the 2nd account was created (approx $111) should rightfully be sent to me. If a 2nd account creation was wrong, InboxDollars system should have disallowed it. To expect survey takers to be IP experts is unrealistic. InboxDollars is apparently the IP expert and I relied on that expertise to guide me regarding the 2nd account creation. It's system was faulty and allowed the 2nd account and now InboxDollars wants to penalize me for its negligence in enforcing its rules.
