Due to violation of the terms the account was closed. An email was sent to the member to review and agree to follow our terms of membership in order to consider reinstatement of account.
We respectfully request that this case be closed as resolved.

InboxDollars records the address entered at the time the member enters this on the account. These addresses are never altered or changed by InboxDollars for integrity and security purposes.   The original dates and time stamp of these entries are attached.  The accounts are registered to the same account household address and IPs which violated the terms of membership.  Members should only enter in valid information of their own and not the information of any other individual.  Due to the violations of the terms & conditions these accounts were closed.

an Offer or cash activity through InboxDollars®, they are creating a direct relationship with the Advertiser who provided the Offer. Members should review the Advertiser‘s Terms and Conditions relating to the Offer prior to completing the Offer. InboxDollars® assumes no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any Offer which may include in the advertisers terms that the individual if they agree will be contacted by additional partners or advertisers.  Any calls or emails being received by the member would require the member reaching out to those advertisers to request an opt-out or unsubscribe from directly with the advertisers in which they registered.    A payment request was made on Mar 1 2016 which was set to process on March 16th 2016 however, the member failed to keep their account in active status per our terms, which resulted in the payment not processing.  The member was contacted by our support team on Friday, April 22nd and  was notified to what had occurred and for the payment to process the member would  need to reactivate the account & request  payment  and we would process a new payment ahead of schedule. The member did not respond and has not activated their account in order for the payment to process.  A 2nd request was sent on April 25th to the member stating we are more than happy to process their payment if they would please activate their account so our automated system could process their payment but the member did not comply in activating their account.  We have since had to  manually activate the account for the member, request payment on their behalf and have sent payment in the form of a check.  We respectfully request that this issue be closed as resolved.

Member came into chat on March 8th to inquire about the offer FanDuel. InboxDollars is independent of the offer providers and at this time the offer provider had not notified InboxDollars that the offer was successfully completed....


Member was asked to provide additional information to assist in his credit request. Offer provider is reporting the offer was not completed from InboxDollars site.
Per our terms of membership (http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms) the advertisers have the final approval on crediting when an offer is successfully completed.
Member was provided with a one-time courtesy credit for this offer.
Member has the minimum required in their account to request payment at any time. We respectfully request that this claim be marked closed.

The credits were already applied to this members account in the amount approved by eBay and member has since requested payment on his account which is set to process on Dec 2, 2015.

I am rejecting this response because:I am not satisfied with this response. I was told it was tmobiles fault and not to use my phone any more for inboxdollars, so I did that and have been using my computer without too much issue. But of course, as soon as they got my complaint my account is now magically shut down so now they've made more than $25 off me. WHAT A JOKE! How spiteful and ignorant! Great scam..... I mean business

The Member contacted InboxDollars regarding the offer for DirectTV.  To be eligible for this offer, Members must complete the offer from the link provided on the Member’s account the same day selected.  The Member was notified that the confirmation email they provided from DirectTV shows...

the date of completion of Dec 8th 2017.  The date the Member selected this offer from their InboxDollars account was recorded with the date of Dec 9th, 2017 which is 1 day after the date of sign up with Direct TV.  Per the terms & conditions: Cash Earning Activities/Cash Activities are available for first-time customers of the advertiser only. Members will not be credited for completing an Offer if they have completed the activity in the past, through InboxDollars®, any other website, app, or communication tool, completion of or participation in Cash Earning Activities, interactions with Advertisers, or with the Advertiser directly. The Member appears to have completed the DirectTV sign up from another site or directly with DirectTV and therefor would not be eligible for crediting.  In the matter of surveys, all surveys are provided by and credited by the advertisers and are credited to a members account when successfully completed and are independent of InboxDollars.  This member has been provided with over $40.00 in courtesy crediting for surveys attempted in 2017 however, a survey will be credited as soon as it is reported by the advertiser as successfully completed. https://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms

In addition, we do not allow:  More than one Account in the same Household, More than one Account with the same Mailing Address or More than one Account using the same Computer, device or IP.  InboxDollars® reserves the right to place any payment request on hold or remove, for any reason, if an Account is in violation of the terms. Due to the violation of the terms the account was closed and earnings removed.

The member's account and earnings have been available to the member without restrictions. We have sent several emails to the member explaining/showing this.  (see attached) The member has been advised that the payment request they had pending was not able to process as per the terms, a member must keep the account in active status.  The member did not  keep the account in active status allowing the payment to process. (http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms)  The member requested payment on April 6th, 2017 and no further activity by the member was done.  On April 13th, 2017 the member was sent an inactivity email reminder to login and keep the account active to have the payment process.  The member did not log in or keep account active and the payment request was removed per our terms.  The member has been encouraged to log into the account, activate it and request payment then notify us when the payment request has been made and we would manually process a check on Wed April 26th 2017 as a courtesy however, the member has not yet completed these steps for us to do so.  We are more than happy to assist this member however, in order to do so the member had to log into their account, activate it and request the payment.  We cannot assist however, until the member followed the steps as presented.   Since the member has not followed the request to activate and our only other way to process said payment is to close the account.  The account has been closed in order for us to assist this member with the payment.  The check will be issued on Wed April 26th and sent US Postal Service. Please allow time for mailing.  We request that this issue be closed as resolved. Thank you

contacted member via email on 3 occasions advising them to try clearing their cache on their browser assuming this is an issue, or the member could not remember their login or password but without more information we are not able to assist further.
It is requested that the member respond to our email so that we can help further. The account is still in Active status, Member was credited for 2 PaidEmails on Dec 3rd, 2015 and member has full access to the account so we respectfully request this matter be closed/resolved.
