Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  Though I disagree with what they have to say, and note that they only sent copies of the email that did not mention deletion.  As soon as I get the check, I'll be satisfied.  Though I will never again recommend this company to friends.

This member has been logging in from outside of the US and completing activities that are for US members only which is in violation of our terms. InboxDollars requires valid information on an account and the member noted that his current residence was the United States.  Per the terms:...

“The country listed in your Member Profile must be the country you are both living in, and logging into your InboxDollars® account from.” Due to the violation of the terms, the account was closed and earnings removed.  http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms

that activity.  The member stated that he had been notified that his responses were not qualified from the survey providers and not InboxDollars. The chat agents have assisted this member on several occasions while also providing several courtesy credits from InboxDollars for various survey attempts however, it should be noted that surveys should be credited by the survey providers when successfully completing a survey. InboxDollars always works with its advertisers & members to improve the level of service and enhance the experience for the member.  We sincerely appreciate the member’s feedback and will pass this onto the appropriate team for review.   As our terms & conditions state and agreed to by the member, we do require a minimum of $30.00 in the account before payment requests can be made. http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms We respectfully ask that this inquiry be closed as resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: Inbox Dollars is still making excuses to not fulfill their end of the consumer/business contract. I am pleased that they at least admit that the shudder offer was completed by me and it was my evidence that convinced them to credit my account with the 4 dollars I was due. Note that they never apologized for basically calling me a liar and then crediting my account. So if they were wrong on that note how can they vehemently deny that I am due pay for 3 other offers? I submitted my evidence and they continue to blame their affiliates for not confirming that the offers were completed. May I ask, what is their job anyway? If their affiliates and I are responsible for proving offers were completed, what role does InboxDollars play in all of this? I have stated my claim and I am waiting for InboxDollars to do the right thing, admit they are wrong, and credit my account so I can cash out and never do business with them again. I have added two screenshots that were taken while completing the trim savings offer. The green parts of the shots show I was using the INBOXDOLLARS APP. one shows the offer is complete and the other shows an error message which happens alot on their shoddy website and app. The proof is right here. So, should I expect to be called a liar again or can we resolve this the right way with dignity and respect?

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/05/27) */
Membership with InboxDollars(r) is voluntary however the terms of membership are required to be followed by our members. In this case, the members violated those terms.
InboxDollars(r) does not permit more than 1 account per individual, per...

household, and/or per computer.
InboxDollars does not permit advertised opportunities to be credited to more than one account per member, per household or per computer address and the accounts were completing some of the same advertised opportunities.

We respectfully request that this case be closed as resolved.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/06/01) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We have both been using Inbox Dollars for years, they have never once complained about either of us sharing a computer. We have two separate addresses, two different names, identities, email addresses, etc. The only reason Inbox Dollars closed our accounts is because we actually use them & they owe us a decent pay out. They owe me those two checks for my mother & for myself, any other response is unacceptable. I run a Facebook Group & recommend Inbox Dollars on a regular basis, after this incident I will have to share with all of my followers the fraud & numerous complaints against them on the Revdex.com. I will not accept any other response that that of receiving the checks owed to the both of us, as I said any other response is unacceptable. I will submit a new complaint against Inbox Dollars through the Revdex.com every single week until I receive JUSTICE & get the proper response, not that of fraudulence. Perhaps I will start investigating how many other people have been effected by this fraud & start taking this even further.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 14, 2015/06/09) */
I have received the check per my request; however; they still owe my mother & I each an additional $20 check per the terms of the Club W deal which we each participated in & completed. We have spoken with Club W & they are trying to help us, but they can not submit payment on account of Inbox Dollars closing our accounts on us. Therefore Inbox Dollars needs to submit another check to each of us for $20.

I informed Cotterweb/InBoxDollars @ 1:03 PM PST on November 1, 2016 (via Twitter) that I had submitted a Revdex.com complaint after multiple attempts (CHAT,Twitter, email) to inform and request a reopening of my account.  I am satisfied that Cotterweb made the decision to reopen my account.  I was not informed of their decision to reopen my account until November 2, 2016.  This was not until after I informed Cotterweb that I was contacting the Revdex.com.  If indeed, Cotterweb made the decsion to reopen my account before I contacted the Revdex.com (~11:09 AM Nov. 1, 2016), then I stand corrected, but if not, then I think the Revdex.com complaint and resolution should reflect that.

I am rejecting this response because:The only emails regarding my account I have received addressing this matter are the ones that state that I violated your terms and conditions and that my account was terminated. Your emails are generic emails that repeat the same thing over and over. Please provide me a copy of the email that you sent the same day, because "Jason" never sent it.Jason NEVER sent any emails trying to resolve this situation, which is the reason this complaint was filed. According to my Internet administrator I do not have any PROXY or VPN's protecting my network. I also have made sure that I do not have any of those settings on my computer. Oddly enough. I did start receiving paid to open emails again on the 13 that stopped on the 19th. So you reinstated it to make the claim to the Revdex.com that you tried to work it out with me? I requested a payment for funds that I am owed. Not one company that I work with has issue paying, not an issue with proxies or VPN's, but you. So it appears that you are looking for a way not to pay. I really just want to resolve this and get what is rightly mine. All of this for $200.My account is still locked as of 4/20/2017 at 12:50am CST.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/08/31) */
Member had contacted us regarding an offer credit on July 5th. Due to invalid information provided to the advertiser the credit could not be applied. We have since resolved that and provided the credit. InboxDollars made several attempts to...

reach the member with no response back.
In order for crediting to occur directly into an account Members must complete the offers per the terms & conditions.
The members payment was processed and sent to her on August 26th, 2015. We respectfully request that this case be closed as resolved.

Member contacted our Live Chat support on May 15th, 2016.  At that time the member was notified that per the terms of membership, the account assigned to that email she provided had been cleaned/removed due to inactivity for a period of 6 months .    The member responded via...

email and was again notified that the account that was assigned to them had been cleaned/removed due to inactivity for 6 months.     An additional cleaned account was also located and due to inactivity on that account it was also cleaned/removed due to no activity for 6 months.  InboxDollars® wants a member’s account to stay in an active status so to help our members; we send several email reminders when inactivity occurs during that 6 month period of time to help remind the member to log in to avoid having an account and earnings removed. However, after 180 days (6 months) with no activity or response from this member on the account, it was cleaned and earnings removed per our terms. http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms   Once this automated process has occurred and an account is cleaned, there is no way to reverse this automated process.

The member account was flagged for using a VPN IP from non-US locations to access the site which per the terms & conditions is not permitted.  http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms  VPN IPs can may reside on servers located outside of the US which is not permitted on with members on...

US accounts. Due to the violation certain account features were removed. Member was notified by Resolution Team as to the reason.  Per the terms, a member must have a minimum of $30.00 to request payment. At this time this account can request payment once that amount is reached.  Member should refrain from using a VPN IP to access the site or account may be closed due to violation of terms in the future.  We request that the member abide by the terms and that this issue be marked as resolved.

from the survey providers and not InboxDollars. InboxDollars does not create the surveys or set the required qualifications for a survey as this is determined by the independent survey providers. Members are credited by the survey providers when successfully completing a survey. We respectfully ask that this inquiry be closed as resolved.
