The service that MJ technician xxxxx gave me in xxxxx, NC on 8-25-was excellentEverything was explained to me and my a/c was up and running again within an hourHe arrived on time and was very professional in every wayThe only downside to this appointment was Morris-Jenkins was not able to get me "cool air tonight" per their advertised "till midnight hours." I called around pm on 8-24-the night before and the first appointment they had was am the next morning

Not only was his service professional and thorough he went the extra mile to explain the condition of my upper and lower AC units relating to air supply and return, and they are running at optimal performance! The Heating units were inspected as well, and he explained some safety features that are built into the units, this was very good to know and I appreciate it very much It is one thing to provide a service, it is another when you are very knowledgeable of your work and [redacted] is just that! May I say to ***'s management team, clone him so you have more qualified Technicians representing Morris Jenkins as [redacted] does!

Recently, I had my upstairs and downstairs AC units repaired Both units had malfunctioned after a lightening strike during last summer xxxxx was my technician He was prompt, courteous and professional xxxxx thoroughly diagnosed both units and accurately assessed the problemsxxxxx quickly repaired my units The price was unbelievable! Morris Jenkins has a stellar reputation for quality work; however, I did not expect the repair costs to be reasonable and affordable I was pleasantly surprised and pleased!
xxxxx is knowledgeable, thoughtful and highly skilled techinicianHe took the time to listen carefully regarding our concerns, began explaining what he would be doing and then proceeded, systematically to check out our HVAC system, discuss with us our problem and work through potential issues/causes and thereafter discussed solutions that addressed our temperature balance and system performance issues We especially appreciated that he did not propose to "over solve" the problem, but first suggested we work through our issues with certain adjustments to airflow, to settings within our thermostat, etc., meaning we did not have any extra costs or charges associated with the visit He thereafter reviewed with us what we should be anticipating, and indicated he would be happy to return to resolve, if needed, any and all issues that may remain Overall, we are very pleased with the level of xxxxx expertise and attention to high quality customer service

xxxx and xxxxx were very courteous and professional They were able to determine the issues with the system, defective expansion valve Described what will take place in resolving replacing the valve Additional checks were made to insure the system was operating properly, air flow, etc As a side, the looked at the outside hot water heater A good thing There is significant corrosion on the supply pipe and it is beginning to leak We discussed maintenance on it too MJ was not the installer of the HW heater It was installed 11/09/by a plumbing company An attempt was made to contact them, so far unsuccessful I am positively impressed with the service of MJ I have also received a call from their parts department on when the part will be in and a return visit to install it is to be scheduled MJ has demonstrated professionalism whenever their services were needed When it was time to replace the HVAC last year, MJ was the choice They have demonstrated responsiveness prior to this installation and since This issue is a manufacturer's issue, but they are on top of it and working to resolve it in a very timely manner My daughter is the customer I'm her father, visiting, and I wish I could say that my experience at home (Florida) has been as positive at this

I recently had a gas hot water heater installed with a circulating pump After the work was donethe shift supervisor came after the installers left to do a final review He found some adjustments that needed to take place in order to be in compliance with all the codes: Distance between the stack and adjacent wall board, and the correct length for a safety pipe interface In addition, I had mentioned how the electric circuit seemed faulty at times prior to the work done He took the time to confirm that the Morris Jenkins work was done correctly, which I had not doubt about And then proceed to check other outlets to issues He narrowed down the problem to elsewhere, which I noted The extra effort to address my need is very appreciated I had that work done by an electrician soon afterwards I am very pleased with the customer service I received and my confidence level is very high that all the work was done properly
