My wife and I have used Morris-Jenkins for several years now to service our HVAC units We have service agreements that provide for twice-a-year preseason heating and cooling inspections and routine maintenance Their technicians are always very prompt, friendly, courteous, and competent "xxxxx" (xxxxx), who just performed my pre-summer inspection and maintenance, was no exception to the rule He was a pleasure to deal with
xxxxx just left my condo (11:45pm on Wednesday, 6/15) after working on my rooftop A/C unit for almost hours and he just SAVED me over $with his honesty! This is the third visit from Morris-Jenkins' service techniciansAbout two weeks ago I had called M-J and signed up for their annual membership to service my A/C and heater The first technician came and changed out the capacitor The A/C worked great for about two weeks until it stopped working Yesterday, a second technician came and told me that the motor needed to be replaced but he could not do it because it was raining rather heavilyHe did all he could and said someone would come by today to fix the motor Then came xxxxxHe was working quietly on the roof and had to go back to the store to get a new motor as he did not have the right one in his truck When he came back with the motor, he said that the incorrect capacitor was installed which could have resulted in the motor working overtime and resulting in its malfunction So that's when he told me that I would not be charged for today's service call because M-J had installed the wrong part which could have resulted in the motor to stop working I was ready to pay the $charge because let's face it, summer in this city without A/C can be unbearable, but THANKS to xxxxx honesty, it cost me nothing This a great testament to his character and work ethics and to Morris-Jenkins' company culture which gives such autonomy to its employees to make a judgement call like this THANK YOU xxxxx and thank you Morris-Jenkins!
The customer service of this company is extraordinary! From the ease of the first email to request an appointment to the follphone calls and service technicians, I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness throughout the process The service technician that was sent to my home was extremely knowledgable, professional, and respectful He was able to talk through the varying options that I would need to consider and concluded our conversation with, "If this were my mother's house, I would...." That kind of advice is much appreciated to a single woman who knows next to nothing about HVAC! I recommend this company to EVERYONE I know! :)

Called morris-jenkins as a "second opinion" after a service call with another companyTechnician xxxxx arrived five minutes early and began going over a/c unitHe determined the fan motor was bad by physically checking the motor rather a visual inspectionHe continued with the service call and found no other problems at this timehe also cleaned the coils on the unit which was not done by the other companyHe explained what he was doing and why on every step, and was efficient and friendly throughoutI would recommend Morris-Jenkins and especially xxxxx for your a/c service 6/20/
During degree ++ xxxxx went the extra mile buy doing a short term fix on my AC until total system could be replaced days laterProfessional and pleasant
Darren is such a pleasant young manHe is knowledgable.He serviced our heat pump and air conditioner and answered questions we had about itExplained things to us and did it all in a timely fashionTHANK YOU MJ for having such a pleasant and professional crew
I called yesterday (5/11/2016) to schedule an appointment for my AC unit which had stopped working due to the thunderstorms on May 1, I was expecting to have to wait several days (if not a week) for a service tech to come out and take a look at my systemI was told that a tech would be out that day The tech arrived early, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right there and then The ENTIRE staff ( from the dispatcher to the customer support tech who I spoke with later on last night) is wonderful and the superior customer service can not be matchedThank you again Morris-Jenkins
Morris Jenkins came on a Monday after a Saturday call They arrived on the early side of the window they scheduled xxxxx was very courteous and professionalHe quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed, explained the entire situation and was on his way He wore protective shoe coverings in the house and was thorough in his communication the company is on the expensive side and their service meets the expectations set by a higher price
Today [redacted] a Service Technician with Morris [redacted] performed my AC tuneup on both of my units Mr [redacted] was very professional, courteous and did an excellent job I'm very satisfied with Morris [redacted] , their products and all their service installers and technicians
