I am rejecting this response because:
The floor in the bathroom around the leak area as well as the wood at the tub structure needs to be replaced as it is rottedOther than this issue, we will accept this as satifactoryWe will take on the responsibilty of the yard but let it be noted that our complaints started immediatley upon moving in with regards to the “tunneling” as well as NO top soil and dead grassThe complaints were just not taken in to true consideration

Dear *** *** - Thank you for the opportunity to look into the Revdex.com ID ***. Ryan Homes has reviewed the complaint. The warranty on workmanship and materials is for one year. The consumer's home settled on August 14, 2013. Given this is outside of a warrantable
timeframe and Ryan Homes did not have any opportunity to review or make repairs at the time the issue was discovered, this is not something that we will be taking responsibility for. Ryan Homes appreciates the efforts of the Revdex.com in bringing closure to this concern. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.Kind regards,Corporate Customer Care

Dear Ms. Tilghman - Thank you for the opportunity to look into the Revdex.com ID ***. The consumer contacted Ryan Homes in June with approximately different items they requested repaired in their homeOur service team responded immediately and repaired most of the itemsThere
were a few items that required contractors that we scheduled that dayOne of which was a floor squeak that we do not warrant but would take care of out of the spirit of customer service We also ordered her a bathroom mirror that has a small chip out of itOur service team advised this also was something that was out of warranty due to them being in their house a year however we ordered them a new one The service manager explained it may take some time to get and would follow up with them when we received it. We received the mirror on Tuesday, July 18th and delivered it yesterday to their homeThe mirror was installed on Friday, July 21st. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional concerns.Kind regards,Corporate Customer Relations

Dear *** *** - Thank you for the opportunity to review the additional comments from the consumer. Ryan Homes stands behind our previous response. All items noted in the complaint are outside of the limited warranty the consumer purchased with their home on August 22, 2014. While there is a year structural warranty on the home that expires on August 22, 2024, all items listed in the complaint are warranted for year. New construction will experience settlement and does require maintenance. All items listed on the original complaint are homeowner responsibility as of August 22, 2015. Please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any additional questions.Kindly,Corporate Customer Care

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***MrBrandon K*** from Ryan Homes came to my house, found three cracks on the foundation wall that were leaking water, and said that although this is not covered by the warranty Ryan Homes would go ahead and make it rightThe plan right now is to go ahead and seal the cracks, wait for a few storms to come by to ensure the seal worked, and finally proceed to putting drywall, baseboard, and paintI am currently awaiting for a phone call from the contractor that will seal the crackI will continue to inform as progress is made
