Review: I have been trying to contact cricket for 4 days for a replacement phone. I was told I had to got through the insurance company and I call ed them they transfered me back to cricket. I have been given the run around for one year warranty. I was on hold twice for 60 plus mins. the first time the rep picked up and disconnected. the second time the rep was going to give me a phone number I asked her to wait one min while I get a pen and she hung up the line . I then called back cricket tech support and asked for a supervisor ansd the supervisor was rude he cut me off and he transfered me back to the department with 60 min hold time. I asked him for his sup and he disregarded it. this is by far the worst customer service ever especially since I pay for insurance every month. I pay my bill every month I want to report him and this company and I would like to have my phone replaced . his employee id is [redacted] with no last name. I also tried to contact corporate and the phone number does not work and the email does not either .Desired Settlement: I want my phone replaced since I pay my insurance and im still under a one year warrany with this company. otherwise I want the money I paid for my phone and I will go to another company

Review: I visited Cricket Communications on the corner of [redacted] and [redacted] and purchased a wireless device (which needed Windows 7; which I had) and was never told or on the receipt that I could not return this device especially when I did not even have the device for 24 hrs. I purchased the device at 5:30 pm on 09/19/2013 and returned the device at 2 pm on 09/20/2013. The store clerk advised me that I could only get the money for the device and not for the first month I paid and activation. A total of $130.00 and was given back $69.00. He tells me to call cricket customer service and no one ever answered the days I called so now I am complaining. Why is there no customer service or fairness. Without customer service the customer is getting screwed and I am not happy.Desired Settlement: Since I did not have the device for 24 hours and the reason I could not get all my money was that I had to call cricket 1800 # to get it and they don't answer the phone. That is awful customer service and I am mad at myself because I use to have cricket service and canceled it for the same reason.

Review: on October 25th, I went to cricket wireless(store #101..infinity mobility) [redacted] and Sales person [redacted] assisted me in the connection of a Iphone 5c that I bought of craiglist with Cricket Wireless.. When he open the Cell phone he told me that the phone was a sprint phone and that the phone was blocked because it was reported lost by its previous owner. He told me that the phone was not going to be able to be connected, but he told me that I can go ahead and take the phone to any place that work unblocking phones. He told me that he was going to charge me $66.63 and that I have 7 days to get the phone unblock, If not he was going to refund me my money back. He charged me the money cash and handed me a cricket sim card, but I wasn't able to get the phone unblock. When I went back to The store on October 28th, to get my refund back. Alex [redacted] told me that, he was not going to refund me my money back. He lied to me and he Stole my money. The phone never work, and didn't use a single minute of the Cricket plan. Review: as a customer I deserve a line that works; without any notice my phone stop working i,m disable and the phone is the only resource to get help, in case of an emergency.I'm still getting charge and im unable to use the phone. I went to the cricket store in chula vista ca they told me that they change the system and that I needed to buy a new phone and pay a different monthly charge and the lifeline was not going to be use anymore, I believe I should have been notified prior to any company changes in order to find the solution I only received social security and I have a budget, I can not buy a new phone at this time or pay a higher monthly fee. I greatly appreciate anything your able to do for all of us low income customers with disabilitiesDesired Settlement: an apology first to all of the customers unable to afford the higher prices of your plans and a phone that works with the new system or making the necessary adjustments in my phone to be able to be use.refund of all the time I was unable to use the phone. Review: I paid my cell phone bill which is currently in my son's name due to me buying his phone and not switching the name on the account over, so they have his mispelled name listed as :[redacted](supp to be [redacted]) I was paid through 8/19/2013. Starting on 9/4 I made a total od three payments to them online and on their automated phone system. Two payments were returned to by my bank one went through and was confirmed as paid by my bank in the amount of $70.98, which includes the balance I owed of $45.98 and the $25.00 returned check fee. I have called them numerous times as well as faxed the payment processing center my bank records and they are disputing the fact that I made the most recent payment,so my service was disconnected. It is critical that I have service as I now have my father in the hospital and my mother in a rehab nursing care and am expecting to correspond with potential placement of a permanent nursing facility. This is very important that I get this resolved, as it's also critical to remain in contact with my disabled husband who needs constant contact with me. Please help!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I need my service turned back on and would like an apology for the treatment I had to endure when calling both their customer service and their payment center. Review: I contacted Cricket Communications customer support by phone. I could not directly reach a human representative and had to go through six different automated systems before I could speak with a human representative and was told I could not speak to representative at each step. The reason for my call to them was that my phone was stolen and I wanted to have it flagged as stolen in their system so that it could not be used by the person who stole it through Cricket directly. I was informed by a supervisor that what they would do is flag the phone and suspend my account, but as soon as I placed a new phone on the account so that I could have a phone I was told that that would remove the flag on the old phone and allow the person who took my phone to simply walk in to a Cricket store and get a service plan using my phone.Desired Settlement: I would like this matter to be resolved by one having an option put in to the automated system to make it easier to get to a human representative. I would also like it if they would add into their system that if someone reports a phone as stolen, then that phone is not usable with their system without the person that reported it and owns the account as saying it can be used.

I MADE THE PURCHASE ON 7/8/14 AND IT WAS CANCELLED THE SAME OF PURCHASE. CELL PHONE WAS $29.99,plus BASIC TALK AND TEXT $25.00month INCLUDING TAXES TOTALED $57.61. THREE DAYS LATER ON SATURDAY 7/11/14 THEY TOOK MY $57.61 AND PUT MY ACCOUNT ON OVERDRAFT ALONG WITH OVERDRAFT FEE AND TODAY IS 7/16/14 AND STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY BACK. Review: I placed an order on line for new phone for my daughter. While processing the order the computer sat in a "processing order" mode. After contacting the carrier by phone to ask for assistance to process the order they asked for my cc info, confirmed no charge had been processed on my account and said we go back on line and try again to place the order which we did. Cricket then charged my account for two different amounts only one of which was valid for the purchase.I noticed immediately that day they charged my account twice. I spent apprx two hrs on phone trying to rectify. When I called them they kept telling me to call a different numbr w/ their company to have charged remvd and each time I am sent back and forth btwn two phone no.s each telling me the other dept should help me. The two phone no.s are ###-###-#### and [redacted] They told me they deleted the duplicate order. The charge was finally rmvd and week later is on my acct again. They now have access to my cc and I have no way of stopping them from continuing to charge my acct. I am incurring NSF fees by them doing this and am desperate for your help.Desired Settlement: $86.99 is continuing to be charged to my account. I want a refund and I want them to stop access my account without my authorization.

Review: On 9/17/14, Cricket Communications was paid $120, in advance for October and November service. To date, they have not acknowledged this payment or credited my account. I received notification that my service would be discontinued if I did not pay on Oct 1, so I went to the Levittown store to get help. The store rep explained confirmed I did in fact have proof of payment. They gave me a credit while they "investigated".... a month later now and they still have done nothing!The Cricket phone center would not help, I spent several weeks trying to get it sorted and they just kept telling me they could not help me and would not give me a place to send the receipts I have for my payments. I have the canceled check from 9/22/14, cashed by Cricket, and they will not acknowledge it. I have included Sept, Oct, Nov receipts. As I mentioned, November has now been paid twice! I finally spoke with a rep at Cricket (last week) who gave me an email address and told me to send the scanned docs to that address. He also gave me a fax number. The email came back "undeliverable" and it appears the fax went through, although I have not heard anything from the recipient... a woman named Miss [redacted].I have heard this from other Cricket customers. Terrible accounting and customer service.I have receipts and proof of all communication and payments.Desired Settlement: I want the credit applied to my account for payments made. Including the extra November payment I just made to keep service on. This additional payment should be applied to December.

Review: I switched carriers on 08/31/2013 from Cricket to [redacted]. While on Cricket I was enrolled in automatic bill payment. Now on 09/04/2013 I have an automatic bill payment withdraw 54.36 from my bank account for a service I am no longer receiving. I have called customer service and they refuse to give me any answers. Review: I have an unlimited plan with cricket wireless.On June 7, 2013 I made a payment of $59.00 which $4.00 was processing fees. My phone stopped working on June 7, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. I have talked to numerous customer service and store representatives with no success for days. Today I talked to a corporate rep from the corporate office in [redacted] and was told that I violated their terms because I went over my usage and I was migrated to a $45.00 plan. I have an unlimited plan so going over my usage does not make any sense, and I also have an android smartphone which does not work on the $45.00 plan that cricket offers. I am requesting a full refund from the company. I can't receive any calls or make any calls and this was the excuse that they gave me. I feel like they just took my money and did not make an effort to resolve the problem besides reprogramming my phone , which does not work on a phone with no service. The only thing that works on the phone is my voice mail. Please request a copy of my records from June 7 and here on.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $59.00 that I paid.

Review: We bought phones at citadel mall at [redacted] springs on 11/23/2013 and tried to return the cell phones on 12/07/2013. The cashier did not know how to do a debit card transaction. She called the supervisor and we waited 45 minutes and was told that the supervisor we would have to wait until the supervisor could meet us. In the meantime we still have the phones and cannot return them. The clock is still running on the 30 day return. I am severely disabled with copd and arthrisis. Review: I have returned this phone to the insurance company five times and I was told that if they have the same on in stock I must take it but every time they send me one it dose not work correctly. Their telephone number is ###-###-####.I purchased a "golf ball-shaped" amplifier for my Cricket Engage phone about six weeks ago. About two weeks ago, I purchased a Cricket Motorola moto g telephone. The golf ball-shaped amplifier does not work with the new phone. I spoke with "[redacted].", sales representative. He said refunds on accessories are not given after 7 days. He said he might have given me a refund for a little bit longer amount of time, but he said six weeks was too long.I stated that the amplifier ball is obviously defective, it plugs into my phone correctly, it works on every other Cricket phone, it just doesn't work on my phone. [redacted] would not offer a replacement or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on the amplifier ball. I believe I paid about $14.95 plus tax for the item.

Review: The phone is no longer working. I have had the phone 5 months. I tried to get help at the store, but the clerks do not have access to manager or owner. The phone is not registered with Cricket and is not a Cricket phone, but the Manager and Owner were present and sold me the phone as such. I just needed information on where can I send the phone to get fix, the clerks were unable to supply that information. I asked for a loaner phone and clerks were unable to assist me because they did not know where the Manager or Owner was and how to get in contact with them. I called the Cricket main number and they tried in vain to contact the Manager and the Owner. I am essentially out $155.00 for phone in which I cannot get fixed.Cricket Wireless[redacted]Atlanta, Georgia ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I would prefer a refund, but I would take a replacement.

Review: I bought $65.00 dollars a mouth plan for internet service 8GB a mouth. I changed my plan to $35.00 a mouth for next mouth and cricket wireless took my data for this mouth and won't return it nor refund my money. This has happened more than once. Review: not Anwering a takeover wantry

I bought a phone throw AIO befor they took over by Cricket I was told I have a 1 yr wantry and they want to turn it over to techneal support I have been having probems with this copany sence late march to current. They have changed my service, SIM card and rest my phone and the probems still there they say its my phone when I contacted Samsung they did a remote disnose and said my phone is working as desined(no problems with my phone) I still have drpoed calls, poor quality of call and missed calles that arnt benning sent to voice mail..Desired Settlement: replacement/or reembersment of phone and bills paid so I can take my bennious ells where.. I live on a fixed income and if I was to switch copanys it will be a large cost of phone and lines
