I have a $100 credit for switching from T mobile, why was I billed? Also, my $100 credit was not on my account last time I logged in. Could not speak with department that handles refunds. Review: I bought $65.00 dollars a mouth plan for internet service 8GB a mouth. I changed my plan to $35.00 a mouth for next mouth and cricket wireless took my data for this mouth and won't return it nor refund my money. This has happened more than once. I also bought a galaxy S 3 phone the charger part on the phone broke it's still under warrant and they have no record of and won't fix it I have talked to them several times and know they do not they won't talk to me they owe me money.Desired Settlement: $ 2,000

Review: This concerns the Cricket Communications store at [redacted] TX 78750. Their telephone number is ###-###-####.I purchased a "golf ball-shaped" amplifier for my Cricket Engage phone about six weeks ago. About two weeks ago, I purchased a Cricket Motorola moto g telephone. The golf ball-shaped amplifier does not work with the new phone. I spoke with "[redacted].", sales representative. He said refunds on accessories are not given after 7 days. He said he might have given me a refund for a little bit longer amount of time, but he said six weeks was too long.I stated that the amplifier ball is obviously defective, it plugs into my phone correctly, it works on every other Cricket phone, it just doesn't work on my phone. [redacted] would not offer a replacement or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on the amplifier ball. I believe I paid about $14.95 plus tax for the item.

Review: on October 25th, I went to cricket wireless(store #101..infinity mobility) [redacted] and Sales person [redacted] assisted me in the connection of a Iphone 5c that I bought of craiglist with Cricket Wireless.. When he open the Cell phone he told me that the phone was a sprint phone and that the phone was blocked because it was reported lost by its previous owner. He told me that the phone was not going to be able to be connected, but he told me that I can go ahead and take the phone to any place that work unblocking phones. He told me that he was going to charge me $66.63 and that I have 7 days to get the phone unblock, If not he was going to refund me my money back. He charged me the money cash and handed me a cricket sim card, but I wasn't able to get the phone unblock. When I went back to The store on October 28th, to get my refund back. Alex [redacted] told me that, he was not going to refund me my money back. He lied to me and he Stole my money. The phone never work, and didn't use a single minute of the Cricket plan. Review: For over a month I tried to resolve this issue through customer service which was unable to. On 9/25/14 I entered my phone id in the Cricket website and it said my phone was compatible. I paid $35.61 online for the $25.00 Talk, Text, & Save and a nano sim $9.99 plus shipping. I went into a Cricket store and was told that my device is not compatible with the new Cricket. The package was rejected on 9/29/14. My phone was never activated with Cricket, I would like my $35.61 refunded.Desired Settlement: Refund $35.61

Review: I signed up for Cricket Service on November 20, 2014. Prior to signing up I was looking at a phone offer for certain phones advertised as 74.99 with a rebate offer for new customers for 74.99. Prior to purchasing the plan I used the websites chat feature to talk to a representative because the phone HTC Desire was not available. I was told by the online representative to go ahead and pur[redacted] the plan, then, go to a Cricket Store to pur[redacted] the phone. I was assured I would be able to get the same deal. In fact, that by doing what the representative told me to do I would save a $25 activation fee. When I went to the Cricket Store I was told that I could not do that and no refunds would be issued. I contacted Customer Service, was escalated to a Supervisor who was on my side and told me that I should be able to go to the Cricket Store to get the phone at promised promotion. He then contacted the store to have them honor this request. When he came back on the line he retracted everything he said and directed me to an authorized dealer and told me they would be able to help me. I did that and once again this was false.Desired Settlement: I want the service canceled a full refund given. I would ask for the promotion promised but after talking to literally 15 people that could not figure out what was going on, couldn't help me, I have zero faith in the company.
