When the customer initially called on 12/3, we did not show that a package had been returned The return never showed up on our reporting, so I suspect the warehouse was unable to determine who the return was from The customer did provide us with a tracking number that showed the package was delivered to our warehouse on 12/02, so on 12/we issued a return for one of the hoodies and set up a reship for the larger size Unfortunately, the team lead put the [redacted] refund through for $instead of $ On 12/12, the customer called back in and we advised him of the refund error, and put in the refund for the additional $ The reship was delivered on 12/14.We apologize for the inconvenience that this customer encountered while trying to exchange his sweatshirt for a larger size Sincerely, WWE Shop Customer Service

I thought one wheel was smooth and other ridge, then when I looked at it I could barely see the ridgeI want an explanationHow can the company say they sent smooth wheels and I got ridged wheelsSo what else did they change, the whole customer service experience is infuriatingJohn has never called me backI never told Dave I didn't like the quote, I just said talk to JohnHow can they quote me a price without coming out to look at itSince I didn't get what the company claims I got, are they trying to charge me because they think they messed upThere is no follow through whatsoever, I repeat I did not tell them I refused the service

Hello,I have not had a chance to review the complaint in question but was contacted by a Revdex.com representative that a complaint was filed against Ashland Roofing by [redacted] of [redacted] Mr [redacted] did send me a letter alleging that my "poor quality workmanship" resulted in him having to pay $in repairs I requested a copy of the invoice outlining the scope of said "repairs" and any other evidence of a leak for my review, at which time I would make a judgment on any "repairs" being warranted or not I have not received any invoices or documents in response to my letterAt this time there is no evidence any problem existed, or if there was any connection to the roofing at allMr [redacted] has threatened civil action if I do not pay the $for repairs but he has failed to even make attempt to establish a basis for his argument that our work was "poor quality" or was the cause of any leak or damageOr prove what ( if any) repairs were made to remedy the alleged issue I fear that any "repairs" done will have only decreased the value of the roof Please feel free to contact me with any further questions or details about this particular job via emailMy business' reputation for quality & timely work over decades speaks for itselfObviously this customer is trying to assign blame/responsibility in the wrong directionThanks,***

The car has a transmission problem that is recalled by FORDThe dealership is failing to mention that ford was sued for this and is settling out with the individuals effected by thisThe car is currently at San Tan Ford being worked onIt was taken in Monday for an oil change and look over to find out if there was a reason as to why the vehicle broke down on SaturdayAs mentioned the car is under a recall and I have consulted and hired an attorney to represent me on October 2nd in a lawsuit settlement with FordI have another rental car at the moment I am paying for and my parents bought a second vehicle with cash so I could use their car to drive when I return the rental carThis gives me a safe reliable vehicle to drive while we figure out how long of a process it will be to either have ford buy back my car or trade it in The dealership is failing to acknowledge or mention that they are part of a class action lawsuit in regards to the ford focus due to bad transmissionsThe lawyer who I consulted told me the car in fact does fall under lemon laws due to ford already acknowledging that the car should never have been soldThe dealership is trying to take no blame in this while they already have admitted blame on a corporate level Also, the salesperson who processed my first application in June falsified my documents and the approval I was given was not validI was informed of this last weekThe person who falsified my information should be reprimanded and held responsible because he gave me hope of getting the car traded in Earnhardts GM has contacted me also on numerous occasionsThe person responding this is uneducated to the entire scenario and is not the correct person to be responding to this as she is covering up and not stating accurate factsShe omitted many details
