I bought a PC from CyberPowerPC and am very glad I didI was able to customize the PC to my liking and at a fair price! It didn't contain any bloatware and only came with the software I asked forIt was ordered, built, shipped and arrived all within a week and a halfI will buy from CyberPowerPC again

I had a great time selecting the components for my computer, and the deals offered by CyberPower are great I was able to double my RAM for free, and I received a free laptop backpack, mouse pad, mouse, and headset with the purchase of my computer I was updated by email at each step in the process of my order from the initial placement all the way to when it was shipped So far, my computer has performed extremely well and I can't wait to keep using it and testing its capabilities When the time comes, I will likely purchase from CyberPower again

Ordering the pc was very simple from the website, lots of options I got exactly what I ordered and love the pcI have ordered a few pc's from cyberpower never disappointed

Cyberpower PC was recommended to me by a friend clearly he thought I was his worst enemy! Initially, everything was fineI ordered a high end desktop totalling close to $4,with (mostly) all of the bells and whistles As a physician, I am often required to view high quality imaging from home and require a fairly substantial machine to do such I had even purchased a 55" 4k monitor to use with the system, which the customer support assured me that it could handle For a few months, everthing was fine, however abruptly my computer kept crashing on startup and I noticed a blue sticky liquid pooling from underneath my computer, saturating my carpet When I took the side panel off, the entire interior of my computer was dripping with the liquid coolant dousing the inside of the machine When I called customer service, I was instructed to return the computerat my expense-while still being a relatively new computer and well within warranty I trundled the very heavy computer to my car and took it to UPS, who refused to ship iteven though they are the ones that shipped it to me in the first place, worrying that the coolant was a biohazard After a long go-round with UPS and calling cyberpower they agreed to ship the computer for a sum of $ A month later I get my computer back with the case completely cracked and unable to power on I send it back again (this time they at least provided me a voucher) A month or more later I get my computer back and as soon as I open the box I see that the case is even more damaged, all the legs are broken off, and all the CD ROM, Blu Ray, and temp monitor have fallen back and invaginated into the murky depths of my computer What's worse, the whole bag was filled with the liquid cooling agent Not even bothering to unpack it, I ship it back a THIRD time They have had it over a month and a half with no end in sight because a part is on back order Seriously?? Don't you build computers for a living?? Replace it with one comperable or higher quality like every other place does ***, even grocery stores do this What is more, customer service tells me that I am now responsible for the cost of my repairs since it'a outside of the one year window YOU HAVE HAD MY COMPUTER FOR MONTHS!!! How is it my fault your repair service is too incompetent to repair things in a timely fashionlet alone the first time! I've had to purchase another computer in the interim, which I though would be a reasonable stop-gap measure for a few weeks and I've been using it for the past months and my 4k monitor is a cumbersome obstacle on the floor of my office I cannot explain enough my frustration/anger/rage at the customer service of this manufacturer Even a masochist could not possible tolerate dealing with this vendor Even though I swore I would never say it I wish I'd bought a [redacted] ***

The purchase through Cyberpowerpc went pretty smoothly The only area for improvement I offer is improvement in communications There was a slight delay in production that I should have known about sooner Otherwise I would recommend this as a premier place to make your computer purchase The equipment arrived in very good packaging and was perfect right out of the box I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and have had no issues and expect none

Very easy to use website, clear options to customize my order, quick customer service feedback and a step-by-step update to the ordering, construction and shipping processReceived detailed instructions on the unpacking and assembly of required parts and given a great deal and excellent sale options on my purchase

I placed an order on November 26th for two devices during their black Friday weekend salesThe account manager, Danny ***, contacted me on the date of submission to provide the first step of the process, hours after submitting the order On December 9th, I was reached out again by Danny [redacted] to be notified that one of the pieces of the laptop I was purchasing was out of stock, my options were to pay an additional $for another pieceWhen I asked this representative for a reason why they were advertised if they were not planned to be kept in stock or replenished all I got was a non-answer "you can get the order as offered or you can cancel it"I asked the representative to fulfill the order and charge the additional charges IF the shipping time (December 10th) would still be completedHe said it would ship under the right timeframe On December 10th I received a notice and invoice for one of the laptopsI reached to the representative for a third time through December 8th and December 11th to get a status update of the second laptopAs it surprised me that there was no invoice for this oneAll I got was a response stating that the laptops were "on their way" Today I receive notice that the second laptop is just now being processeddays after the order was placed, days past their expected fulfillment dateNo other explanation was provided other than "You can cancel the order if you don't want it anymore" This practice, of making an offer in black Friday and then bait and switching a customer to force them to pay more for "upgraded" pieces or to fulfill their own delivery times they have missed is completely ridiculousI will keep my order as being so close to the holidays I have no other choiceBut I will never buy anything from this seller again

I am so glad we found CyberPowerPC when we needed a new gaming PCI would usually shop around for best prices and get all the parts and put it together myselfAt CyberPowerPC, I had more choices than I could imagine, with good pricesI looked at other similar sites, but found CyberPowerPC to offer the best shopping experience with the best price Thanks CyberPowerPC

Excellent customer serviceOrder was shipped on time and there were no issuesOnce computer was received everything was there and there were no issues with setting the computer upI would recommend CyberPower PC to anyone who would like to purchase a computerI had an excellent experience

Cyber Power PC offers a good product at a great price They kept lines of communication open during the build process and delivered the item before the promised date Shipping tracking information was provided as soon as my build was complete

CyberPower PC's site to navigate and custom build your computer/laptop is the easiest, most user friendly site on the web!! The layout, the options, etc...everything, it's just awesome to navigate!
