50 POUND PAPER WEIGHT!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!
I ordered a full custom pc system from Cyberpower PC to the tune of $2200.00. Everything I'm about to tell you happened within 72 hours of receiving the PAPER WEIGHT PC. So... I receive the computer on Monday morning at 10:00am, I'm so excited that I could finally afford a high end computer that I took off work to receive the delivery. I pull the computer out of the box and no damages, well packaged, then I opened the case to remove the packing foam and noticed the HORRIBLE wiring job, my 5 year old could have done a better job, I was a little upset since I paid additional money for their QUOTE: "Professional Wiring". But this wasn't a deal breaker for me. So I hooked everything up and turned the computer on. Followed the onscreen steps, profile setup etc., Then I get to the product key installation for windows 10. The code sent to me was invalid or previously used, and the recovery disc Cyberpower sent was a FAKE, not genuine windows, just some copy that they burned. So I call Cyberpower... After an hour long wait and after being sent to 3 different deptartments, I speak with Paul in their tech dept. I explain to him that windows is locked and the product key they provided to me is invalid. Paul tells me that's not our problem call Microsoft!!!! Really? I purchased this from you, not Microsoft. After abruptly hanging up the phone I call Microsoft, explain the situation to them, then Microsoft remotely accessed the computer to verify that the product key is invalid. Microsoft tells me that the Retailer "Cyberpower" is responsible for providing the correct code, there is nothing that they can do....At this point I am rather frustrated that Cyberpower will not honor their obligation to provide me with the code that I paid for. At this point I decide that I will never do business with them again, and decide that next paycheck I will just buy another product key directly from Microsoft... So I load up my steam account to the computer and start playing a game... THATS WHEN THINGS WENT SOUTH QUICK... I had the game on medium settings and the screen froze!!!( I7 4790k with Dual GTX 970's sli and 16GB Ram) so I immediately reboot the system and enter the device manager to see that 1 gtx 970- has failed, so unfortunately I immediately had to get back on the phone for another hour long wait to talk to Cyberpowers tech dept again. This time tech tells me no problem, we will CHARGE you for another graphics card, just send the old one in and we will credit you back!!!! Old Graphics Card??? I said this thing is 2 hours old!!!! So like a fool I agreed to the offer and hung up the phone. So I continued to play a less demanding game since the computer was only running on 1 graphics card. 2 or 3 hours go by and then the computer locked up with the BLUE SCREEN of death!!! At this point, I've had enough!!!! I immediately called CyberPower back and told them not to send a graphics card, I explained that between the fact that they ripped me off for Windows product Key, Failed graphics card, and Majorly Defective Computer internals, that I do not want the computer repaired, I want a refund. The technician assured me that if I return the pc that it would be repaired. I told him, NO THANKS, I don't have any confidence in their ablilty to build computers, much less repair them!!! So he transfers me to their RMA return department, another 45 minute wait.... I explain all of the problems to RMA and am assured within 48 hours I will have a return label at my expense!!! So 48 hours go by... no label. I call back, another 30 minute wait, I speak with Mike... explain to him that I haven't received the return label, and ask him to email it while on the phone with him, he refuses too!!! Says he will submit my request to management!!! I said okay, and asked for the managers name that will be contacting me? Mike tells me that he cannot give out that information!!!! Immediately I feel like this is a SCAM, and they are trying to rip me off. I tell Mike Quote: "You can tell your Manager, he can send a return label if he chooses, but I am putting a Stop Payment on this computer.... And I did. To sum it all up, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, JUNK COMPUTERS.. Don't make the same mistakes as I did. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I ordered a custom desktop computer from this company. It was computer only with no monitor. While the promised ship time was not met as originally forecasted, it was received the week which is still accptable. I'm impressed with the computer so far and also very pleased about the extras that were thrown in that I was not expecting when I decided to order. I would order again in the future.
This company is top notch. I love the machine, and fast delivery time. Aside from a few service issues, like their site not automatically adding free stuff when you have components that apply for it, and a very late notification of delayed production, its a reliable company that I will recommend to anyone looking for a computer.
This is the place to buy if you don't want to settle for a just okay computer. They give you what you want, the way you want it with nothing you don't want. The best retailer for high end computers I have seen.
This company was a joy to work with. Their customer service was and continues to be excellent and their attention to detail on my gaming laptop was second to none. I have purchased computers from [redacted] and others and I will still be buying my next PC from Cyberpower.
This was my first experience in buying a gaming pc...and I could not be more happy with my purchase, not only is my pc perfect for what I play but the quality, performance and entire buying experience has surpassed my expectations and an fantastic customer service, I would and have without hesitating recommend cyberpower to friends and family. 10/10
I ordered a gaming laptop from the recommendation of my clients and friends. I was evaluating Cyberpowerpc against the build from MSI through a resales company IBUYPOWER. I figured my clients and friends recommendation were solid. I now have to inform then of this experience.... Here is the email train I received from Cyberpowerpc.

11/26/2016: Order status notification emailed (order received)
So I called and corrected the direct ship to my son and had it sent to me and I would reship it to my son. I checked daily for an update and there was non the next week. I had to call and I had confirmed the laptop was in process and would be shipped to my home.
I checked on 12/10 on my status and it then stated expected ship date 12/10 in the AM and then back to 12/9 in the PM.
I checked the status on 12/13 and it said expected ship date on 12/9 so I called and was told that they were a week behind, so I complained about no updates online and the representative said "we can cancel the order". I was so pissed I agreed to cancel while in the kitchen and by the time I got to my computer in 2 minutes I got this.

I was even more pissed so I called to complain to a manager and the person who answered said he was the manager and he already talked to me. I asked for a complaint department. He told me to go online and hung up. I got back from the kitchen and got this email....

I nothing to say just buy from them.customer service was the best... Got txt everyday on my pcs... Good ppl
I had placed my order for my new computer on 2/19/2016, I spent a month atleast looking through the changing options on their web site. Everything was very easy to understand and it was a great experience. After my order was placed I recieved a coupon in my email for a percentage off and order over a certain amount. I am pleased to say they honored it even though I did not have it at the time of order. I was in constant contact between them (and the person assigned to my order is awesome) Even though my order was help up due to high order volume I was always kept in the loop about every step of the way. My only negative comment would be that their site never would recognize my order number so I could check on my order online. A very small deal to say the least.
Packing was excellent and worth the extra money to safeguard my investment. System is out of this world! I would definatly suggest everyone to order from them no matter your budget it will be the best experience you will find!
Great customer service and excellent products.
I have to say that I'm in love with my new computer from cyberpower... I play all my favorite games at the best quality and I'm really relieved that I chosed cyberpower to make my first gaming computer
CyberpowerPC is the best! My computer came on time and in perfect condition. I turned it on and there was no problems at all. I love the computer I had received and also all of the specials deals that I got from CyberpowerPC's website. I received a free mouse, headset and PC game along with my computer. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to purchase a top of the line PC for a fair price!
Amazing customer sevice. Great product.
I've ordered a customized PC and I'm extremely happy with it. CyberPower team was easy to reach and they would answer on every request quickly. The PC was shipped in just a couple of days which made an overall experience even better.
I was looking to get a gaming computer and looked into a lot of places to build one. CyberPower by far has the most options in every category to choose from. Also one of the easiest to use. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend them to everyone. I emailed them about time frame to build and when it would ship and they respond by the next day and were very professional.
This is the second system I have purchased from CyberPowerPC. I went back to them because the first system I bought, almost 5 years ago, is an excellent machine that has no problem running any software application or game I put on it.
I truly am impressed with their website that allows me to pick a system and them customize is. Price is always an issue, and because the website tracks to total cost as I customize, I can add or delete items by priority to meet my needs within my budget.
I bought my PC from cyber power also in January of 2015 . I have yet to play it a full week without it blue screening or just locking up.Ive sent it back twice and now this will be the third time.the first time I sent it back it was blue screening constantly..got it back same thing happened day 1..the second time they said they replaced the mother board and case....got it back started locking up the very first day back just playing League of Legends also heard loud noise coming from fan so I opened it and I was like wow...they literally had 2 screws holding 2 fans up....I had to use my fan screws from old computer to fix noise..callled the tech guy and he said take memory sticks out 1 at a time and run same game ...did that ..and same thing happened on both sticks..my wife has been calling them all day trying to get this resolved for the third tiem and they have yet to call her back and its going on 5 hours...lol....I will never buy another pc from this company and plan on reporting to Revdex.com and my huge circle of social media . would like to point out also I paid over 1100 for computer and an extra 500 or so on shipping it back to them and pc diagnostic software to resolve problem and had geek squad look into it. Geek Squad determined it was a possible graphice card issue soooo I spent 230 on new card and same thing ....so you do the math 50 a pop for shipping times 3.....230 graphics card......windows 7 OEM cause they refused to give ghost copy that was 97 dollars plus over 150 on diagnostic software ...so ya im pissed and I have a right to be
CyberPower kept me informed from the time I place my PC order until it was shipped. The PC was packaged very well and the product looked great. No problems at all.
Easy to build to your specifications, computer packaged well, ran great out of the box.
