CyberPowerPC Reviews (159)

Cyberpower is a great site very simple and easy to use and great tech support. A lot of other reviews talked about their pc being broken etc but mine is great and still working fine.

My new pic is awesome. The people working at cyber power helped answer all the questions that I had and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend as they really put time and effort into the machines they build.

Computer processor and motherboard failed after just 1 1/2 years. The computer is now out of warranty and CyberPowerPC refuses to replace the parts. Given that CPU's generally do not fail after just 1.5 year, I believe that power quality parts were installed that caused the CPU/motherboard to fail.

The technical support staff were extremely unhelpful and basically blamed me for not buying their warranty.

Given the both the CPU and motherboard carry a 3 year warranty, I am extremely unhappy that CyberPowerPC's one-year warranty will not cover the parts.

Buyers beware that you will face unhelpful support in a technical failure, and really unfair warranty policies.

I am a computer technician who deals with computer part failures often. I have never faced such unprofessional support or anti-consumer policies. I will never recommend this company to anyone, ever.

I've been ordering from CyberpowerPC for a number of years. The ability to customize a build is unmatched by anyone else in the industry and the final builds are solid. Of course there have been a few bumps over the years and the number of machines but they were handled promptly and with great expertise and professionalism

I would recommend them to anyone because of the competitive pricing, quality and extreme options to customize. The last machine I bought was for my fiancé and she's thrilled.

Ordering the pc was very simple from the website, lots of options . I got exactly what I ordered and love the pc. I have ordered a few pc's from cyberpower never disappointed.

I am so glad we found CyberPowerPC when we needed a new gaming PC. I would usually shop around for best prices and get all the parts and put it together myself. At CyberPowerPC, I had more choices than I could imagine, with good prices. I looked at other similar sites, but found CyberPowerPC to offer the best shopping experience with the best price.
Thanks CyberPowerPC

Very easy to use website, clear options to customize my order, quick customer service feedback and a step-by-step update to the ordering, construction and shipping process. Received detailed instructions on the unpacking and assembly of required parts and given a great deal and excellent sale options on my purchase.

CyberPower PC shipped me a machine that was not only defective but has defied all attempts to repair it, with one crippling issue after another cropping up over the course of just two months. First they replaced a defective graphics card *with* an even more defective graphics card, then the machine started powering itself off randomly, then powering itself off after only thirty seconds or so. CyberPower's response to my issues has been to deny me a refund and insist I use their mail-away diagnostic and repair service, however given that other customers have spent months going back and forth with CyberPower in a fruitless effort to get their machines fixed I have elected instead to have the machine stripped down entirely and rebuilt virtually from scratch. CyberPower PCs are simply a waste of time and money and a sure way to ruin whole months of your life.

I have ordered about $5000 worth of computers from them and after my first computer I would have given a glowing review. Because that PC worked and was nicely built. After this last experience and having to deal with customer service, I see the other side of this company that I hadn't experienced before. I will never buy from them again. I thought it was suspicious that the GPU I ordered with this computer had some scratches on it when I received it. But, I didn't report them b/c hey, they're just some scratches. I also thought it was odd that no GPU box, SLI bridge, or manual was sent with the card so I guess it's possible they used a refurbished card in the first place, but who knows. No more than a week later the GPU started to exhibit the now famous EVGA 1080 FTW black screen/fans100% issue. I was patient with it for a good while and simply emailed Cyperpower letting them know something was wrong with the card. I mean, when you buy the best card on the planet, you kinda want it to work out of the box. I followed their advice on driver reinstall, reseat the card, etc. etc. and the card still didn't work regularly. It took me no more than 5 minutes of researching on EVGA forums to find out that many other EVGA 1080 FTW owners were reporting the same problem. Eventually, an EVGA product manager acknowledged the cards were defective and were in need of replacing and that the cards built before September 2016 were missing some sort of "heat pads." Some of those individuals reported great customer service experience when dealing directly with EVGA or Amazon. I held out hope for my dealings with Cyberpower. I informed Cyberpower customer service of this commonly reported problem with EVGA GTX 1080 FTW's and they essentially said they hadn't receive notification from EVGA about this and repeated their offer to RMA my card. I even linked them to the EVGA product manager's verification of this. I got the same response from Cyberpower, which was essentially "if you RMA the card, we can't guarantee you won't receive the same version of the card." I only asked that they ensure I wouldn't receive one of the old defective models of that same card." They were unable to ensure this but said they would "note" on the RMA that I had requested not to receive the same model number of the card, LOL. Just getting them to say that they would note on the RMA my request took multiple emails. Thanks a lot, what a guarantee of quality and service. In other words, I would have to RMA the card and could possibly receive the same defective version despite EVGA stating on their own website that the version of the 1080 FTW card I had was defective. On top of that and being without a working card for days to weeks, I would have to pay for shipping. Imagine if I got a replacement card with the same defective model, then I would have just paid shipping for another defective card. After confirming the RMA with them, I changed my mind and I told them to cancel my RMA after verifying my home address. I'd rather lose the money on the defective card in the first place than have to deal with their "that's not our policy" customer service anymore. In this entire process, nearly every response I got when discussing the RMA was to refer me back to their policy. No indication or evidence whatsoever that the customer service "dept." wanted to try and do right by me, just "we stated in our policy that we don't do that." Do companies have any clue how to talk with people anymore? We're not interested in what your policy says if your policy is geared toward saddling us with the costs of your incompetence. When you make a decision to treat people right, you retain their business for life. CyberPowerPC isn't interested in that I guess, so that's cool, we part ways here.

I recently ordered a customized pc from CyberPower. Everything that I changed was installed into this build. The quality of the build was good, neat and looked pleasing. I have been using this pc for the last 2 wks. and is working very well. The building process provides great brands and quite a few choices. I have looked at a lot of other custom pc build sites and found the choices maybe comparable or less, but none have offered better prices than CyberPower . So far I am very pleased with my purchase and will do business with CyberPowerPC in the future.

it was very easy and right on time like they said thank you

I have used CyberPowerPC since they opened their doors. I think it may have been a one man show at the time. They have always been great computers.
My newest is super quite and runs great.

CyberPowerPC supplied a quality product with great customer service. Their website was very easy to use which really helps you know exactly what you're getting.

I had a great time selecting the components for my computer, and the deals offered by CyberPower are great. I was able to double my RAM for free, and I received a free laptop backpack, mouse pad, mouse, and headset with the purchase of my computer. I was updated by email at each step in the process of my order from the initial placement all the way to when it was shipped. So far, my computer has performed extremely well and I can't wait to keep using it and testing its capabilities. When the time comes, I will likely purchase from CyberPower again.

I absolutely love CPPC. I have bought both my computers from them and love them. They are very timely in making them and getting them to you. Customer service is also pleasant to talk to unlike some.

My purchase experience was smooth and product does great.

Win 7 Gaming PC is exactly as I ordered it. It is running my games beautifully.

I had a very good experience from start to finish! The website is intelligently designed, with the major groups in collapsible rows. The component selection process is simplified with sub-menus for each component, most with a link to the manufacturers webpage. Lots of pictures and measurements. Builds can be saved and retrieved later. Plenty of freebies were added to my order, so that was a plus! The final product was shipped quickly, arrived on time and to date works well. Sales and customer support were helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Helped a buddy of mine build a PC via their website. He got the computer, which didn't work half the time. I've been helping him resolve it via multiple venues (social media, email, etc) while he called customer service and gets hung up on repeatedly. This company makes the sale but doesn't back it up with any real customer service, just empty promises. A legitimate hassle like I have never before experienced. Seems as though in the past few years this company cares less and less about the complete sale and simply making the money.
A year ago I would have recommended them to anyone. Now, I urge people to avoid this company like the plague it has become.
There are plenty of other viable options for computer building, so finding another vendor should be easy enough.

CyberPower PC's site to navigate and custom build your computer/laptop is the easiest, most user friendly site on the web!! The layout, the options, etc...everything, it's just awesome to navigate! And on top of that, the cpu power to price ratio is phenomenal! I'm am loving my UHD Fangbook, and is processing everything that I throw at it. Very worth it! Thank you CP PC!
